Great hotel in North Pattaya! Very clean, the rooms and furniture are as new, delicious rich breakfasts, and something else I liked about the hotel - there was animation with children, water aerobics in the pool, aerobics in the gym, and something else like that, in general, for the first time I saw a small animation in Thailand! Its own clean beach and the sea is clean, there are enough glaciers for everyone by the pool, there are paid non-latitude sun beds on the beach.
The location of the hotel is very good for me, quiet and peaceful, but at the same time there are many cafes nearby, and there is even a small food court nearby (which did not exist 5 years ago)
In general, I recommend this hotel!

Great hotel. Beautiful both inside and out. The first line. The rooms are fresh. The cleaning is of high quality.
The beach is sand.
Nearby is a gluttonous row with a mini-market of inexpensive fruits, Tops, seven and lotus. Several cafes. The Temple of Truth is nearby.
It's quiet around, if you have fun, then you need to get there.
The disadvantage is that tuks don't go to that bearish corner. Either a taxi, or a group to gather and hire a sangteo, they stand outside the hotel in the evening. Naklua Street is a mile and a half away, and Terminal 21 is three kilometers away.

We were pleasantly surprised!
The Pullman Hotel in Pattaya is a peaceful paradise in the bustling urban life. We didn't find any disadvantages, although we visited many hotels. The rooms are spacious, lots of light, mirrors, good cosmetics in the bathroom, slippers, bathrobes are provided, there is a kettle on the bar, a coffee machine with capsules, and a refrigerator. The only thing is that they did not dare to drink water from glass bottles in its pure form, they only boiled it for tea, by the way, these bottles should not be thrown away, they use them for recycling. Cleaning was done every day, towels were changed without problems, bed linen was changed every 3 days. The pools are clean and cooling. Beach towels are provided, and they can also be easily exchanged for fresh ones during the day. There were always enough sun beds, we love to sleep and never occupied sun beds in the morning, but we always had a place to lie down at 10-11 o'clock. The only thing is, there are few umbrellas, and this is a problem because we were burned on the very first day, do not ignore the SPF. Breakfasts are a separate kind of art! It's very tasty and varied, despite the small restaurant. Everyone will find something to their liking. In the pool restaurant or the beach club, you can also order dishes and drinks (the most delicious Mai tai), it's a bit expensive, but prices are generally the same everywhere if you want to visit decent establishments of this level. Despite the fact that the hotel has a beach club, and visitors can enter it "from the streets", there was no feeling of crowding and a large number of people, sometimes it seemed that there were no visitors at all in the hotel except for us. The beach is generally normal, which is to be expected in Pattaya. There were days when it was especially clean, there were days when the water was muddy. We swam calmly, there were no plankton or jellyfish. But you still need to go to the islands for a beautiful beach and water. The staff is smiling, speaks good English, and is always ready to help and fulfill any request. It's not a long drive from the hotel to all the attractions of Pattaya, the Temple of Truth is very close, the port to the islands and walking Street is 10 minutes away (but you can drive 20-30 minutes in the evening due to traffic jams). It was our first time in Thailand, and it was beyond our expectations, the hotel is wonderful, we recommend it to everyone!

We had a rest in February 2024 in building B on the 3rd floor. I won't write to Long Reed😊 I really liked the hotel. Excellent rooms, the furniture is intact, the condor worked perfectly, a huge kitchen, only coffee was drunk, nothing was cooked) the territory is clean, washed and cleaned with the addition of aromas, it smells nice everywhere. The pools are clean, even in the evenings people swam. Gorgeous views from the balcony to the greenery. Squirrels live, bats, birds sing - especially in the morning😍

Yes, we must admit that the breakfasts are on the menu, but we were quite comfortable and enough, we never left hungry!
The sea is a 5-minute walk away, with an excellent sandy beach and excellent water, we didn't even go to the islands.
The area is very quiet away from the hectic life, who needs to have 20 minutes to get there.
We were satisfied with the choice and plan to return!

