We've been vacationing here for 2 years in a row. Who writes that everything is bad, what did you want for that kind of money? We liked everything! We lived in the main building. The room has air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, bathroom. View from the balcony to the sea. You can see dolphins right from the room!
Cleaning every day, linen was changed.
The maid Galina is a very friendly and friendly woman.
There are queues in the dining room, but everyone passes quickly. Preferably, of course, the air conditioner is there.
The nature is amazing. The sea is nearby, clean and warm. Sun beds and umbrellas are paid. 100 rubles per piece. If you return it yourself later, they give you 100 rubles. There is a cafe on the shore, a wonderful employee, Hannah. Big hello to her.
There are many shops in the village for every taste and budget.
I advise people who love silence!

To say that we are shocked is not to say anything! It's not like echoes of the USSR, it's a complete "savdep". A bunch of ads (attached). Nothing is allowed. The so-called buffet consists of one type of first, second and salad. No vegetables, no fruits. All food consists of 70% cabbage... sorry, it was better in the USSR.
Yes, the territory is large and beautiful. Yes, it's very close to the sea. But the poor animals that live there. Thin, not fed... take nothing out of the dining room. Not even a piece of bread.

We have been resting since 1.09 . Of the advantages, only nature and air. The sea was stormy, it was dangerous to swim. The room is basically normal, double superior. There is an air conditioner, a refrigerator. Food is a horror. It's not a buffet at all. Dry pasta, scary cutlets, compote - something incomprehensible. The soup is on the water. It's the same thing every day. Take stomach pills. Let there be nowhere, a store with crazy prices. The market is far away, there are no minibuses at all. All fruits and vegetables are imported, in short, it sucks. But there are signs everywhere, fine, fine, fine. At least they wouldn't embarrass themselves. There is a fine for taking food out of the canteen. And there's nothing to eat, what kind of something to take out there.

I don't write reviews at all, but when I came across comments from individual vacationers, I decided to write anyway.We had a rest in July 2024, we liked everything. The territory is gorgeous, green, and there are several buildings that need to be repaired, but this did not stop us personally in any way. We lived in a summer building with a shared shower and toilet, yes, there is no air conditioning, there is no TV, but we did not come there to sit in a room under a conditioner and watch TV! It's a 1-minute walk to the sea!!! The sea is excellent, clean, rent a sunbed - 100 rubles! Someone wrote in the comments that the toilets are not cleaned - this is not true! Everything is cleaned and cleaned every day before lunch, and if someone can't clean them up, then let them start keeping themselves clean! Food is an ordinary table food, but there is always a choice, it is focused more on dietary nutrition, because everything is boiled and baked, but it is quite tasty. We definitely didn't go hungry)
Therefore, when they write that they want for a not very high price, the conditions of the standard and junior suite, to put it mildly, are surprising! Pay more- live with a conder!

We chose the Psou holiday home for two reasons: 1) proximity to the sea (it is clean and warm here); 2) the presence of a large park where you can hide from the heat and take a walk with children. They did not regret their choice. We had a good rest. The sea and the park are really wonderful. The living conditions are Soviet, no frills, the fastidious are definitely not here. Of the minuses: there was often not enough power of electric generators, so the elevators did not work. I do not advise taking high floors. The air conditioners also refused to work.

We had a rest at Psou from July 16 to 28, 2024. We checked into the economy room, but the heat outside was unbearable, +44 in the shade. We decided to change the room to an improved one, which is in the main building. By the way, the heat subsided after a few days, if we had arrived a little later, maybe we would have lived in the economy. We had a room for three with three beds, a toilet and a shower on the floor, but they are always free and no dirt.
In the main building, of course, it is more pleasant. The main difference is that from the top there is just a magnificent view of the sea! There is a refrigerator in the room (which was very useful: there is an inexpensive store nearby, we constantly bought fruits and sweets there), air conditioning, our own bathroom. We lived on the 5th floor. Our maid was a very nice girl. She advised us where to go on an excursion, how to get there, told us about local customs, even brought us a knife when we bought a watermelon. I cleaned every day: I washed the floor and plumbing, dusted, took out the trash. The linen was changed once in 10 days, but the towels were changed at my request without any problems.
The territory leaves a twofold feeling. On the one hand, palm trees, greenery, flower beds. But it is clear that there is not enough money, there are old buildings left over from Soviet times. From one such abandoned building, which is located directly opposite the sea, it would be possible to make a luxurious building of increased comfort, since the view from it is wonderful. In general, once there was a whole resort town here, now it remains only to observe from the outside how everything is slowly falling into disrepair.
The food is good here. We have already been to Abkhazia and, compared to some other hotels, it is delicious here. The line is small, but it is cooked with soul. We especially liked the stuffed peppers)
We would have put an air conditioner in the dining room, there would have been no complaints at all.
By the way, there is an inexpensive cafe on the shore, where they cook a very tasty barbecue. We went there with pleasure. Half a kilo of shish kebab came out about a thousand rubles. Milkshake - 200 rubles, corn - 150 rubles.
Entertainment included a disco in the evenings, sometimes artists came with concerts, a library, a TV in the lobby for everyone.
The sea is what we all go there for, and it's magical here. Warm clear water, every pebble is visible. At the rental on the shore, they took a sub for one hour (for 500 rubles), swam, dived from it. It's a wonderful feeling for children.
My conclusion: I would advise you to go there, but if you take an economy room, bring a fan) It is better, of course, to stay in an air-conditioned room, because it is always hot in Abkhazia, you need somewhere to recover. If you want noise, fun, this is not here, Here the rest is quiet, measured, great for families with children, for pensioners, or for young people who want privacy.
I wish the hotel a revival and good guests. Install air conditioning in the dining room and isolate the balconies in the economy rooms with partitions, at night people sleep with the doors open, it is unsafe.

