I recently stayed at the Ramada Hotel and was quite disappointed with my experience. The room was not properly cleaned, with visible dust and uncleaned surfaces. The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful when issues were raised. Additionally, the amenities advertised were either unavailable or not functioning properly. The overall service did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber.

The hotel is great, suitable for both children and large companies! The location is excellent, everything is nearby: the sea is within walking distance, shops, the Dubai Marina embankment. Metro, shops. The beach is public, very well maintained, with various activities. The hotel provides a bag with beach towels and an umbrella. The food is varied and suitable for everyone. We took breakfast and lunch. There is meat, fish, soup, porridge, pastries, fruits, salads, juices. The staff is helpful. Special thanks to Nargiz, who represents the store at the hotel for their responsiveness and attentiveness. I recommend her store!

A magnificent hotel. I liked everything: the room (spacious, clean, in the bathroom and shower and bathroom), we took half board- the kitchen is great- delicious, varied. Polite, smiling staff. Cleaning every day. The room has a tea/coffee set, kettle, refrigerator, safe.The gym is small, but there are all the necessary equipment, a spa area (although separate for boys and girls).The hotel is very conveniently located: the beach is 5 minutes away (the hotel provides towels and an umbrella in a special bag), there is also an embankment and a bridge to the Ferris wheel, on the other side of the hotel, almost across the street is the Dubai Marina embankment. There is a tram stop 300 meters away, one tram stop to the metro (DMCC station), and you can walk. There are many cafes, shops near the hotel (2 right in the courtyard), McDonald's, an exchange office around the corner ...

I recommend it for anyone who is looking for a hotel near the beach, as well as a lot of places to walk. Excellent transport accessibility – the hotel is a 7-10 minute walk to the tram stop, 25 minutes to the metro.
The location is perfect: you leave the hotel immediately on the embankment, from there to the Marina, etc.) We walked for hours every evening.

The location is excellent: the most beautiful equipped beach is a 5-minute walk away, on the way to the beach you can fill a bottle of cold drinking water, the beach offers a beautiful view of the eye of Dubai, benches with beautiful views, through a beautiful bridge you can walk to the picturesque skeleton with the Madame Tussauds museum.
Right next to the hotel there is a Big bus stop - we took a ticket for 5 days - we traveled all over Dubai with a tour in Russian. Also, when buying such a ticket, there are 4 excursions as a gift: Madame Tussauds Museum, oceanariums, sunset in the desert with camel riding and painting heat, a boat through Dubai Creek with pizza and drinks.
There is also a free shuttle stop near the hotel to Yas Island with parks in Abu Dhabi.
The metro is 15-20 minutes from the hotel on foot.
A 10-minute walk from the beautiful promenade in the Marina port.
There are a lot of shops, cafes, pharmacies, McDonald's with ice cream for 2 dihrams nearby. The territory has a swimming pool with sun loungers, umbrellas, cooled water, beautiful views. There is a Playground on site, near it there is a convenience store with mangoes and so on.
The room is stylish with a beautiful urban view. We took a deluxe room with two separate beds: we stayed in it with two children, connecting the beds. The sofa in the living room does not fold out. A crib for infants, so it did not suit us.
Cleaning every day, change towels, bed, clean. The room has shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, iron, ironing board, hair dryer. There are Russian channels on TV. They constantly replenish the supply of drinking water in the room by 2 bottles. There is a mini fridge.
Service. Excellent. They give out an umbrella and towels for the beach for free, separate towels for the pool, a good gym, they will always help with taxis and transport arrangements. When checking out at night, you can take a dry ration instead of breakfast - it is very tasty and fresh.
Meal. It is delicious, a good choice, there is always fish and seafood, there are few Indian dishes - it is interesting to try them. We had breakfast and dinner. Considering that we went on excursions, this is the best option. You can easily come to lunch at dinner time. Lots of fruits. The cafe is stylish. Drinks, coffee, etc. are included.
Staff. Excellent, friendly.

The plus of this hotel is the location, really everything is 5 minutes away, it's convenient. In terms of nutrition, everything is monotonous to my taste and low-quality products, but judging by observation, people like it-they pile mountains on a plate and eat with appetite. It was 5 years ago - the level was completely different, the breakfasts were more varied, there were all fruits, not just unripe melons and watermelons. As for dinners, there is also everything you need, you can eat, but not at all wow... five years ago you could eat sushi and freshly cooked pasta with you, now century-old pasta, rice, potatoes on the side and meat is a little better beef, breaded chicken and seafood in a terrible creamy sauce. According to the number fund, if you're lucky: first, we were settled on the 21st floor , the Soviet Union room, everything is old, to the general disappointment a huge spider beetle of 20 cm crawled in, we had to film it on video and go to the reception directly, after which we were moved to a newer pleasant room with a beautiful view of the Marina. A great apartment hotel. Probably the only four on JBR at reasonable prices.
It takes about five minutes to walk to the beach, they give out towels, a bag and an umbrella.
The room has a great view of the Ferris wheel and the water.(We paid extra for sea view on the spot, it turned out to be cheaper than booking it right away)
The metro is a 10-minute walk away.
There is an exchanger with an excellent exchange rate and a lot of fast food nearby.
The only thing: returning to the hotel by taxi is always a 10-minute traffic jam in front of the hotel.
The room itself is huge 120 squares, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room. There is a full-fledged refrigerator in the room, a dishwasher (although it has never been used).
The food is excellent, buffet style, but with a focus on the restaurant menu, not fast food.
Since the restaurant is Indian, there are many specific Indian dishes.
No extra charges for drinks: water, tea, coffee for dinner, breakfast plus juice drinks.
In general, it's just super for your money!!!!
If you don't want to overpay 2-3 times for 5 stars, I recommend it.