Nice quiet hotel for a leisurely stay. Its own access to the sea, lots of sun beds by the pools. Delicious breakfasts. There is a tuk-tuk that takes tourists to the Dolphins every hour. The price tag for the hotel is certainly not small.

The top five is, let's say, the entry level. Good breakfast, first line, clean, good Vongomat beach, necessary infrastructure within walking distance. Among the disadvantages: a small area, "so-so" pools, rooms are a little tired. If you plan to stay there on a basic basis and then travel around the neighborhood with overnight stays, or purely for a night out, then this option is the best! Dear Management of the Pullman hotel chain and the Pullman Pattaya Hotel G 5*, we stayed with you in September this year. When we checked in, we were given a wet, dirty room. We've been sleeping on wet beds all week, the air conditioner wasn't working! A wet sleeping place is fine, tropical downpours cannot be avoided. But why is the air conditioner not working? The bathroom is dirty , the toilet is not washed, there are yellow patches of emptying on the toilet , The countertops are dirty from glasses , black hair on the toilet and on the sink ! The mirrors are dirty, the water bottles are REUSABLE! Why didn 't you at least wash them? We immediately asked to clean the room, and when we arrived, no one had cleaned the plaque on each mirror, they hadn't even wiped the countertop, the sink was dirty with a plaque, and I didn't say anything about humiliation. (The photo I attached was taken after cleaning) I had to clean the bathroom myself, including the toilet. Even sitting on a dirty potty , I'm sorry , it 's disrespectful to yourself.❗Is it 5 stars ?
The breakfasts are good, the location is good too, we love this hotel chain. But after what I saw, there was a residue. I will delete my review if you correct the situation.

I got poisoned in the hotel restaurant, but the hotel refuses to admit it to itself.
I'll start in order-the room has a terrible musty smell, everything is very old and dilapidated, the sofa on the balcony is burnt out and the balcony itself looks old. The toilet flush is broken.
There are few sun beds by the pool and because of this, conflicts often occur between hotel guests (we were no exception and twice we were approached with the claim that this was their sunbed, although we initially lay down on an empty sunbed).
Due to the fact that there are not enough sun beds, my husband and I decided to take a paid sunbed, which costs 2000 baht per day. But this is a deposit, and you can use this money to drink and eat at the pool bar (and then 17% commission will be added to your account). So, due to the fact that we needed to buy food and drinks for 2000 baht, we had lunch at the bar, respectively, and after another such lunch I felt sick. So much so that I had to go to the hospital on insurance, where I was on an IV drip for 3 hours, and even after returning to my room, I didn't feel better and I didn't sleep until 3 a.m. Then at 8 a.m., the hotel employee decided to drill something right in front of our room. This was my last straw and I went to the reception to demand compensation for all the inconveniences of this five-star hotel, in the form of a free transfer to the airport and room upgrade . To which the receptionist said that she needed a doctor's certificate with an analysis of the food sample that I had poisoned. Seriously? I was rinsing so hard that there was literally not a gram left in me, and the most they took at the hospital was a blood test. After I was discharged, they gave me medicines and that's it. They didn't give me any certificates, and even more so, an anaziza, they didn't give me any food samples.

Everything was fine and the villa, and even the small shallow pools. The breakfasts are normal, but in the neighboring long beach they were tastier. Beautiful birthday greetings, cake, flowers, postcard.. but everything was crossed out by one incident at the check-out. I took the documents from the safe, but I forgot the chain with the pendant, it was lying in the corner at the back of the safe. We woke up at the airport, called the hotel, the guide, everyone. The answer is we haven't seen anything, we don't know anything. Was it worth it? The reputation is ruined. This is not a 5 star level.

The hotel is old. Its main advantage is its own beach club with comfortable sun beds and a bar with delicious drinks and food. The second plus is just great breakfasts. The third is A good location. But the rooms are tired and not modern. If you plan to spend the whole day on the beach and by the pools, then this hotel will be an excellent choice. If good modern rooms and service are a priority, it is better to stay in another hotel.

