Great hotel. I did an inspection for the delivery of a group of participants (800 people). Autumn 2023. Excellent service, friendly staff, excellent cuisine. With 100% occupancy of the hotel, there is not a large crowd of people. A good selection of food and drinks. The only thing that seemed a little uncomfortable: shower cosmetics are very fine print. Perhaps only this)

A chic hotel, we went there for a corporate party with a company. I really liked everything! Well-maintained territory, a cool spa complex, cozy rooms and a heated outdoor pool. The hotel has a lot of different restaurants where you can try different dishes and cuisines. Only the brightest and most positive emotions remain!!!

Отличный отель!!! Ненавязчивый , но комфортный сервис! Хорошие номера! Разнообразная еда, единственное я бы добавила еще рыбы в ассортимент! И на детский стол фруктовое пюре в пакетиках, а не только в стекле. И как-то оживила детскую анимацию! Аниматоров много, но раньше они цепляли детей, а в этом сезоне не скажу , что зажигали так сказать ! Территория отеля шикарная! ! Обожаю за это риксос!!! Пляж хороший! напитки уровне! Но не попросишь к пиву орешки- не предложат )). Например в Сусеси и в вояже вечером в лобби к коктейлю всегда подавали фрукты, не спрашивая!!
Отдельное спасибо ассистентам Ангелине и Александре! Они молодцы! Знают свое дело! Просьбы и пожелания решаются моментально!
Рекомендую отель к посещению!

We stayed at the hotel in March 2023. The time to write a review has come only now. A wonderful atmosphere, wonderful personal assistants, and unfortunately I didn't remember the guy, but they solve any problem with a snap of their fingers, like good magicians. We arrived at the hotel at 09 a.m., I understand that it is not the season, but we treated all requests very carefully and checked in immediately upon arrival. The hotel is just a supper. It's very important for me to swim in the morning and it's just amazing...the pool is huge, heated, the water is clean, towels are in place. On the beach, the bartenders and waiters are just fire. The kitchen is on top. I was impressed by the Greek restaurant. All the smart guys! Thank you guys! I want to come back to you!

Не первый раз! Для летнего отдыха в который раз выбираем именно этот отель. Короче... Супер!)) Описывать премиум отель такое себе🤣 Есть всё! Очень вкусно! Еда-напитки на любой вкус! Тематические рестораны супер ( Отдельная благодарность персоналу из ресторана People's )
Остаёмся всегда довольны! Ненадоедает ! Сервис на высоте! Для меня лично стоит на первом месте отелей!
Лайв Хак: планируйте отпуск заранее (осенью на след. лето) !!! Это поможет вам сэкономить приличную сумму!

Отель замечательный, территория супер, питание на любой вкус, доброжелательный персонал; отдыхали в начале февраля 2023, повезло и с погодой,и с отличными ассистентами ( Рузиля и Янна-спасибо вам за всё: за помощь,доброту,отзывчивость, за профессионализм), и с выбором самого отеля,а также с туроператором Intourist. Хотелось бы побывать здесь ещё и не раз! Всё было отлично! Спасибо сотрудникам ресторана Piazzetta за ужин и поздравление с Д.Р.! Нам "минусы" не встретились. Благодарны всем сотрудникам Rixos Premium Belek 5*! Впервые пишу отзыв- настолько всё понравилась!

It was a great vacation. This is probably the first hotel where we didn't have to spend money on buying various little things, because absolutely everything is provided. The most convenient function: a personal manager who will solve any of your questions. The rooms are standard. I can't say that they caused a wow effect: simple, good, comfortable, clean and not shabby. Cleaning 2 times a day, tea, coffee, sweets and the bar are replenished daily. They are included in the price. As for nutrition: no complaints at all. In my opinion, all the cuisines of the world are on the buffet (there is a zone for adults only 16+) + a sufficient number of restaurants A la Card from steakhouse to Mexican cuisine. There was a French coffee shop on site with very tasty and high-quality desserts, such as I have not tasted for a long time. Alcohol is of high quality, for every taste. There is even a beer sports bar on site for football fans. Evening animation: cool live music in the evening at the beach bar. I didn't really attend the rest of the evening activities, somehow they didn't catch on). During the day, there is also a large number of sports activities and other leisure activities. Several pools, the sea is also nearby. The hotel has a 24-hour gym and a spa area + paid massages and relaxation programs, but we didn't visit them, I can't say anything. The staff is courteous, helpful, and friendly. Honestly, I'd go back.

The revelation was the rest in early November - all the hotel services are still working, and there are many times fewer people than at the height of the season.
I recommend packing before the end of the children's holidays, plus a few days - later the water park and the children's club are already closing, and the range of food is getting smaller.

