The food is delicious, the waiters do their job well, the beer is for an amateur, but the definition of the variety is exciting, everything is very beautiful, its own brewery is right behind the bar, it's very futuristic!

We really liked the place. The locals recommended this place so that we could try the local cuisine. The interior is interesting, quite cozy. The first one was taken from the menu, sorcerers, shingles and many other things, everything was very tasty. Whenever we come to Minsk, we go here because we really like the way they cook here, the hospitable waitresses, the fast service (even in the evening, when the boarding is almost complete - and these are two floors). In the evening, it is even better to book a table in advance, otherwise you may not get there.
The restaurant is located in the Rakovsky suburb. And it is located in a historical building, at the end of the XIX century there was a central yeshiva – a school of rabbis.
I recommend you to visit!

The score is 4, but with a minus. It is more honest to put 3.5 ⭐.
I took seasonal beer and IPA - 5⭐. Everything is very tasty.
I tried the dark one - I didn't like it (it's just not my beer). Whoever drank it liked it there.
🥃- tinctures. I didn't like strawberries and prunes very much.
Food is the saddest part of the story.
Caesar salad sauce: just sour mayonnaise. 🤮
Croutons - you can put 4, but not super.
A beer set is a loss of losses. Everything was not delicious in it, but maybe passable cheese pads.
Children's food - 5 ⭐. We took corners and a burger. Everything is fine, delicious. The burger is big with a huge patty.
The waiters are friendly and work well.
There are always a lot of people, it's better to book a table in advance.

Good service. Good prices. Delicious beer. A large selection of dishes, including national cuisine. I've tried almost everything. Everything is delicious, but still the quality differs from day to day. Even in fried bread with cheese, sometimes there is enough cheese, and sometimes like a cat crying))
The last visits were only expensive imported champagne. There is no Belarusian at a reasonable price.

We have been to Minsk several times and we definitely visit this institution. The food is delicious, reasonable portions. The beer is delicious. There are a lot of visitors, sometimes you have to book places in advance. I like the location, in the center but not the main street, not noisy. There are places both indoors and outdoors.

The place is cool. There are a lot of tables, but it is better to book places in advance for Friday and weekends - there are not always free tables. The food is good. We tried beer of their own production. There were three varieties - I liked all three. Each variety is interesting in its own way. The prices are average. The wine list is quite expensive.

We came to Minsk for the weekend and accidentally went to Brovar. Full boarding, charming girls Elena and Ekaterina offered to wait a little and after 5 minutes they placed our company at a very cozy table. I really liked the Knuckle and the pike cutlet, tender and juicy. The beer was recommended to us by Starovilenskoe, it tasted better than dark anywhere. The only thing is, they waited a long time, but we were warned. It didn't affect the evening and it was wonderful. Thank you, let's be aware of such a cool place.

We chose the restaurant based on the reviews and rating on Yandex Maps 5.0, it feels like the reviews are screwed up, since the service was not the best, we laid out forks, knives and plates on our own, the serving of dishes and drinks was long, and I'm generally silent about the taste of the dishes, the draniki were not next to Cornflowers, shrimps they are not worth the money, I do not recommend this institution.

Great restaurant! The best place where we were a company on our mini-vacation to Belarus.
The food is excellent, we managed to try a lot, hot dishes are good separately. The service is at an excellent level, the waiters are well-versed in the menu, will prompt and advise on each dish.

It was my first time in this restaurant and I can say that it is literally one of the best restaurants in Minsk, although no, the whole of Belarus!! There is insanely delicious food (alcohol too :)), as well as excellent service and courteous staff!
Having visited it only once, you will never forget (and at the same time only a positive impression will remain)!! So you can safely plan to relax there, you will not regret it 😊

I like their beer, fresh, lively, many varieties. To begin with, you can take a beer set for a sample, it consists of five beers of 150 ml each. I also like baked ears, every time I visit an institution I can't deny myself the pleasure of trying this dish. But there are many other interesting treats of Belarusian national cuisine, there is live music, everything is available to have a great time in a friendly company!

It's a beautiful place. I really liked the local beer. The food is also great. They took wizards, steak, some snacks. I liked everything. Before that, we went to bulbashi. In bulbashi, it seemed to me that the menu was meager, in brovar it was more diverse, but also simpler. My wife liked the choice of food more in bulbashi, she likes to try something more refined. In brovar, I ate a simpler one, which is just the same closer to me. But beer is definitely better in brovar. In addition, there is live music and dancing.