The worst place to stay. The staff are louts, which are few. Russians are hated and they talk about it openly. They shout at vacationers, at children. There is devastation and unsanitary conditions all around. There are ads in the dining room so that parents do not let children near the distribution. There are not enough dishes, but what is there is broken. The chefs cook deliciously. The waiters swear, even in the hall with vacationers. Deputy director, shouts at vacationers like a shepherd at sheep. When I showed him a video that the janitor was smoking right at the entrance, and when she saw that I was filming, she almost rushed to fight, he replied: "it's good that she didn't beat you, our women don't like it when Russian, beautiful women come to us." The rooms are dead, the furniture is battered by time, the refrigerators are rusty, the air conditioners do not work, the elevators do not work. There are ads all around, for which they can be evicted and they trump it. Upon arrival, 70% of vacationers cry when they see the room, but do not yet know that this is only the beginning of the horror. I was in many rooms, since we were hostages of HELL, we got to know people, it was easier to survive the whole horror together. I saw the director only in the car, but the staff did not hesitate, when vacationers poured such mud on him that it became creepy. We cleaned the beach ourselves after the storm, so that there would be a place to lie down. The holiday home is suitable only for very elderly people, but with a lot of luck when checking in. Since elevators work very rarely. We rest a lot and often, but believe me, this place needs to be avoided. People who had previously gone through this hell explained that they could live nearby, in the private sector, and in the morning they came to the dining room and to the beach. I hope my review will help someone not to spoil their vacation. We had a rest in August 2023.

There is a very cool territory with its own forest park with pines, eucalyptus trees, a bamboo grove, some kind of dilapidated castle. It's interesting to walk around the territory there. The holiday home itself is so-so... The standard rooms are very simple with old furniture and spring beds, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, the TV is small and old. The TV broadcast often freezes. There is no WiFi in the rooms. There is only on the ground floor in the Lobby and on the street next to it on benches, you can more or less normally sit on the Internet, chat with text in messengers and social networks. I didn't like the beach. Large pebbles, special shoes are needed to comfortably relax there and swim in the sea. Sun beds on the beach are paid starting from this year 2023. My grandfather rents out sun beds for 200 rubles, but then returns 100 back if you bring the sunbed back to him. Well, over there at the cafe "Parus", they also rent sun beds for 200 so they take them away themselves, maybe this is normal. In general, in general, I liked the Psou in the Holiday Home. I would like to go back there again, but next time book a better room with air conditioning and a normal TV.

We had a very good rest. The holiday home is located on the first line. Beautiful territory with ancient trees, a park for children with a magnificent castle. Fountain in front of the entrance to the boarding house. It's just superbly located and this riot of nature overwhelms everything around.

THE HORROR IS TERRIBLE! We booked three superior rooms in this holiday home on 08/01/2024 to 08/16/2024. We paid for the option with meals, but on the second day we realized that the food in the dining room is so terrible and there is no point in waiting for something better, we eat in other cafes and canteens. The rooms are improved, but everything is old, there are no double beds, only two shifted, the mattresses are sagging, the linen and towels are all worn. The territory is large and green, but dirt and ruin are all around, there is even an old, rusty crane. There is no cleaning in the rooms, the floor will be wiped at most and the garbage will be taken out. In 14 days, the linen and towel were changed 1 time. We decided to leave two days earlier, so we were told that the day before departure, we would no longer be cleaned. In general, shame on the local director and management for ruining such beauty, no one repairs or monitors anything here.

