I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of service in your optics. I contacted you with a question about the repair of children's glasses, and even at the stage of a telephone conversation I encountered rudeness. Even then, I didn't want to go to you, but necessity forced me to.
Upon arrival, my impression became even worse. The consultant Victoria, with whom I talked, turned out to be extremely rude. Her manner of communication was boorish: not a single word "please" or "thank you", just an irritated tone and a dismissive attitude. It feels like the customer is a burden to you, not the person who is requesting the service.
I am an ophthalmologist myself and in my practice I am used to respect and attentive attitude towards people. But this is the first time I've encountered such an attitude as in your optics! If you want to retain customers, you should reconsider your approach to work and staff training. With this level of service, your institution's prospects are very dubious.
I am extremely disappointed and will not recommend your optics to anyone.