The hotel is really not new, after checking in I had to change the room. BUT the big advantages of the hotel are the beach and the location. I love this part of Pattaya, so we only stop at wong amat.
Cons:
breakfast is very poor for this chain, the restaurant is crowded. Hindus grab food with their hands and eat standing on the distribution line. The room is not air-conditioned.
the rooms are tired, but everything is working if you come across a more or less room.
cleaning was sad, even tips didn't help.
Would I come back again? Yes, but only in a superior room with access to the lounge area.

The location is good, although not the center. You need to walk, with such feeding, the North is a calm area, if necessary, you can walk and get anywhere. The Temple of Truth is within walking distance (by navigator). If you go to Nakla and drive a few stops further north to Sangteo fish market, where they will prepare delicacies for you right there. We ourselves have long come to visit Thailand on our own and live in an approximate apartment, my husband and I, so it is more free and more pleasant for the price!!!

Very strangely, the reception offered a room in the building where repairs are underway! There and in the room and around - construction dirt and dust, a terrible stench of paint (my husband was already sick)! And when we contacted the reception again, we were offered another room in the central building, but with an additional fee. We did not spoil our mood and spoil our relationship with the reception, we paid extra and smiled, but the sediment remained.

The hotel left conflicting impressions. It took a long time to choose where to go, because for some reason there were no vouchers to our beloved Long Beach (the hotel next to this one). As a result, we chose Pullman for two reasons, firstly, the same familiar and favorite location, and secondly, when we were before, passing by on the beach, we always looked at this hotel, we liked how they had a beach area.
We arrived at about 9.30 am, settled us at about 13.00, after I went to the reception to read the information in the booklets and was asked "can I help you?", I said that I was waiting for check-in, my aunt (by the look of the eldest there) with surprised eyes took out a key card, asked if I had made a deposit and sent We're in the room. Apparently they forgot about us (they didn't specifically take early check-in for money, they wanted to check how the check-in was here).
Next, I will compare with the above-mentioned Long Beach (LB), I'm sorry, but the hotels are nearby and their prices are very close.
The beach is good, but the descent to the shore is not equipped, there is a small wall and you need to jump off it, on the one hand it is very small, on the other a decent height, a small child will not climb. LB has an equipped descent and a lifeguard on duty at the beach and by the pools, but not in the Pullman. But in the Pullman there is a special mini pool, like a step on the stairs, for washing your feet from the sand, this is a real test!
But the beautiful and comfortable large sun beds, like sofas, along the beach, which we remembered from our last trip and which the hotel shows in all the photos, turned out to be not free. To borrow them, you need to make a deposit of 2000 baht (then you can eat and drink on them). But we always went to the beach right after breakfast and we absolutely did not want to eat or drink, so the sediment remained.
The breakfasts are normal, delicious, varied, and we are not tired of food for 13 days. You can sit indoors, it's cooler there, you can sit outside.