We are having a rest in this hotel with the whole family. So far, our vacation is still going on, but I can say that I really liked the hotel. Good location, the beach is a few minutes from the hotel, the metro and other public transport are also not far away. The staff is pleasant and friendly. Very good food, very tasty and varied. If the hotel was located elsewhere, I would have given it 4 stars. But because of the price/quality combination, I put 5. Good staff, delicious food, a tiny pool, but there was enough space for everyone. I was at the hotel right after the flood in the city, it did not affect the work of the hotel at all. I stayed at this hotel for the last week of May 2024. A double room with breakfast was booked. I was happy with the room, I was on the 15th floor, the Windows overlook the courtyard. The internal air conditioning, which can be adjusted to the desired temperature by yourself, worked properly. Therefore, it was always comfortable to be in the room. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the beach (cross the road and the territory of the neighboring hotel). There is a tram line nearby, and the metro is about a 15-minute walk away. In general, the location is excellent, and there were no problems getting to any planned places. There is a beach promenade nearby, along which you can walk along the entire length of the beach. In the hotel building itself, on the ground floor, but through the exit to the public areas, there are non-chain stores, McDonald's and starbucks. Prices, as in the whole of Dubai, were not inflated due to the terrain.
The staff at the reception are friendly, they reacted with lightning speed to any questions that arose, everything went without problems. They were warned in advance that the visitor's birthday was on the appointed date, the administrator came to the room, congratulated them, handed them a cake and a postcard with a wish.
The rooms were cleaned well, there are no comments. It's all clear. It was cleaned in such a way that it was like re-entering your room.
The breakfasts are varied, there was nothing that was missing. Everything is always delicious, there were many dishes from the Eastern national cuisine. Coffee from the coffee machine, you can pour as much as you want and take more with you in a disposable cup. You can pay separately for lunch /dinner, it came out about a little more than 100 AED.
The pool is medium-sized, with sun beds around the perimeter. There were not enough places only at the end of the week, as there was a large arrival of adults with children (because the end of the school year). Towels are provided by the pool. You can make an order from a bar or cafe, everything is taken out to the sunbed. If towels and an umbrella are needed for the beach, they are given out at the hotel reception in a branded bag. Very convenient!
On floor P, where breakfast and access to the pool are held, there is also a gym and a SPA area. The gym is not hot, the necessary equipment for all muscle groups is available, a cooler with water and cups are installed, so you can not take anything with you. They require you to practice in sneakers.

My room didn't have a balcony, which is bad, because it was cold at night with the air conditioner, and if you turn it off at night, it's stuffy. The room was two-storeyed, there was a washing machine that broke down on the first day of arrival, but without question it was replaced, literally 3 days after the master was called. Cleaning at the hotel is for 4+. And the funny thing is, it's a bunch of switches. If you want to turn off the lights in the room, then this is not an easy task! You turn it off in one place, it turns on in another, so on the first day of arrival, we ran and turned off the lights everywhere, but there is NO centralized button that would turn off the lights in the whole room!! The wiring of the sockets for our room was done by a dvoishnik!

The hotel is gorgeous, we only had breakfast included, but this breakfast will give you energy for the whole day, they cook very tasty. The staff is responsive and friendly, always smiling, and if you do not know English, they will be happy to open a translator and tell you. I liked everything very much. Upon arrival, we were completely free of charge exchanged our standard room for a kitchen, living room + bedroom and two bathrooms. The breakfasts are gorgeous, varied and delicious. The young man serving our room, Mumin, was very attentive and polite, brought water, cleaned. Here's a real review for you. It is not clear who gives this hotel 5 stars. One star is a stretch. The hotel IS TERRIBLE!!! Yes, the sea is nearby and that's where the advantages ended. There is a repair, the noise of hammers and punchers is incredible!!! The noise insulation is zero. There is no water all day and promises that repairs will end at some hour and water will be given are just empty words!!! There is no Russian-speaking staff at the reception, it's a lie if someone writes that there is. To my question, to change the number, because it is simply not possible to constantly listen to the slotting every day, the staff called once and tried to say something in broken Russian and offer a room with an additional payment of more than a hundred dirhams per day. There are only Pakistanis at the reception (imagine the level of the hotel yourself), no one wants to solve any issues, they don't care, even if you are traveling with a small child. The hotel is big and old. Security is at zero. The staff is in darned clothes. The entrance to the hotel is through an underground parking lot... the lobby is such that you don't want to be in it. Breakfast will be fine, for three. Water for the whole family is given one bottle per day. Whereas in other hotels, as much as you ask for. The air conditioning system is old, I even had to call a specialist to show me how to handle the air conditioner, because in order to turn it off, you need to perform a certain manipulation. There are no transfers to the metro or Dubai mall, whereas even in threes there is usually one. The hotel guide is so-so, he just wants to sell you a more expensive tour, he doesn't care about the rest. The playground seems to be there, but the whole thing is broken, the child could not ride on the swing. In general, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! It looks like nothing in the picture, but in fact it's just terrible. There is nothing but anger.

