Творческие студии на все направления: Рисование, музыка, столярная мастерская, гончарная мастерская, балет, баскетбольная и теннисная академии. Просто вау! От мала до велика постоянная движуха там.
До отеля лучше воспользоваться индивидуальным вип трансфертом, что комфортно и быстро. Огромная красивая территория отеля. Есть куда погулять и на что посмотреть. Сервис классический турецкий объяснять думаю не надо)). На ресепшн очень вежливый русскоговорящий персонал, который не оставит без внимания любую вашу просьбу. 100% рекомендую для детей.

An excellent and large hotel of one of the coolest chains! The food, bar, grounds and rooms are all on the level! Have fun all day long! Water park, kids club!
Not a bad hotel , the staff is polite.. there were difficulties with drinking water in the room, I had to call and ask them to bring it (rested with a small child).. but in general , the issue was quickly resolved . There is a huge playground for children, and most of our vacation took place there.
The hotel is not bad, but it does not reach the 5* ultra-inclusive. There are only 2 tennis tables for the entire hotel (we were at the beginning of April), if you only come at 8 am, the rest of the time there is a crowd of players. The hotel is family-run, there are many opportunities and entertainment specifically for children/parents with children. There was no promised seawater pool on the website, it was dismantled (-), from 11 to 12-30 and from 16 to 18-30 there is nothing to eat (unless sweet pastries in the children's sector or apples in the lobby), snacks are not given at the bar (maximum - nuts), cocktails are not a fountain. The alcohol is all local. There was no luck with the sea either - jellyfish sailed, a strong cold wind, the water is still cold. The carpet in our building was worn out. He takes the hotel with his buffets - there is everything for every taste (I wonder where all the uneaten food goes, because there is an ocean there....). The crowd is already in April (and this is not the season!) - as in an anthill, the restaurant is clearly not designed for such a number of people, we even had to stand in line for food and look for a place to sit down. In general, expectations and reality did not match up a bit :) Access to a-la cart restaurants (be prepared) is free with one pass and is only available for guests staying at the hotel for more than 7 days. Actually, we were there for 4 nights, free of charge.we weren't supposed to have a massage in the spa area either ;) The hotel has a beautiful promo video, but in reality not everything is perfect. If it is important for you to eat a lot and tasty food + a large area for a walk - choose rixos sungate.
A solid four, the table is good, but the seafood was once in 10 days (I don't count fish), the sea is clean, there are plenty of places to choose from, closer, farther away wherever you want.
Я привыкла отдыхать в величественных отелях Турции: с красивой большой welcome зоной, куполами, большой площадью лобби , в основном, с роялем, красивыми уютными креслами/диванами, большим и красивым рестораном с дресс кодом на ужинах, большой зелёной территорией с фонтанами или, хотя бы, просто большой зеленой.
Здесь всего этого нет.
Ресепшен: когда меня подвезли ко входу ресепшена, я подумала «ну, наверное, здесь просто регистрация, наверное есть еще одно помещение лобби с теми самыми высокими потолками и куполами…. Нет. Это оказался основной Ресепшн… в гостиницах моего города Волгограда welcome зона намного помпезнее…
Ресторан. Ладно, заселились мы с ребенком, пошли на завтрак. Правильно пишут многие, что ресторан- не ресторан, а столовка….
Плюс, я уже писала про дресс код в других отелях на ужин (не впускают в шортах, шлепках, пляжных одеждах), здесь на ужин никто красиво не одевается… просто перекусили и пошли. Столы не застелены скатертями, на каждом всего лишь резиновые плейсматы, которые уже от времени черного цвета, не отстирываются….
Знакомая отдыхала одновременно с Rixos Beldibi скидывала фото, как у них красиво на ужине и выбор блюд : ассортимент Sungate и рядом не стоял… ни красной рыбы, ни морепродуктов (только жареный морской коктейль)… последние до 4 перед нашим отъездом появились креветки и раки.
Номер. разместились мы с ребенком в двухкомнатном номере с террасой.
Минусом было плохая уборка - полы не мыли вообще, сухой шваброй собирали мусор и все. Хотя на полу были следы капель от фруктов. Меня это не устроило и я каждый день обращалась в guest relations с просьбой помыть полы с ведром и водой. К примеру, палубу бассейна y Marina bar спасатель мыл несколько раз в день с ведром водой и тряпкой. В номере так не мыли. На четвертый день пришла турчанка - взрослая женщина и мы с ней общались через translate - я просила все - таки вымыть полы. Она отлучилась в уборную. Когда я туда зашла, пришла в ужас..
Грязную швабру она мыла в раковине. В той раковине, в который я умываю сына, сажаю на краешек (ему 1,5), чтобы помыть ножки ручки, почистить зубы……
В общем, после этого ко мне начали ходить на уборку с ведром.
На 7 день отдыха из- за нашествия муравьев (моют - то плохо) мы переехали в соседний номер соответствующей категории: двухкомнатный с террасами. НО. В этом номере уже не работал YouTube на телевизоре (в предыдущем он был), тк телевизор не могли два дня подключить к интернету. НЕ РАБОТАЛА капсульная кофемашина (в предыдущем работала). Кондиционер НЕ РАБОТАЛ на режим холода , только на тепло. Через пару дней сломался замок межкомнатной двери. Ручка работала, а сам замочек не открывался. Это случилось поздно вечером, и, слава Богу, я была в комнате с ребенком. Мне дурно представить, что было бы, если бы он один остался в закрытой комнате (тем более двери террас тоже заперты)…
На все эти недостатки нам предложили СНОВА ПЕРЕЕХАТЬ на оставшиеся дни отдыха. Я отказалась, тк третий переезд с ребенком из номера в номер за три недели отдыха- это просто вопиющий случай!
САМОЕ ЛУЧШЕЕ здесь - это rixy club. Здесь все для детей : аквапарк, детский бар, candy бар с сладостями, игровые комнаты, комната с игровыми автоматами, комнаты с мастер классами - лепка робототехника рисование музыкальный класс. Единственное - не работал детский ресторан, а в основном очень трудно найти блюда для ребенка. Плюс, пюре там было порошковое…
Еще понравился огромный спорт зал от world class gym.
Привычной анимации здесь нет… попрыгали в бассейне на аэробике , покидали дартс и все.
В отельном магазине очков все подделка- сначала выбрала очки Bottega за 590$, потом решила проверить на сайте, если ли в коллекции такие очки… их не оказалось ни на официальном сайте, ни в ЦУМе…
Я считаю, что этот отель не тянет по соотношению цена-качество. Мы заплатили 720 тыс за 18 дней с 04.05 по 21.05.2023
Не вернусь.
Великолепный отель! Территория огромнач и зеленая,великолепная прогулочная набержная! Огромное количество бассейнов и баров! Можно взять машину напрокат прямо в отеле.
Отличный персонал! Рекомендую однозначно!