They lived in a separate Lanai building, with three buildings standing in a row. The room is not large, about half the size of the LB, but the balcony is large, with a sofa and a table. With cleaning, you can say that everything is bad, but you can not say.. These comrades clean so-so everywhere in Thai hotels (don't throw a stone, wherever I was), but here they just surpassed everyone. The maid (if this word is correct), a young boy, categorically did not want to clean the balcony, neither requests nor tips helped. On the third day, my wife gave up on it and began to wipe the table with wet wipes herself. At the same time, we saw from the pool that on the first and second floors the maids always clean the balconies, but ours, on the third floor, did not do this. I also constantly had to beg for soap: they give me one small, round piece, and as long as there is at least a piece, even if it is a nanometer thick and 3 mm in diameter, they will not put a new one. To replenish the shower gel, hair balm and body lotion, I also had to ask. The terribly smelly (3 out of 4) pillows were also changed at our request.
It's a very good idea with a fan on the balcony, but either some kind of bearing died there, or the ceiling mount was loose, in general, it swayed violently and made sounds of a dying car, eager to fly to pieces. After the third reminder, despite the fact that some young man came after the first one, watched everything and recorded a video, it was fixed for us. For this, thanks to a friend from the reception named Mario (although he certainly does not look like an Italian), problems could only be solved with him, the others smiled sweetly, nodded, promised and did nothing. Again, this has never happened in LB during our three visits (2018, 2019, 2020), of course there were minor flaws, but everything was solved quickly and did not bother.
We liked the pools. Firstly, there are many of them, and secondly, they are of different depths. Those near the beach did not swim, but those near the Lanai buildings were used constantly and were happy as Thai elephants. We had three pools, each building has its own, they are at different heights and the water flows from the upper to the middle and further to the lower. Everything is equipped around the pools, sun beds, gazebos, shower, toilet, always clean. The pool itself is cleaned of leaves every morning. Periodically, they come to take a sample of water, pour something from a pipette (apparently disinfection), clean the bottom. There is practically no smell of chlorine, barely noticeable. In general, the pool is better than in LB.
The territory is clean, well-groomed, beautiful, lots of greenery, everything is equipped: stairs, passages, etc.
The reception seemed to me somehow not equipped, it seems there are several interesting things, such as a grand piano, a glass elevator and a waterfall, but somehow everything is not connected. And artificial flowers are generally upset. In LB, I liked the reception more, everything is in live orchids and there is always a delicious smell of some plants, even in the toilet. And in Pullman, the toilet at the reception was just upset, old and not fresh (of course it doesn't stink, but there is no pleasant smell either).
Apart from breakfast, the catering services at the hotel were not used, I cannot estimate. Firstly, at the restaurant on the beach, I was told that it was impossible to use the deposit that we made upon check-in ($200 or 70,000 baht for two weeks of stay), which in my opinion is strange, in the same LB we always took ice cream and drinks at the beach bar on account of the deposit. Secondly, there are a lot of places in the district where you can eat tasty and inexpensive food. A street market has recently opened ("Scout food camp", go behind LB, turn left, walk 30 meters and you are there), you ate there almost all the time.
Another point is that the water is in glass bottles here, that is, they can not be thrown away, and if you are going somewhere, buy in a store so as not to carry heavy bottles back and forth. It's a small thing, of course, but still.
In general, as I wrote at the beginning, the impressions are contradictory. If it weren't for the cleaning problems, I would have put 4-, perhaps if I came again and checked into the main building, for comparison... but somehow I don't want to. In general, in my opinion, there is no 5* here, in this regard, LB is more honest with his 4 *.

