- all orders were combined into one receipt (without specifying);
- the discount of a regular customer did not apply to all items in the receipt, they pointed out an error, the administrator did not offer to recalculate the receipt, just said that it happens 🤷🏼♀️;
- food quality mismatch of cost;
- incredibly long wait for the waiter.
Our family vacation at the lighthouse began with the search for the perfect place for lunch. We found the prosciuteria on the Internet - the reviews were mixed, but we decided to take a chance, and it was absolutely the right decision!
We found a table for our whole extended family (5 of us with a baby) in the prosciuteria without any problems. The waiters quickly brought a high chair for the child, and the menu was so varied that both my husband and I and the children were satisfied! The children liked the pizza - the choice is huge! We ordered pasta with shrimp and beef tenderloin.
In the first few days we tried to have lunch at other establishments, but in the end we came back - we really liked it! The waiters were friendly and attentive to all our wishes, they were sympathetic to the whims of the baby - this is valuable) We will definitely come back to you next time!
We spent a wonderful Friday at Prosciutteria's birthday party. We were pleasantly surprised - the atmosphere of celebration and comfort at the same time, just super! The new menu is something incredible! I would especially like to mention pepper tartare - it's just a bomb! You can see that things are changing for the better - great job!

A small cozy place. Nice interior. An interesting selection of dishes. The truffle pancakes were an unexpected
and pleasant discovery. As for the cons: perhaps the price tag is a little too high for Minsk and small portions... they even poured half a cup of coffee with them)
We were at the gastrofest. And the following shortcomings were highlighted. We came with a friend before one couple, the set was paid in advance. But the couple got the set before we did... The food was cold. Yes, you can understand that there is a large influx of people at the gastrofest, but somehow there is not much cold. Although mulled wine was ordered, it was also brought barely in summer. Tablespoons were brought for dessert, not dessert ones....
The atmosphere in the establishment is very pleasant. The waiting time is optimal. We ordered pasta gambery and pizza Margarita with a friend. The dishes were 10/10. We decided to try frozen cosmos from cocktails. It's perfect for the summer heat. The waiters are friendly and attentive. Let's come back again

I certainly won't come here, because it immediately seemed that the Salad didn't taste fresh, and in the evening my wife felt sick.
The pizza products were as if they were treasured.

I put one star only for the design of the institution itself. We came to have lunch with a group of 8 people, there was no one in the place except us. Everyone made their orders and waited, waited for a long time, the dishes were taken out gradually with a large time difference, someone had already arrived, and someone did not wait for their dishes. Of the 8, only 6 people ate. We waited an hour for 2 dishes, which we never got. When asked to tell if they would be ready soon, the attendant said he would clarify, but he did not give any answer and no one came up. When they asked him for the bill and waited for him for a long time, one of the girls clapped her hands and said "finally", the waiter rolled his eyes and said that we should understand him, because there are 8 of us, and he is one and they also have one cook and they cannot cook dishes. And how should we know this, if you have one cook and he can't cope, then you either immediately warn about the long waiting time, or offer something that cooks quickly. No one told us at all that someone would be hungry after an hour of waiting. That no one will apologize, but only the waiter will roll his eyes in displeasure and say that we should understand him. The only thing he did was not take payment for Americano, just waved his hand and said no need to pay.
We arrived without reservation, we were ready that we would not sit down, the place is very small, we ordered two sets with us, at first they told us 40 minutes, they came to the time, they said 20-30 more, we come again still not ready, to be honest, it started to piss us off. It's just that if you can't cope with the influx, well, tell me right away, otherwise it turned out that we spent much more on waiting than we planned, and frankly, it's not that this set was worth it. It is very strange that payment is made only after receipt, where is the guarantee that you have accepted the order, that you are preparing it at all? They also didn't put a single device in our place, although there is something there that you can't eat with your hands. It is unlikely that we will visit again
The interior is interesting. It's quite tasty, the wait is long.
And in the morning, my companion became ill - he was terribly poisoned. It was scary to look at his condition.
We decided with a friend to visit this place as part of the gastrofest, called beforehand, said that there were no places to book and you can come in fact - maybe you'll be lucky, no one met us when we came to the institution and we learned about the availability of tables from a waitress running past us, who pointed to the table near the entrance, we looked at everything We saw at least 4 empty tables, of which only one of them had a "reserve" sign, we asked if we could sit at another empty table in another part of the hall and it turned out that yes, that table was free.
After sitting down at it and after a couple of minutes of waiting for the menu, we went to the bathroom, upon arrival we did not find the menu on the table, we asked for it ourselves, ordered a set and drinks right away, after a couple of minutes we were offered to move to another more comfortable table, on which there was a single sign "reserve", but as it turned out it was only because there was a reservation for a large company next to us and we were just in the way.
The dishes were brought faster than the drinks, when they were served, the waiter did not voice "what is it all about and what is it eaten with", not to mention the banal "please" and "bon appetit", the set was served quickly enough, the dishes liked sweet potatoes (although the portion is funny), ravioli and dessert, in general the set I was not surprised by anything and the impressions of visiting this institution were not the best due to the lack of service, I am unlikely to ever visit it again.
Waiting too long for the dishes, which no one warned about. Drinks were taken out of 4 dishes and 3 drinks almost immediately, and the rest... Salad and bruschetta (!) they appeared on the table almost 50 minutes later, and dessert and pizza after an hour of waiting. When the waiter asked "why it took so long", they received the following answer: "First we prepare orders for delivery, and then for the hall." Should it be like this - I doubt people in the hall want to eat the same way as those who ordered through the app🥲
I really liked the pizza! Something non-standard is not from the series of ordinary pizzas that we are used to ordering. Thin crispy dough, generous filling with delicate sauce and fresh aromatic herbs, and dried tomatoes gave the pizza a special piquancy. Eccellente! Bravo!
Disgusting service and spoiled mood.
We visited this institution on May 1. A table for two was booked in advance. We ordered tea and one set of Gastrofest.
There was no full seating in the establishment, half of the tables were empty.
Why is the impression of the place spoiled?
Firstly, we were put right under the air conditioner. When asked to move to a table to the right, we were refused, citing the fact that everything was booked. However, after more than an hour of waiting for Seth, no one took that table.
Secondly, the waiting time for the set. Tea was brought quickly, but we did not wait for Seth within an hour. Then they asked how long to wait for the set. The waiter promised to find out and inform. Another 10-15 minutes passed. The waiter passed by several times, but nothing about the set was answered.
The climax was the moment when the set was brought to the guests, who came and made an order 40 minutes later than us.
There was no point in staying and waiting any longer, especially since we managed to freeze because of the air conditioner. So we left, thanking them for the "very tasty set", which was never brought to us.
To which we were told that our set was still being prepared, and the guests who came much later than us received their set faster and earlier because they had ordered it in advance. But it was a blatant lie.
I'd like to know what it was all about.
If you somehow lost one set, then you could just explain the situation and apologize.
This situation would be understandable given the infernal workload of the institution. But the waiters were waddling around, absolutely not interested in what was going on in the hall at all, gathering four at once at the counter and discussing something. It's not really like working "in soap" to be forgiven for losing one set.
How many hours would we have to wait? Two? Three?
Waiting for a set for more than an hour is not allowed even within the framework of the Gastrofest.
Bottom line: not a foot in this institution anymore. And waiters should learn how to serve customers properly and apologize for their mistakes.