Отель простая турецкая четверка. Я тройку поставил.
Отдыхали начало августа 2023 года. 2вз и 1 реб. Номер комфорт терраса хаус 5 ночей и 286к деревянных. Отзыв чисто субъективный и каждый решает сам как потратить свои кровные.
Кондиционирование. Непонятно почему очень экономят на комфортной температуре. Душно в основном во всех помещениях, даже на ресепшен. Нет такого ощущения - фух Кондер!
Пляж. Галька мелкая и крупная. Высокие ступени на спуск. Затруднительно для людей в возрасте и детей. Заход в море как в Адлере, без кораллок делать нечего. Крупные камни по всему дну до глубины. Купаться не комфортно как взрослым, так и детям. Кусаются какие то рыбки. Не больно, но очень не приятно. Горячий песок с галькой обжигает ноги-нет элементарных деревянных настилов. Не ждите что на пляже Вам предложат напитки. Ни бара ни сервиса на пляже нет никакого. Старые грязные металические палатки для защиты от солнца (ладно хоть они есть). Лежаки возле бассейна занимают с ранья, особенно мягкие. На пирсе нет бара. Душевые, если есть где то поблизости, то с холодной водой.
Анимация. Ее нет в принципе. Проходит иногда где то возле бассейна в обед. Играют в волейбол водный и другой развлекаловки я не видел. Ни разу не видел аниматоров. Вечером концерты на сцене возле моря. Мест не хватает. Люди сидят на всем, чем попало.
Питание. Как в столовых. За шесть дней не было ничего такого изысканного, типо шеф блюда. Все стандартно. Завтрак Обед. И ужин отличается лишь тем, что на ужин сервируют стол пустыми бокалами. Еда так себе. Не соленная вообще. Они реально не солят пищу. Ни салаты, ни блюда готовые. Грязно на столах. Мебель старая. Народу в столовой, как в муравейнике. Если пришли на трапезу позже открытия, то будьте готовы кружить с тарелками с едой в поисках свободного столика. Реально пару раз наматывали круги. Алякарт рестораны платные, либо как я понял один раз бесплатно, если отдых более 7 ночей.
Диамонд клуб. Отдельная платная концепция на территории отеля. Вообще не понимаю такой подход. Мол, отель все включено, но извините пирс, лежаки бунгало и диамонд платно, либо для тех, кто там проживает.
Сервис. Его нет вообще. От слова совсем. Если Вы привыкли, что Вам улыбаются и здороваются по утрам и в течении дня, то Вы сильно разочаруетесь открытым пофигизмом сотрудников отеля. Абсолютно всем пофиг до Вас. Начиная с ресепшен заканчивая уборщиком листьев, которого Вы встретите с утра. По территории отеля ездят все виды транспорта, включая грузовой и пассажирский. Представьте - идете Вы расслаблено после моря, и фиг бы с ним эти гольфкары, так вас может начать объезжать черный пассажирский мерс типо спринтер.
Расположение. Все расположено настолько хаотично и постоянно ощущает катакомбность. У меня жена даже на шестой день плохо ориентировалась по отелю. И это не ее особенность. Много людей постоянно спрашивают дорогу в разные места. Номера. У нас был номер в терраса хаус. В принципе нормальный. Горячая вода у нас шла на отлично в душе. Туалет без двери).
Риксиклуб. Ходили почти каждый день с ребенком на часовые мастер классы. Сыну понравилось. Но детей прям много там. Оно и понятно. Большинство едут с детьми сюда именно из-за детского клуба. Клуб хороший, но не вау. Вечером проходят в нем детские дискотеки до 21-00. Потом возможно представление. Не каждый день! Через день или два. Нужно уточнять расписание.
Спортзал. Хорош. Реально есть многие современные тренажеры. Заниматься приятно.
Наша находка была - бар и бассейн за корпусами терраса - «Фантази». Очень тихое спокойное место с видом на горы. Бармен пять звезд. Официанты пять звезд. Локация на пять. Единственный для нас положительный и непродолжительный момент, надеюсь, не сильно запоминающимся отдыхе в отеле Rixos Sungate.

Crowds, no, just CROWDS of people in the dining area, breakfast and dinner have to stand in line for a very long time to get food for themselves.
This is not the first time we have rested in the Rixos hotel network, but there was no children's table or baby food in this hotel. There were no diapers in the mother and child's room. Not all bars can make a normal cocktail.
