We decided to sit in a nice place on Wednesday at lunchtime.
Complete disappointment from the service and education of the waiters. In particular, Angelina (on the badge).
They asked for a place on the couch (there were several available). They said everything was booked. A nice place was vacated in front of our eyes, the receptionist mumbled something like: I'll find you a good place now.
Tell me, why can't we sit in a comfortable place for an hour? Do you provide seats on sofas only to large companies in anticipation of a big check? If it's just the two of us, but we want to spend time comfortably?
There were no reserve cards on many tables (as can be seen from the CCTV cameras, if desired). But these tables were refused.
Strange service for a place that positions itself as a "restaurant". We didn't have time to evaluate the restaurant's cuisine.
I would like an answer from the administration regarding the quality of service.

It is very difficult to get into the institution at any time, you need to book in advance, since there are not very many places in the hall.
But it's worth it. The menu is extensive, there are sets for children, the kitchen is gorgeous, everything is very tasty. The place is aesthetic, clean toilets, pleasant atmosphere. I would like to mention the waiters, they are nimble, well-versed in the menu, pleasant in communication.
We had a great evening, the best recommendations.

A good place - the dishes are unusual and delicious, the interior is gorgeous, the service is also excellent.
The wedding anniversary was celebrated here, the table was booked in advance, but we had to wait a little bit when it was released - everything was tactful and polite. We ordered salads, I really liked the salad with eel - unexpected combinations in taste and texture, finally a really original dish. We also ordered a set of gunkans - it was also interesting, but most of them looked like ordinary herring - they did not appreciate it. Cocktails are not bad, but there is no bartender, the waiters do it themselves, so the choice is not big and the simplest.
Overall, the impression was very good, we will definitely come back to try sushi.

I've always loved Ronin. On my birthday, I decided to order a delivery for myself and then something went wrong. The portion of soup was suspiciously small- I weighed it and my fears were confirmed- the soup, along with the package, weighed less than stated on the website. But it was delicious.
the 2nd dish was cold and not tasty - pieces of chicken the size of a fist or even more- sliced as if for dogs, the meat tasted unpleasant to say the least - perhaps because of the temperature - it's hard to say. I forget this place for myself forever. When you're not a well-known food blogger, you can probably treat customers like that - I'm not happy about that. I will choose other places.

A great place with great cuisine. A wide variety of Japanese dishes. On weekdays there is a lunch menu - remember that lunch from the menu is a large portion of a 4-course menu, which is enough for 2 people.
The interior is excellent. The staff are kind, polite, responsive - it is clear that every visitor is important to them!

Without showing where the wardrobe was, she ran to the table when we followed her, assuming that we would leave things, and then she would probably take the outerwear, since she did not indicate the place where to leave it, she turned and began pointing at the wardrobe "hidden" behind the entrance with the words "upper take the clothes to the wardrobe, IT is NOT ACCEPTED HERE, there is a cloakroom attendant there." The sediment, as they say, remained, although the food and the work of the waiters are just 100/10!

A pleasant place with an interesting interior. The staff is very good. They came with 2 children: 7 years and 8 months old, who made noise, dropped and were naughty. The waiters were able to find an approach to them and did not twist their faces, as they sometimes do in other establishments. The salmon poke is the best I've ever tasted. Asian soup is a unique serving of sauce and seasonings in measuring beakers) you can choose the sharpness and brightness of the taste for yourself. The quality of the products is at the highest level. I just didn't like lemonades, but against the background of the rest, these are nuances.

Well, guys, this is a complete failure. We ordered sushi, rolls and a box with eel and foie gras at home. In short, everything is expensive and rich. But the price does not match the quality at all. Rolls are at the level of a well-known budget network, which are 2 times cheaper. There were few fish, I almost choked on rice paper, the rice was stuck together everywhere, undercooked in some places, and the rice in the box was generally tasteless besides. Excellent sushi on delivery, a variety of rolls, interesting combinations of flavors, fresh and delicious fish! Over the years, neither the taste, nor the portions, nor the service deteriorates, which I am very glad about! But the restaurant spoiled the impression. The wait for rolls on a weekday is 35 minutes, the rice is dry and the fish is much smaller. The scallop ceviche is excellent, the cocktails are average. Among the wishes, it would be nice to have some kind of bonus program for regular customers.

We come to Minsk several times a year and always visit Ronin. This time was no exception. When the order was made, the electricity was turned off in the entire area and it was impossible to cook meals. We are friendly guests, we immediately said that it was okay, to which the staff offered to send us food by delivery at the expense of the establishment. As a result, electricity was provided and we managed to eat in the establishment, and the cooking time was less than 10 minutes. Thank you very much to the staff and management of this restaurant for once again showing their level and leaving only good impressions of the evening