I had a rest from 16.07 to 05.08 2023. The rest reminded me of the distant Soviet... Therefore, young people will not like it there. The main building with room amenities. There are 2 summer buildings with facilities on the floor. Three meals a day are included in the price. (Quite tasty). The territory is large, there are many subtropical cultures. But!!! Everything has been abandoned since Soviet times. If you are only interested in a relaxing holiday, then go there. If you love movement, then it won't do!!!
And again! If you book a room without going through a travel agency directly, it will be much cheaper.
Because I am already at an advanced age, then such a vacation suits me. I will definitely come next year. Moreover, you can take many excursions right on site. A transfer can also be ordered on the railway. and to the airport.

To say that we got into a quiet horror is to say nothing.Everything is old and broken, it is impossible to sleep from the heat and "comfort".The room has a 3×3 summer building, there is no air conditioning, no fan, no TV, one outlet at the entrance to the entire room.if you close the window, you will definitely not survive.
We asked the administrator to give us another room, offered for an additional fee 22 t.r. junior suite, only a TV was added in the main building there.For an additional fee of 39 t.p., an air conditioner was added.
For such surcharges, they decided to stay in the summer building.The toilet and shower were on the floor, which no one had ever cleaned, everything was dirty and smelly.
Cleaning was carried out exclusively with a broom.
The food in the dining room seems to be good, but the heat is unbearable, there are not even fans.
The territory is large but complete ruin and there is nothing to see, The sea is close to 50 meters and this is the only plus.
One thing I want to say is that the director is not ashamed to settle guests in such conditions.You have to drive him with a fucking broom.
Under no circumstances should you take a trip there.

An old Soviet sanatorium located on the seashore. The buildings are old, but the food is good. The buffet. You will definitely not stay hungry.

Naturally, everything is in disrepair, and what kind of holiday home it was in its best years, one can only imagine. There is a children's town with a fortress surrounded by a moat with water, there are traffic lights where children were once taught traffic rules and children's buses and cars ran. But now it requires restoration and huge funds. But the administration says that this sanatorium is for sale and it will be restored. Let's hope that this wonderful place will acquire, over time, a second youth!

Okay, I was ready to live in Spartan conditions, but the kitchen has completely deteriorated, there used to be a chic buffet, now you will not see anything else except carrots , cabbage and other products. The most disgusting vacation of my life, we haven't even gone to the dining room in recent days. They recruited Tajik cooks , they got dirty , the carrots were poorly peeled , well , how is that!? 130 steps from the main entrance to the beach is super!!! The territory is huge with gorgeous vegetation. Yes, there are clearly not enough gardeners, the paths in the far corners of the garden are overgrown. In the dining room, the so-called buffet- without delicacies, cakes and all sorts of goodies- in a simple way - we are women, we ate too much. They lived in the main building. There was practically no Wi-Fi in the room, I had to go down to the 1st floor at the reception. The room got a nice spacious one, as ordered, renovated, on the 2nd floor. When the elevator often broke down, it was not easy for us to climb. In general, we were satisfied with the rest! A fairly budget vacation. And yes - close to the border- it's fast to get there. About the excursion to Duripsh- the Caucasian feast - it was curious, we went...But the name justified itself- Duripsh)))) - we didn't try anything special for ourselves for that kind of money - greens, kebabs, vegetables. Draft wine and chacha. Although some were delighted - other men who had started were then carried onto the bus.

The boarding house is normal for its money, the sea is nearby, there are few people, we had standards, but we were settled in comfort because there were many rooms available. It will be boring for young people, but at the same time, a block from the boarding house there is a minibus to Gagra 200, to pitsunda 250, 20-30 and you are there, also back, we did so. The staff is polite, the manager constantly walks around the boarding house and the territory, asking what and how. By the way, you can come there and get a room right away, they are always there. So who needs what.

The standard rooms are too simple with old furniture, no air conditioning and small old TVs, but the view from there is good, they are high on the sixth floor. Still, next time I come here, I'll book a better room. Wi-Fi is only available downstairs in the lobby and next to the building on the benches it is even more or less catching, you can use messengers and social networks. I want to sit down.

Good day to all! We are just leaving this holiday home. We lived on the 7th floor, the rooms are terrible.... Mud... The elevator didn't work all the time. We walked to the 7th floor. The suitcases had to be taken down without an elevator. They charge a deposit for towels. Be careful, we got a towel with stains, I immediately notified the receptionist and the maid that there were stains. They said it was okay. When we left, we were presented with a bill for these stains. It can be seen that money is being cut on tourists. Change towels right away, they don't have decency. Although everyone is smiling sweetly. The only good sea and wonderful nature. The beach is dirty. The food was good, but tea was the cheapest, there was no coffee at all. There are only faceted glasses in the dining room, not even cups. We will not go here anymore, the sediment remains.

