I visited the organization in May 2024 on the recommendation of friends. I have not studied the full range of services, but I have heard from conversations that they help with citizenship and various family matters. I was interested in the second Russian ten-year passport. Pleasant and polite employees told us all the options, helped fill out the questionnaire and set a visit to the consulate for photographing and fingerprinting on the nearest date. When I receive the passport itself, I will definitely add a review.

I visited this organization in the fall of 2022, when the question of updating the current passport of the Russian Federation (after the expiration date) abruptly arose. Then the impression was very good. The girl kindly and in detail answered all my questions. Naturally, I remembered "Roskonsultant" from a good side and turned to them later in the summer of 2023 on the issue of assistance in obtaining a residence permit in Armenia. Then the real troubles began !!! It turned out that all the employees, except their director (head) Anna, have no experience in providing this service. The director had to wait, as she is often absent from the office. On his first day of the visit (on the issue of residence permit), he asked the girls to contact her and find out if she would be in the office today. I couldn't wait half a day in the office. I specially booked a hotel for 2 nights in Yerevan (for this purpose). He lived in the city of Gyumri. As it turned out later, when it was possible to call Anna directly, the staff referred only to their hotline, which I should call and run into the same employees who simply dismiss my requests for communication with their director. At the same time, an attempt to request Anna's phone directly was strictly rejected by employees under the pretext of confidentiality!! In such ignorance, I was able to cross paths with their director only on the second day. No one has apologized for the wait and the disrupted plans! In response to my questions about the procedure for obtaining a residence permit in Armenia, I heard only a dry comment: "Alexander, let's not waste time on each other. You will pay, we will do it"... Based on the conversation with Anna, it already felt like no one here cares about you : ( Even for paying for a residence permit in the amount of 75,000 Armenian drams (15-16 thousand rubles), no one was going to even pretend that they were interested in the client! Moreover, I had all the documents ready! All they had to do was scan them, fill out a form on the migration website of Armenia workpermit.am and send it to the department on time ! I was very exhausted and agreed to pay for the service, which I later regretted, because I could do it myself absolutely for free! They didn't even have a service agreement, just a cash receipt (if the payment was made by card)! After Anna promised to start the procedure the next day and wait 1 month (maximum 2 months), I began to worry about the progress of the application and called Roskonsultant (after 1.5 months) . I was never given reliable information on the phone. I came back from Gyumri to Yerevan to find Anna in the office. Here, the employee rudely replied to me that Anna would not be there in the next few days, but no one would give me her phone number. It was only after a strong scandal with them and a demand for a refund that Anna called me back herself!! On this day, my residence permit was in my hands. The document itself (judging by the production time) was ready exactly one month after the documents were submitted. Therefore, we can conclude that even with such a simple task and good payment, she did not try to pick up a residence permit on time and contact me !!! I had to find out everything myself, face dislike for myself in their office and experience a lot of stress! THIS IS NOT THE PROVISION OF SERVICES, BUT COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE AND NEGATIVITY! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! Evaluation: 1 out of 5 stars I attached a copy of the receipt (as proof of payment for the service in the amount of 75,000 Armenian drams) to the review! It is embarrassing that no price list was shown to me either.