We ordered 2 dishes, which are cooked for at most 15 minutes.
At the time of our arrival, there were people, but they were already eating and leaving.
It was just the two of us and two other people. At this point, the order had already been placed 10 minutes ago. As a result, with such a small number of people, the dishes were carried for 40 minutes! It does not take so much time to fry fish and cutlets, no matter what kind of restaurant they are.
It was delicious, but in the end I already wanted to get up and leave.
A definite plus is the price of alcohol and the availability of choice. There are questions about the kitchen. But the place is atmospheric, the location is good. You can come in!
A solid three. Unfortunately, I can't give you a higher rating.
We took cutlets, pizza and mulled wine. The cutlets are not edible at all, there was more butter in the pizza than the filling ...)) Mulled wine was close to tart water.

It's not the first time this has happened. I'll think twice about leaving more money here.

And the dishes from the gastrofest are all tasteless. It is a pity that the cook could not make something worthwhile out of 5 positions.

The food seems to be normal, but the grams were greatly deceived, the declared weight of the gastrofest is 1270, we look at what really is. And this is with a package of 950 grams. I don't advise anyone to do this, it's a real deception.

The atmosphere is good, though it is dark and the tables are very close to each other. The guy who serves customers is very nimble) I didn't really like the menu and taste qualities.

I come here often. They have good breakfasts. A good selection of dishes. I tried their pasta, I really liked it. The waiters are attentive, they brought the order correctly. They helped with the choice. I really liked the presence of the wine of the week option in the menu. I am happy to come here when I want to have a snack
One of the favorite places in the area, we went many times, tried different dishes (breakfasts, main courses, salads, snacks), everything was delicious. I especially liked the ravioli, I have never eaten such delicious ones anywhere.
You can also take frozen dishes home here. Sometimes we take cheesecakes, which are also very tasty and at the same time quite inexpensive.
Polite staff, very tasty potatoes with almonds (do not look that it is covered with dark chocolate on top - it is light inside), we tried a pumpkin pie - also a test (the taste of pumpkin is specific, not for everyone), tea is served in large cups - take a cup (not a kettle), you will warm up. Attention, black tea with bergamot: if it doesn't come in, ask for another one. the interior is pleasant, there is an unusual full-length mirror. Well, it's not a cheap place. The girl took ravioli with prosciutto - said 5 plus)
The medallions were served with blood. We didn't ask for the roasting in advance. I asked to redo it, waited the first time for 20 minutes and the second time for 20 minutes.
The second time they brought it back with blood... She left hungry, the evening is ruined!

It's just an AMAZING place! We lived in a neighboring house during a trip to Minsk, went to the Cafeteria for breakfast and dinner. All the food we ordered, and we ordered half of the menu there in total, was incredibly delicious! Honestly, even the national Belarusian cuisine did not make such an impression as the food in this cafe.
Very nice waiters, excellent service, super coffee and desserts. Recommended!
