I'm writing specifically about ski rental: it's a nightmare! On January 6, 2025, we arrived at 11 a.m., took a ticket and stood in line for 5.5 (!) hours. It was possible to take the equipment only because a spontaneous live queue was formed. Perhaps those who were faster managed to get through earlier (and there were people who went to one ticket in ten).
Ski boots are given out first for fitting, then they are changed if necessary, then they are just issued and the next one is called.
By the way, snowboard rentals are held on a first-come, first-served basis in another building, where we stood for about 15 minutes.
The trails are cool for beginners, have a uniform slope, are wide enough even for snowboarders, and are interesting.
But take your skis somewhere else.
The rental office is just terrible, they work sooo slowly and it's on weekdays. Today is Friday, we arrived at 12:50 p.m., took a toll booth (room 47), and the equipment was given to people with the number 19. As a result, we received the equipment only at 3 o'clock. We stood in line for 2 hours to ride for an hour. If half the people hadn't left without waiting for the equipment, we would have waited another hour longer. But many people have left. They wrote a complaint to the complaint book, but it was obviously useless. And what happens on weekends if they even serve 20 rooms for 2 hours!!! Just turtles. Logoisk is only for people with their own equipment.
05.01.25 time 20.30
People are in line to rent equipment from 5 p.m. with a 530 coupon and 160 pass the table) after standing in line for an hour while the queue did not move, we realized that there was no point in standing there until nightfall)in addition to queues, in general, equipment problems may not always be available for your size) as a result, we rode cheesecakes and thanks for that
Conclusion:the place is not bad if you have your own equipment and personal vehicles to get there and back safely and not spend half a day there in line for equipment)for comparison, there were no such problems in Silichi)
We arrived at 10:10. We took 25 numbers. We waited for the rental for 2 hours. The rental organization is zero. The numbers don't help in any way because 10 people can get into one room. It was obvious that many of those who arrived later joined others.
After the scandal, they made a live queue.
There are no changing rooms at all (apart from a 1m-by-1m room with self-tapping screws instead of a hanger).
There is no coffee at the bottom of the slopes where the lift is. You can even buy a pancake with coffee.
Horror.
The organization is zero.
everything is cozy and the staff is friendly, but it's too crowded, for such a parking lot 1 m and 1 toilet and 2 changing rooms is a tin can.
And the issue of equipment needs to be expanded, we waited in line for 2 hours, well, there is also a numbered queue.
We came for a night ride. 4 hours of skiing. The price is the same for rental and a ski pass for all skating. From 22 to 2 o'clock. It took a long time to get dressed, and we didn't get on the track until 0:30. Friends came for a day ride, the picture is the same. Spend 3 hours in line!!!
I am very disappointed with my visit to the Logoisk ski resort. I spent 2.5 hours in line to get the skis for just 1 hour. And that's for a lot of money! The organization leaves much to be desired. I don't recommend it.
The workers are just snails, there was only 1 issue window for a huge number of people!
For the most part, my mistake was that I did not type and did not specify whether something was working on the territory , but I just came to eat a cold drink in Logoysk , since nothing worked, the cold drink was delicious, but it was not worth it to go from Minsk ☺️
It's an awfully long wait time. We've been waiting in line for ski rental for 2+ hours now, and the most interesting thing is that today is Friday. It's hard to say what happens here on the weekend)
I advise you to rent equipment in the city and come here with it. Save a lot of time for a small overpayment.
For beginners or not confident skaters, this is what you need. There are enough speeds to improve your skills. There are no queues for the lift (although I was on a weekday).I liked.
If you don't mind your time, you can relax here.
Those who are counting their time, take into account that you will not receive the equipment before 1.5 hours of standing in line.
There are 15 users in an hour and a half. At 12:00, they took the number 05.01.25, the queue was number 43, and our 118 left at 13:30, because the queue was number 60. How long did you have to wait? See you tomorrow?
I waited 2.5 hours for the kit to be issued, as a result, I got to night skating only at 12 o'clock at night, I had to return the skipass for a whole hour at the end
The procedure for issuing equipment is rather slow. 4 rooms - 20-30 minutes.

We rented a ski kit (boots, skis, poles), the equipment is good.
But they waited in line for more than an hour on a day off because of the large number of people.
I personally liked everything there. We picked up boots and a snowboard for one or two. Great guys are working. And the instactor is Cyril, a very cool guy. He explained everything very clearly. Time flew by unnoticed! It was the first time. I realized that I would not be the last. Emotions and mood were at their best. I advise everyone!!!
We arrived an hour and a half before the session at 20.30. At 23.00 we left home without waiting for our turn. On the street, some people are selling a place in the queue.
My advice is to take the equipment elsewhere.
It's better not to go on weekends if you don't want to stand in line all day. There are a lot of people, and the registration is very slow, nobody is in a hurry. The equipment itself is provided promptly after registration. We took an instructor, read that there was no queue, but the queue with the instructor was very large, as a result, the queue for the issuance of equipment came only at the time of classes, but again the delay for another 10 minutes with the previous person, to my warning that I had paid class time, they replied that they did not care about this They have their own job. The locks on the skis worked very poorly, I could not fasten them with my foot, as a result, the instructor and my husband fastened them manually for me. I liked the complex very much, the slopes, the restaurant, hot drinks outside.
The place is good, but if you want to go skiing, stock up on tea and buns, be patient, get ready to wait for hours. Equipment rental works sooooo long and tedious. We waited in line for more than 2 hours, and the question is why are you working so slowly? the answer was received, you know, in the morning, we used to have people for 3-4 hours. What are they interestingly proud of?
Come to Logoisk with your equipment and then you will be pleased with the place and you will get a lot of positive emotions.
The guys are really good at explaining how and what to do. They help you pick up and adjust the equipment intelligently. They keep it in decent condition for a place with mass use.
Business, in Belarusian, huge queues, rental staff behaves rudely, everything is done as uncomfortable as possible. On the plus side, there are very good instructors, one of them is Trofimovich, he has respect and 5 stars!
There are good and fast administrators. I would like to single out a young man, Vladimir, a blond man with a tattoo on his arm. Very polite and quick to serve.
A good selection of inventory. And boards, and skis, for different levels of skiing. I really liked it. Thanks to the staff.

The guys picked up everything well, but the administration needs to update the rental fund (they rented helmets in poor condition) and the negative impression of the electronic queue remained.... It has some kind of priority of its own, which is either not talked about or not known on the issue. We waited a long time, about 35 minutes (we received the ticket 20 minutes before the start of work).