I really liked it. We rented an apartment of 100m2 with a kitchen. They cleaned the apartment every day, even washed the dishes in the room, although there was a dishwasher. We only had breakfast included, a variety of buffet breakfasts. The entrance is through the parking lot. There is an entrance from the side of the road from the beach. The beach is 5-7 minutes away. The hotel provides a bag with towels for the beach and one umbrella. We rented a car when you drive up to the hotel, if there are no parking spaces, the hotel valet comes up and drives the car to the far parking lot, where there are places. The pool is comfortable. There is a good exchanger near the hotel.

City beach.
This is not the first time we have stayed in apartments with a kitchen. If we wake up late and don't have time for breakfast, then this is an ideal option for us. There is a necessary minimum of dishes.

The advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the sea. Otherwise, the hotel is very tired, stale. Initially, there was no tremulous care for the rooms. The room has old, ingrained dirt in places. At first they moved into a room on the 1st floor, but we were able to spend the night, we asked to be moved. The room had an unpleasant smell, dirty furniture. Then we were accommodated on the 7th floor. The situation has improved here. But, nevertheless, in places there is old dirt, old doors.... For a budget holiday, the hotel is suitable. I stayed at the Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham JBR during my trip to Dubai and I can say that I was completely satisfied with my stay.
The hotel is in a great location, close to JBR beach and close to many restaurants and shops, making it an ideal place for relaxation and entertainment. I felt very safe and comfortable in the area.
The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful and quickly solved all my queries and questions. I felt that my comfort and satisfaction were a priority for them.
The room I was staying in was spacious and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cleanliness and order were also at a high level.
Every morning I enjoyed a delicious and varied breakfast at the hotel. There was a lot of choice, ranging from fresh fruits and yogurts, to hot dishes and pastries. The service was excellent and the staff was always ready to help.
The hotel also offers various amenities, including a fitness center and a swimming pool, which I enjoyed using in my spare time. The fitness center was well equipped and the pool was clean and refreshing.
Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at the Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham JBR. The hotel provides a high level of service, excellent facilities and a convenient location. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and hospitality, and I definitely recommend this hotel for women traveling to Dubai.

The hotel is not bad, but already "tired", it would be nice to renovate it a little. We didn't have the best room, right above the restaurant, and in the early morning we could hear all the sounds of chairs being pushed back and dishes being laid out. The location of the hotel is very good, 5-7 minutes to the beach at a quiet pace. The hotel's service is excellent, attentive staff, they meet halfway, solve problems. Cleaning is daily, although towels were not always changed.

The location of the hotel is 5*: the beach is 3 minutes, the metro is about 10 minutes, there is a place to walk, there is a lot of everything nearby and it is easy to get to the sights. The view from the window is magnificent.
The entrance to the hotel is through the parking lot, which is unpleasant.
The beach is excellent, clean, sandy, equipped. There is no shower on the beach, only a faucet for washing feet.
Beach towels, a bag, an umbrella - they give out around the clock without any problems - 5 *.
The pool is small, sun loungers, towels, pool shower, service, toys for children in the water -4*.
Cleaning, room service on -3*: daily cleaning, with age-old dust under the beds, on the shelves; on the furniture, in the bathroom - stains easily erased by a finger; a mirror in spots; upon arrival, after previous guests, a pin remained on the floor; every day I had to remind after cleaning and changing towels that not 2 of us live persons, and 3 persons, and, accordingly, everyone needs towels, bed linen, water, etc. after that, they apologized and brought everything, and the next day everything was repeated.

It's 400 meters to the sea, and the road is unbearable!! there is nowhere to wash your feet on the road, nowhere to change clothes on the beach, there are changing rooms, but they still have to go 500 meters further and they are paid, so we went a couple of times and that's it, the rest of the time we were in the pool. We rested in November, the heat was 45 ° to reach the sea and it was just unrealistic, the beach strip is very wide, there are no wooden scaffolding to go to the sea, it's not worth it to go there. There was a McDonald's next to the hotel through one store, You could walk 2.5 kilometers to the Dubai Marina shopping center, too, we almost died and went back by taxi.
