Don't come here! Don't waste your money! Don't spoil your vacation! Because this is not a rest, but a complete frustration!
Why do you hold such places? They must either bend or change their concept!
Due to the fact that the sea is a couple of minutes away, it is not worth living here! There are a lot of decent places and hotels nearby. 6 thousand for two, these are the extreme edges. Is it worth it? Even the pillowcases are full of holes ....
Mattresses! There are no springs, that's all. If you don't cover it with something, then it's not possible to sleep, it's just not possible.
There are repairs on the first 3 floors, and on the 4th more or less. And then, they already left reviews there, the tile is all black!
You can't call it food, it's just tin, you have to fight for food, stand in line, if you don't get up, then you're hungry, burnt money is swept away...this is not a buffet, if you put a piece of salad on it, then there will be nothing left for others and everyone understands and row.

I was on vacation in June 2019. So far, this is a health resort for poor tourists. But it is developing and has a good perspective. The indoor swimming pool and the cinema and concert hall have not yet been renovated. But all this will be for sure in the future. And currently there is a huge park with subtropical plants, as well as a winter garden in the building. There is also a local promenade with cypresses, southern shrubs and benches. Gazebos are certainly not enough. They are fed pioneer-style healthy food without frills, but there is enough of everything. Stomachs certainly won't hurt. The beach is wide with sand and pebbles and sun beds. The rooms are standard, like everywhere else. Sometimes artists come to the concert hall. And there is dancing in the evenings too. People, seize the moment. When everything is brought to a European look, many people will simply not be able to afford a vacation at the Psou d/o. This happened to the sanatorium "Amra", So buy vouchers and relax with pleasure.

Hello. I want to write my impressions of the Psou holiday home. We were there at the end of August, for 8 days. We were accommodated in a suite located in a separate building where the administration is located. Luxury rooms, there are 4 of them, as we understood, these are separate apartments, with two balconies, on both sides, a bath, a toilet, a kitchen, and we had 2 rooms. Repairs are required, of course, the furniture is also old, it smells of dust and an old house. But rolling up all the carpets made it better. In general, it was possible to live there. The water is really only warm, there was no hot water. But we tuned in to the positive, the rooms were spacious, there was enough space for three of us. About the food. Sure... So-so. Too simple and dietary, very. I also had to put up with being positive, after all, there are canteens nearby, and we went on excursions for several days, respectively, we ate there. The sea is nearby, visible from the window, walk 1 min. The water is clean, the shore is certainly not well maintained, but there are few people and silence and nature.... In general, it's cool. I want to express my gratitude to the employee Andrey for the tour of the territory, for the observation deck, for the hospitality and breadth of soul. Special thanks for the little concert! 😊. The people are friendly, friendly, the weather smiled at us, the gorgeous night sky. And the mountains.... The village is quiet, calm, there is a cafe, of course it is the best"Sail" where is the delicious cuisine. In general, we liked everything in general. The impressions are great. We will definitely return to Abkhazia.

We liked it. The sea is exactly 112 steps, or 55 meters. The conditions are good, fresh and well renovated, air conditioning, refrigerator, plasma. Calm, friendly, comfortable. Elevators. This is the most terrible place!
The only plus is the sea and nature. We arrived on 06/11/21, it's not like the Soviet times, it's just a nightmare! Of course, we tuned in to the positive, we will not pay attention to the conditions, we will admire nature)

NUTRITION, the first days we went with hope, just to eat normally, then we stopped walking. At lunch, the first max and that's it. The food is monotonous (breakfast, lunch and dinner do not depend)
Pasta, sausages, buckwheat, rice, small cutlets are not molded, they are very strange)) sour cottage cheese, Sour cream, cabbage salad, sometimes pancakes, milk and only black tea for breakfast, once I gave chopped green apples, there are no sweets for children and THAT's IT!!!
You have to drag the SUNBEDS yourself, every time you go to the beach, changing it to the map, then hand it back) and then If you get it. Imagine women, young mothers with children using this sunbed, there was an answer to my indignation. That's what the DIRECTOR of JUGELIA R. V. said. I rested here in August 2021, a solid three, the Soviet Union is disintegrating, everything is fine in the room, but the mattresses are terrible, they are wrinkled and all the springs are in the sides, the dining room smells of catering, greasy trays, dishes, lack of dishes and glasses, forks are crooked, the menu is monotonous, but there were no digestive problems! A beautiful park around, lots of greenery, great air, 230 steps to the sea, the water is warm and clean, the beach is dirty and not well maintained, but on the whole it is not as expensive as competitors, the conclusion is that those who do not have a lot of money can relax.