Good day. I was at this hotel for the second time. The first time was in January 2023 , the second time in December . The vacation turned out to be very successful and happy. The flight was at 4 a.m. We arrived in Turkey in the morning. The flight was calm. We flew on Turkish Airlines. We were brought to the hotel at about 9 o'clock in the morning.
We were greeted by friendly and attentive staff of the hotel who speak Russian well. While we were getting our room booked, we were able to go have breakfast. We were checked into the room right away. We booked a simple room when buying a ticket. We were provided with a family one. It's certainly very pleasant. The room is large and spacious. Two san. The node. Two TVs. Two refrigerators. Everything is done for the convenience of visitors. Beautiful view of the sea, mountains, forest. The bed linen was changed every day. Very high-quality cosmetics.
I want to note it for myself. Many people do not like to fly in winter. But in vain. We were very lucky. The temperature was 20 degrees Celsius. Heated swimming pools. Lots of greenery, flowers. As for the service and maintenance. Everything is great.
The restaurant has always had a lot of vegetables, fruits, and meat. There is a diet menu. There are many restaurants and bars. There were no themed dinners. But this is not so critical and important. Everything is delicious. Freshly squeezed juices : apple, orange, carrot. Cheeses, fish. Very tasty coffee, tea is beyond praise.
For the bath and hammam: I really liked it. There were a lot of people. But this did not interfere with a comfortable rest.
I want to say a huge thank you to the girls for their hard work. Working with people is probably the hardest job. Good customers to you.

Expensive but good hotel! Constant animation, lots of delicious food for every taste. Staff work at a height 👍 Once I forgot a bag with documents in the dining room. Immediately, everything was found by the cameras and returned. There are also free trips to the Land of legends amusement park.

В целом неплохо, но отдых не понравился, вернуться не хочется от слова совсем! Да и не за чем, людей очень много…..
Мы были неделю в апреле..не в сезон. В ресторане огромная проблема с местами и толпы недовольных людей с полными тарелками.
Нас заселили в неубранный!!! номер. Ассистенты есть, но только однажды проявили себя, когда прислали уборку в день заезда.
Аля-карт есть, но ассистент Янна не смогла помочь с записью. Запись через неделю, а мы приехали всего на неделю школьных каникул. А хотелось несколько посетить…мрак в общем.
Позвонила в службу брони сама( просто из принципа) и в тот же вечер мы пошли в греческий ресторан. Он был к слову полупустой.
Вечером в отеле выступления разных групп-все красиво-столики, закуски, но звук такой громкий!!! Не передать, как это нелепо выглядит!Гости уходили спустя 5 минут. Я бы с удовольствием послушала, но как? Мы общались с несколькими семьями из разных стран( Германия, Корея, Турция) и все обсудили эту проблему и проблему Аля-карт и они также не поняли для чего ассистенты, если они не работают).
Бассейн большой и красивый, очень тёплый, но грязный…плавать там было неприятно из-за волос. Проблема не в персонале! Контингент отеля оставляет желать лучшего.
Из плюсов- хороший персонал (только несколько замученный и грустный), хорошая еда и напитки, комфортные номера, дочке понравилась комната с автоматами.
Детский клуб дочке совсем не понравился, хотя в той же Глории не хотела уходить.
В Турции предпочитаем отдыхать в несезон, весной и осенью, когда дома плохая погода. Хотели просто комфорта без запросов: утром покушать спокойно и вкусно, днём погулять и поплавать в чистоте, вечером поужинать красиво и послушать музыку. Все это получаем несколько лет в других отелях, но в Риксосе ничего это нет.
Отзыв субъективный! Отелю процветания! Судя по количеству отдыхающих, все у них и при этих недостатках хорошо. А мы-в другие отели, которые нам больше подошли)

Отель хороший! Не супер отель, но в общем и целом достаточно не плохо можно отдохнуть. Из главный плюсов считаю регулярно курсирующий бесплатный автобус в Rixos land of legends, место которые достойно отдельного отзыва и даже наверное более развернутого. Из минусов не большая территория отеля, не супер еда и обслуживание в алякарт ресторанах, усталый номерной фонд.

Итальянский ресторан Piazzetta на территории отеля Rixos Premium Belek.
Были на ужине, понравилось обслуживание и большой выбор вкуснейших блюд. Огромное спасибо Эльхану, он доброжелательный, внимательный! Особенно нас впечатлило ризотто с грибами, которое при подаче выносится в огромном куске пармезана. Разнообразие блюд. Спасибо большое. Запомним Рождество. Обязательно посетите этот ресторан во время отдыха, не пожалеете!
