A very small swimming area, a cozy lobby, polite and friendly staff trying to please guests, delicious breakfasts and cozy rooms, daily shuttles to the Dubai Mall and the Museum of the Future, free wi-fi. The travel agency "Up", my old friends, my cronies and just experts in their field who are not chasing profit, but are aimed at the visitor's requests with the maximum value for money, advised us this hotel.
The hotel is favorably located both to the bay, to the location of malls, to the location of metro stations, and to the possibility of using a taxi with minimal "rides" to the planned place of visit (quick exit to the main roads).
The hotel itself is greeted by responsive and smiling staff, no crowds in the restaurant for breakfast, although the hotel was fully loaded, free sun beds on the beach, and at the entrance to the beach the opportunity to get a towel, a quiet bay with clear water and no waves.
There was construction going on next to the hotel and at the same time there was no audible work being done with the window open.
There is a free beach with jogging paths nearby.
I really liked it, I recommend it to everyone, my friends!

A modern hotel. Breakfast buffet and you can order 1 dish from the menu, try the acai bowl. The beach is great, the beds and umbrellas are free, towels are provided. The beach is a fine sand. I really liked the hotel! The rooms and furniture are new. Free in-room safe. Tea, coffee, 2 types of sugar, milk and water, as well as disposable cups of good quality were provided daily. The bathroom is excellent, shampoo with gels smell very delicious, toothpaste is provided, slippers too.
There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception and restaurant. All the staff is very diligent, polite and friendly.

You can change the currency at the hotel, but I don't think the exchange rate is very good.
My meals were half board, buffet, quite varied. There was always enough fruit, there were even watermelons and melon. For breakfast, one dish can be ordered from the menu, these are different types of omelets, pancakes are very tasty.
I had an incident with a hair dryer - it was in the bedside table, either the cord was clamped with something, or something, but you could only use it sitting on the floor. But because I don't use a hair dryer, it wasn't critical for me.
At the moment, the temporary disadvantage is the construction on both sides, on the one hand, the promenade along La Mer beach is being reconstructed, on the other hand, villas are being built. No work is carried out at night, there is no dust, in principle, it did not interfere.

The sea is clean, always calm (because it is a small lagoon). The bathing area is small and shallow. The depth of the fence is three meters. Very warm (end of May) - 30 degrees Celsius.
There is a small pool (15 * 5 meters) shallow with sun beds and umbrellas. Next to the pool there is a changing room with a shower and toilet, and drawers for clothes. Everything is very clean.

1. The absence of such a lobby, there is a terrace where you can sit in the evening, BUT you will not be able to eat there without drinking what you brought with you. For example, you will not be able to drink your own beer there, buy 0.33 for 1000 rubles, go to your room with yours. It turns out that you can't sit anywhere, only the room is small.
2. There are no scrambled eggs for breakfast, it was difficult to feed a 5-year-old child.
3. There is a construction site nearby, yes it is not noisy, but they start hammering in the morning, it is very audible near the pools.

At lunch, we took salads and dishes at the supermarket, pizza, French fries, nuggets and juice for 30 dirhams for the child. There is free water. In fact, it corresponds to the declared star. We rested in other hotels in Dubai - there is something to compare it with.
I'll start with the biggest minus (I would even say global)- this is a construction site!!!!!!!! Construction around the hotel, around the entire perimeter of the hotel. If you are tired of noisy neighbors at home, you are a light sleeper, you definitely should not go and spoil your vacation. I am very calm to noise, I sleep soundly. But even I couldn't sleep well for a single night. They do not take breaks in construction. Piles are nailed down so that the interlocutor sitting next to the table is not heard.
Actually, of the serious disadvantages, this is the only one. The rest are small things. I also want to add that the water from the construction site all flows into the sea!!!!!! All this dirt.
The room is clean, new, the cleaning is super, tea and coffee are replenished every day. Everything is great here!. But! As for the water in the bathroom itself, it's terribly hot. It always took 10 minutes to set the normal water temperature, and it wasn't the mixer, but the terrible hot water supply (7th floor)
By the way, there is absolutely no view from the room - from all sides - construction site, construction site, construction site.
Meal.Fine, everything is fine. As he says, you will definitely not stay hungry. But we were there for 7 days and of course we were already fed up with the food, since there was no such variety (there were always sausages, eggs, fried turkey slices, fried potatoes, cheeses of 3-4 types, Grapes, watermelon, melon, juices (apple pineapple orange)+ it was also possible to order an additional breakfast menu.
The pool is heated, open until 20.00.
Overall, the hotel is very cool!! It's going to be great in a couple of years. But CONSTRUCTION is not a vacation. Transfer to Dubai Mall and metro every two hours. Very convenient. Only upon arrival we learned that the southern part of the La Mer embankment has been demolished, a new hotel and villas are being actively built in its place. Of course, we were upset because we were counting on the adjacent infrastructure. But the service and the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel saved the rest. We had a nice time on the beach before 11 am or after 4 pm. At lunch, we took a transfer to the subway or mall. I would like to add a couple more flights during the daytime, because there were always more people willing than there were seats on the bus.