Turkey was closed, and prices abroad skyrocketed. Before that, we bought two trips to Turkey for our parents, Biblioglobus suggested choosing another destination instead of Turkey.We decided to take Abkhazia, we have already chosen without a flight. Mom suggested PSOU, because she was there 2 times a few years ago. We chose two separate rooms in the main building with in-room amenities, for the same 76 thousand 13 nights with meals, but without a road.(for this amount, they initially took 2 vouchers for 8 nights 4 nights in Kemer, all inclusive, departure from Voronezh),
I tried to talk my mother out of this squalor, but she insisted.
As a result, when the parents arrived, there was overbooking and there were no places. There were a lot of people like my parents there. The parents were told that they would be moved into their room only from 23.06 and the mother-in-law from 29.06 (i.e. at the end of the vacation!), and before that they would live in summer houses without amenities. The facilities are shared, outside, in terrible condition, see photo. Biblioglobus said that he relieves himself of responsibility for the situation and will not move people anywhere, because the hotel confirmed the reservation, like he provides alternative accommodation, and they do not have free places in other hotels. A similar situation has been happening in PSOU for more than one day, but Biblioglobus did not tell us anything about the fact that there are no places, naturally, the parents would not have gone, they would have chosen another place.
At first, the parents and mother-in-law decided to go back home, but then changed their minds. For two days my parents lived in a summer ramshackle house, and my mother-in-law slept in the laundry room in the main building on a cot!!!!
On the third day, they were moved into ONE room with two rooms. And we bought separate rooms, just for a second. And the difference in the ticket between one room for three and two separate rooms was about 20 thousand!
My parents are there now, leaving home on July 2nd.
Will the money be returned to my parents (they said that the psou should do this, and if it is returned. that's a penny) , I doubt it very much!. That is, in fact, we were simply deceived! both Biblioglobus and PSOU. They took money for two rooms, but people live in one.
My parents are looking for a positive in everything, go on excursions, enjoy their holidays, but the situation is, in fact, extremely unpleasant. (I would like to put it another way, but then the review will not be published)))
According to nutrition, mom said that it has become much worse than it was a few years ago.

Hello, I would like to write a few words about the Psou boarding house.We returned from there on August 16, 2021.Terrible attitude towards tourists in terms of settlement.No one is settled on the first day, only on the third.And before that, they offer to live in a bedbug- this is the place where all the insects of this Tsandripsch village live.There are a lot of mosquitoes that have bitten the whole face of the children and the rest of the body.The territory is dirty, unkempt, there are few urns.The rooms are old, the mattresses with springs piercing the whole body.In this regard, the vacation was ruined on the very first day.I do not recommend this boarding house to anyone.You will regret it very much.The weather is bad, there is little sun, thunderstorms and rains every day.In general, Abkhazia is not for us.Have a good rest, everyone.

Dear tourists, vacationers! Don't go to the PSOU Holiday Home! The elevators are not working. In the rooms, everything is very bad, namely: the mattresses are sagged, the springs dig into the sides. The wallpaper is stripped and filled with an incomprehensible liquid, which is scary to touch. The sockets are torn out, it's scary to turn on the phone for charging. The water on the 7th floor is bad, a drop at a time, maybe because of the old taps. No air conditioning, no fan. The linen is not changed. The staff is not coping with their duties. In the dining room, they are fed monotonous food. And the cutlets from yesterday's sausages.
The food system is not in favor of the vacationer. The one who was will understand, the one who will be surprised!. If you arrive at lunch and leave late at night.
There is garbage on the beach. There is a lot of garbage in the bins. The child was bitten by mosquitoes, the repilent did not cope with its task, to protect! The rest was ruined on the second day.