22.03.2024. We are currently on vacation at the Pullman Pattaya Hotel. The location is excellent, the sea was clean for 5 days. Piles of garbage were washed up by the tide yesterday. The breakfasts are very monotonous, there is not enough porridge. Tea and coffee were not served yesterday, but an additional set of toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided.There is not a piece of toilet paper in the room today. We liked the hotel! It's possible that I'll choose it next time, too, if the price doesn't jump. I didn't find any disadvantages, except that it wasn't new furniture in the rooms. We lived in a Deluxe room with a sea view, a large balcony with a table and chairs, from which you can watch the most beautiful sunsets. The breakfasts are excellent, the staff is very friendly, unobtrusive pleasant music is playing everywhere, and the overall atmosphere in the hotel is very good. Nice hotel.Rooms -4, the sea view is gorgeous (they write that the rooms are old .... they lie and are older),they are cleaned regularly -do not waste 20-40 baht They will not ruin you .... leave tea (only new and not crumpled bills put on the pillow). So we visited the Pullman Hotel, it doesn't even smell like 5 stars...it somehow pulls for 3 minutes.
We didn't find so many nuances in more than one hotel. This one broke all records. Despite the fact that we are far from picky, and we were ready for both old rooms and cleaning every other time, as we wrote in previous reviews. But unfortunately, we faced not only this.
I'll start with the pros: there weren't many of them after all: 1. we were settled as soon as we arrived, around 12:30, pretty fast...The deposit is $200. With a sea view. 2. There were no comments to the reception throughout the entire stay.
That's it!!!!! The advantages are over🫣
Minuses: 1. The rooms are really sooooooo old, but it wasn't so important compared to their cleaning: it was just missing!!! There is dust everywhere, the floors are not washed at all, the complaint is that the middle of the room was wiped once. They regularly forgot to change the bed linen. Coffee and sugar were not added for exactly five days out of 8 days. One day, the water bottles (they are reusable) were taken away, but they did not put new ones.
But the most trash was with breakfast.
The hotel has a pass system just to name the room. And one fine morning, someone called our room instead of us. As a result, we were left without breakfast that day, so after the proceedings we just didn't have time.! The point wasn't even that we hadn't eaten...and the fact is that this is clearly not a 5-star hotel level.
However, the breakfasts were not very good...monotonous and for a maximum of 3-5 days.
Elevators are generally a separate topic: 2 pieces on 12 floors!!!!
I would not advise anyone to visit this hotel. There is something to compare, even 4-star hotels were above the level of service.
The pool is normal, the territory is also cleaned for 3 days.
I think I've written everything. A lot, but it just boiled over.

So far this is my first hotel in Pattaya, but the impressions are very good. Upon arrival, they immediately took a room upgrade, they include lunches and dinners. (They call it coffee time, but in fact there is a full buffet).
The rooms are nice and fresh. The Internet is more or less nimble. The beach is clean, lots of greenery, two pools of sufficient depth. Room cleaning every day. The staff is friendly, no one knows Russian, but all issues were resolved through an interpreter.
The food is more Thai, but it suited us, we ate plenty of dried fruits and fruits.
Cons: very thin walls, you can hear conversations and how neighbors go to the toilet)
Dinner is only from 17-30 to 18-30, we got only twice a week.

The hotel really does not pull five stars or even four. The rooms are in need of repair and look somehow dull. The corridors are also sad, and not very clean. A cockroach was found under the bed, fortunately not alive. There's trash on the bed. We had a deluxe room, and the lagai buildings are probably even worse.
The breakfasts are monotonous, for 5 days we are tired. But it's delicious in principle. Fruits, eggs, various desserts.
In general, the staff is responsive, the check-in was quick, but I did not like that they painted with something smelly right in front of guests both in the hotel and on the street by the pool. Five stars are the same 😂.
There is a good gym, group workouts. There is not much for children. A small game room and a kicker with table tennis for an additional fee. At the same time, our agents position the hotel as a family hotel. Don't believe it. But there is a children's pool and a nice beach with beautiful sunsets - this is the main plus. There are many shops, massages, cafes nearby, so the location is on the top five. Is it worth your money ?No. Before that, we were in the other five and it was much better there, while the price is not much higher.

We got out of the situation- we de-energized the room, slept with an open balcony. The breakfasts are very decent. There is a big difference in the food for every day and the arrival of local residents, then everything is bursting with an abundance of dishes. We were not hungry, we took breakfasts and dinners. There are very few chaise lounges for 5 stars. The beach was cleaned, the water is not very clean, but it does not depend on the hotel.We were satisfied with the rest, the weather was good, there was no humidity yet. The tan stuck, although they did not lie in the sun.

The sun beds were free, because there is a warning on the territory of the hotel that the sunbed is not occupied for 30 minutes, the towel is being taken away, I think this is correct. In the Center, they throw things on the sun beds in the morning, it seems that everyone is busy, but there are no people.

Good evening. This hotel does not match its 5 stars, maximum 3+. Plus for relaxing by the pool with access to the sea. The room stock is very old, everything is in poor condition (dirt in the rooms, shabby linen, swollen doors from humidity, rusty plumbing).Of the good ones, I can only add breakfast.