The sea is warm, just a fairy tale 🌊🥰 Three meals a day are standard, as in ordinary canteens, without frills of course. Soviet-era rooms, but this even has its own highlight. There were problems with the elevator. But we came for the sake of the sea and gorgeous nature, went on excursions, so you can tolerate a few days in such conditions 😌

Psou main building is a terrible place. The elevator did not work for 7 days out of 10. All the furniture in the rooms is shabby, old, the lights in the bathroom and in the hallway were not on at all. Wi-Fi is very weak and only in the lobby, where there is no air conditioning and it is terribly stuffy. The food is tasteless, meat was given 3 times, chicken 4, the rest of the time cutlets of unknown origin. All the dishes are broken, there are no cups, only the faceted glasses are terribly dirty. There is no coffee, cocoa or milk, only tea and compote. There is no black bread. Stewed vegetables are more or less tasty. The beach is very dirty, all the sun beds, even wooden ones, are paid. There are not enough umbrellas for everyone. The staff, especially the men, are terrible louts, constantly yelling, swearing, poking at everyone. One, nicknamed Antipych, yelled at everyone - I'll evict you from here for smoking on the street. The building closes at 12 a.m. Those who sit on the bench are driven to sleep. It's like in kindergarten or in some kind of camp. In general, I do not advise anyone!

A classic Soviet sanatorium. Everything has been preserved in the best possible way. If you want to get nostalgic in a good way, then go there. We were very pleased with the prices if you buy directly on the spot. The beach is both big and clean. The territory of the park is very large, but it is not well maintained everywhere yet. He doesn't exist at all. If anything is on hand, it's definitely not edible. There is no organization. But the aunts in the dining room are like shepherds.We ate in a cafe. Sun beds are paid. Cleaning of the rooms is done abykak. A terrible holiday home. It is a pity for the money spent.

We had a rest from August 1 to August 11, 2022. The nature and the sea are beautiful, the rooms are normal, there were problems with light and water. The kitchen has failed completely, it is not possible to eat. The menu is monotonous, but the main thing is that the cooking was disgusting, I want the owners to pay attention to the kitchen and the chefs.It's a shame, you pay your money for a buffet, but you went to other canteens to eat.

We rested from 15.09.2022 to 09/26/2022, when we checked in, we were offered a room in a summer building with one toilet for the entire floor. We refused and then we were offered a staff room with one bed and a cot for one night. The next day we were moved to a room as ordered with a sea view.Spacious after renovation. The apartment has a TV, a refrigerator, and decent furniture. There were dietary meals in the dining room, although queues were not organized, there were not enough dishes and trays. The territory is very large, gorgeous plants, the beach is huge, but unfortunately it is not well maintained. Semi-destroyed buildings do not create neatness. And about the excursions: there is a very talkative lady Alyona sitting at the dining room, she will be very polite to you only in the presentation and when buying, that's all the politeness is over. Most of what she suggests will not be implemented. For example, an Abkhazian feast - said the tables are full, wine flows like a river, dress decently. No, first of all, on the gravel in heels, benches in front of tables should be lifted up, that is, the dress does not fit the same. Plates with greens were added only when they sat down at the table, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese and meat with wine were added once and 20.30 goodbye to everyone.You will be allowed to sit at the table at 18.30. Well, the rest of the excursions, tickets are not included in the price. We took it from the tour operator and did not regret it. Of course Abkhazia is not Turkey and Egypt, etc. but it has its own climate, beautiful air and awesome nature. If you want to show the younger generation how they lived in Soviet times, go there. The dining room is a nightmare......there is constantly not enough food, long queues, if you come to the closing you will remain hungry, or you will eat naked pasta......I do NOT recommend it

This is the most terrible holiday home. We ordered a three-bed room, got two beds and a cot. Moreover, a clamshell from the 80s. The schedule says that leisure every evening , there was one disco for 10 days of rest and a concert of some kind of ensemble for 1000 rubles per person , from entertainment only wifi and then only in the lobby . And they also noticed shampoos, shower gels, hand soaps that should be blown at the hotel are sold in the store opposite. It is impossible to eat in the dining room, either the food is raw, or over-salted, or under-salted. The dishes are not washed by any means. It is simply wiped , so it is impossible to eat from it forever dirty. The room was not cleaned at all, the bed linen was dirty (they contacted the administration and replaced it), towels and linen were not changed more than once per check-in. As they say, the fish rots from the head of the staff, few people are not responsible for anything and do not know the boorish treatment for their own money, the answer is one (blasphemy.. You came here) .

The nature is beautiful, the sea is warm, and the boarding house itself is not very.Beds -it is impossible to sleep, all the springs bulge and there is always a huge queue in the dining room.