The hotel is crowded. The nature is wonderful! But as we were greeted, they didn't even feed us. I do not advise you to come here! The staff and service are terrible! The director is not guilty, but it's all because of him, because he told the secretary that let's check in the hotb and there are no numbers. Even those who came, they said, sleep on the sofas, and they are with 2-4 children. Don't come here!!!

I don't even know why we chose this particular boarding house this year - we read and reread the reviews and doubted whether to go or not: there were too many bad reviews. I will share my impression. Of the HUGE advantages: close to the sea, the sea itself is the purest, the warmest, a huge wild beach, there are plenty of places, no one walks over their heads, free sun beds (although very heavy), the pebbles on the beach are not very large, you can lie quietly without a chaise longue, a good gentle entry into the water. There is a toilet on the beach (very nothing), showers, there are taps for flushing sand from feet and shoes, a fountain (although no one drank from it-it is dangerous).
Among the advantages is also a large shady area, there is where to walk, many benches, a large beautiful fountain that was turned on every evening, there is a huge a children's town. My husband and I went there ourselves with pleasure for another photo shoot. Aaaaaah! It's beyond words. Lots of squirrels. It was funny to watch them from the balcony. But! The territory is neglected, neglected, there are many dilapidated buildings. The staff is kept to a minimum, of course, it is difficult to keep track of three hectares of land. But every morning a watering machine drove through the entire territory and spilled all the paths with water.
Of the advantages, I can single out my room (2nd and 3rd floor with good repair, there are air conditioners, new TV, everything is fresh), the sea is visible from the balcony, and on the other side there is a fountain and the entrance to the main building. The elevator was working properly, but we walked. In the main building on the ground floor there is a cool arboretum and huge checkers on the table (since Soviet times), there is a tennis court. Cleaning was done daily, but only in the bathroom and garbage was collected. Even when we moved in, no one bothered to wipe the dust on the bedside tables, table, refrigerator, the bed had just been changed and the floor washed (1 time in 8 days).
Of the HUGE disadvantages is the dining room. The food is organized abominably. There were always some scandals because of the ever-lacking trays, glasses, plates. One tea Princess Nuri is worth it))) Plates with a catering stamp, all cracked, some gray, faceted glasses. The room is large, but semi-dark, stuffy, full of flies. The pensioners behaved disgustingly (as if from a hungry land). For the first 3 days we went to the dining room as if to hard labor, then we ourselves became more active, faster and more relaxed. The menu is monotonous, but no one was left hungry.
Another of the big disadvantages is WiFi. He kind of was, but he didn't seem to be. I caught it only in the main building on the 1st floor and then in the morning. It's useless in the evening. So we were practically out of touch.
In general, Tsandripsh is such a wilderness! There was nowhere to go, not even a single cafe nearby. It's dark at 9 o'clock, even if it's an eye. We were already going to bed at 10 p.m. In conclusion, I will say the following - this boarding house will do for pensioners. Even for families and with children, there is no ice. Of course, everyone chooses for himself what exactly he goes on vacation for. I also love silence, peace, air, sea and all that.....but I still lacked civilization. We have been vacationing in Abkhazia for the 4th year, we will definitely not go here anymore.

Positive:A large, beautiful territory and a beach. Negative: Very poor repair in the rooms, there is no kettle and hair dryer. There is no dishwasher in the dining room, they wash the dishes manually. There are huge queues for food, the food is not thought out. If they came later, some dishes were missing. There is no animation, entertainment for children and adults. Boats and jet skis pass close along the coast, there are no swimming fences, which is dangerous for vacationers. They do not take care of the staff, the staff eats dosherak, although the food is thrown away in large quantities.There is no regular bus near the PSOU.

Which saved us from death. The director and his deputy approve of this unsanitary conditions and rudeness of the staff, because they themselves are boors and boors of the highest standard.
