We celebrated a birthday here. As a compliment, the waiters made a creme brulee. The rolls really turned out to be very tasty and fresh. The only disadvantage is that the site loaded very poorly and it was impossible to see photos of dishes. But this did not affect the impression of the visit in any way!

It's a very tasty place! I didn't even expect that it could be so delicious outside the city center, so if I hadn't known, I would hardly have come across it. We tried rolls earlier on arrival - it's delicious! The buffet for breakfast is amazing. The waiters are sincere. However, I did not understand the seating policy, they came to an absolutely empty (!) restaurant, put them in a corner, saying that reservations were everywhere, while they were sitting - no one (!) came.

Today we were once again convinced that the institution takes care of its visitors
We come to Minsk several times a year and always visit Ronin. This time was no exception. When the order was made, the electricity was turned off in the entire area and it was impossible to cook meals. We are friendly guests, we immediately said that it was okay, to which the staff offered to send us food by delivery at the expense of the establishment. As a result, electricity was provided and we managed to eat in the establishment, and the cooking time was less than 10 minutes. Thank you very much to the staff and management of this restaurant for once again showing their level and leaving only good impressions of the evening

I don't know which side the problem is on, but I'm sorry, it's a tin. I ordered food delivery via Yandex, and not the cheapest, waited for an hour and a half, eventually circled the page with the order, and it was canceled. Well, cool. No one called, no notifications. Yandex support is silent. There is no money, no food. How is that even possible? All contacts, address, intercom code, 21st century are indicated, well, at least some kind of notification was sent. In general, most likely questions to Yandex, but not the fact. I remained angry and hungry, I will never use the Food service again.

I order rolls and sushi only from you, since I got acquainted with sushi, I am always on top, But the last two orders of rolls are different from the previous ones, both times the rolls fell apart, it is impossible to eat with sauce, and in the last order in Philadelphia rolls, a fish bone was caught twice. Please pay attention to these points, otherwise I will have to look for a new supplier 🤷♂️

But in the offline format, everything is sad: very difficult staff and atmosphere. Such a Belarusian "luxury at gunpoint". I understand that the staff is tired, taking into account attendance, but can they at least sometimes give lovely ladies a rest, and not arrange strict discipline? It is very noticeable.
In general, it is delicious, one of the few places in Minsk with real and fresh low-fat food

Alas, we stumbled over the service - the girls are as cute as possible, but first they forget part of the order, and then they do not fit for 15-20 minutes; the tea turned out to be undercooked. We had a table fixed for a certain date and time. By food : A chic restaurant. if it were possible to give a score of 10, then it would be exactly that!! The set is very tasty from the rolls, plus the serving was very surprised, this tower is served with shrimp!!! Neither my husband nor I have eaten anything tastier. Among the snacks we took beef tartare, tuna with sauce and gyoza with shrimp. All the dishes are beyond praise. Ronin was one of the favorite places in Minsk - good cuisine, atmosphere. Alas, the service has been poor lately. I think there are already legends about the infamous administrator - several of my friends had an unpleasant experience and recently I had one. We came without reserving a table, we were told that we needed an hour for lunch - the receptionist offered free seats to choose from, we chose a high table where more couples could sit next to each other. 30 minutes later, we are in the process of absorbing our order, the administrator comes and unceremoniously says - in fact, this table is occupied, there is a company here, and she came even before you (???). I was so outraged that I couldn't say anything for a while, and I couldn't say anything because I was chewing my food. My companion asked if we could finish our dishes first - it was good that we were allowed. Yes, I understand that Ronin is a popular place, people will still go there - but with such an attitude towards guests as “and so close”, I don't set foot there anymore.

There was a waitress serving us ...Arrogant, and not very pleasant.
I didn't like that the kitchen was too open, our table was next to it, the cooks were cooking and running around and it gave the impression of turmoil. I can suggest that the tables by the window are much more comfortable. Their tables are quite large, it is inconvenient to sit opposite and talk, because you have to raise your voice so that the interlocutor hears and when we asked if it was possible to move the chair to the side, we were not allowed, arguing that it would be inconvenient to walk. But our table was at the end near the wall and in principle no one passed there except our waitress, and there was enough space there. To be honest, there is no desire to go there again.
