Many thanks to my beloved sanatorium for the warm welcome, the most smiling and polite staff, delicious "homemade" food, customer orientation (next to the room where we were accommodated, repairs were underway, they knocked on the wall, it was impossible to live. They changed our room without talking for 3 minutes).
Special thanks to the wonderful girls at the Charcot shower, underwater massage, paraffin, lymphoma, baths, mud and, of course, the canteen workers, masseur Pavel Demidko (a rare professional), the soul of the sanatorium and the organizer of the events Alexander, his charming deputy with a magical voice Margarita.

Perhaps the massage therapist Sergey Kashpar became a stain on the amazing reputation of Priozerny. To my question: is it possible to cover your feet with a blanket during a massage? (I'm cold, so I'm always interested). He rudely replied: "put on your socks, this is not a massage parlor for you" (I was wearing socks, please note). I jokingly said, since quarreling with a massage therapist was not part of my vacation: that there is something to add to clients." He replied: "you are not clients, you are patients, clients at the spa" (I hope not psychiatric patients, it's already good). Probably, Sergey Kashpar is not aware that those who come on a wellness package + buy additional procedures pay decent money. And obviously they did not deserve such rudeness, knowing the attitude towards the clients of the sanatorium itself. But Sergei Kashpar could not be stopped: both the Sanatorium writes customized reviews, and I am an old woman who has not looked at her passport for a long time, so I am freezing (I am 28 years old, well, okay, I laughed). But I would not soak up the reputation of the sanatorium, the guy is probably burned out and can not cope with emotions, perhaps he needs the help of professionals. The massage is weak. Not your employee, because I have not seen such rudeness anywhere for a long time, and even more so in my favorite sanatorium, where we are regular customers.
Thank you, the girls at the distribution: I asked to change the masseur, they changed it without any problems in 2 seconds to the amazing Pavel.
But this is the only unpleasant episode.
Everything else is as wonderful as always! We left as usual, with a slight sadness!

We had a vacation with my husband in September 2024, the sanatorium is wonderful, the rooms are excellent, the rooms are cleaned every day, the food and treatment are at the highest level, I liked everything. We will definitely come to rest in Priozerny more than once!!! Thanks for the rest!!!

An excellent sanatorium, I've been there several times, a source of mineral water is more suitable for me, what I need for my ulcer and a beautiful lake nearby. You can get well treated and relax very well, while there are no complaints. A wonderful place! It was the first time, for me this is basically the first experience of a trip to a sanatorium. We were very satisfied. We were with a child for 4 years. Everything has been thought out, from a children's room with a wonderful tutor, to bicycle rental, there is also evening leisure and shopping and everything without going beyond. I also liked the treatment, the gynecologist is just wonderful!!!and thanks to everyone who was involved in our vacation in this wonderful place! I forgot to say the same about nutrition, for every taste and fish and meat several side dishes and everything is very tasty!We will definitely come back!!!

We rested with my sister Ilyina Zinaida Pavlovna at the Priozerny sanatorium from April 1 to April 20, 2024.We received a lot of positive emotions and a boost of energy for the whole year.
The territory is very well maintained, beautiful and clean.
We took walks to Lake Naroch every day, it is located close to the sanatorium.
The medical staff is very polite and does their job well!
I would especially like to note the work of massage therapists Demidko Pavel Ivanovich and Yakimovich Nadezhda Svyatoslavovna.
The food is very varied, fresh, and delicious.
The room was cleaned every day.
This is the merit of the maids Svetlana and Tatiana.
The entire staff of the sanatorium is friendly, polite and will always help you if you need it.

We were in the Priozerny building, a standard room, a view from the balcony to the forest. The medical base is excellent, especially the mineral baths. There is a pump room with mineral water. It's great that all the buildings are connected to each other, no need to go outside.

I give 5 stars, although I haven't even been to the sanatorium! The story is this: we booked in advance, agreed and paid for everything, went with my wife to the sanatorium from St. Petersburg, by car, but unfortunately they did not let my wife through at the checkpoint, because she is not a citizen of the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus, and only citizens of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus can be on land direct borders (PAY ATTENTION TO THIS), citizens of other countries are not allowed to pass!
In general, we only found out about it at the checkpoint and had to turn around and drive back((
We wrote to the sanatorium in the morning, they answered us, explained the procedure in this situation!
We did not remain indifferent and fully refunded the payment!

The best sanatorium I've ever been to. A good medical base. Sooooo responsive staff, especially the restaurant. We saw the appointment of a doctor on a hypoallergenic diet and prepared it for me separately with preliminary approval of the menu. I did not expect such a personalized approach, for which I am very grateful. But it was incredibly pleasant and unexpected. The most beautiful territory, near the lake with the beach is not worse than foreign ones)) I am very pleased. EXCEPT(!) the spa... there are no places to make appointments for the procedure for a month in advance...

The sanatorium looks tired.
1. Rooms with an outdated and inconvenient classic key system are losing out to competitors.
2. Those staying with a weekend tour are unlikely to use the library for children and a children's room, sauna (weekends?). It is better to spend a family vacation elsewhere.
3. Rental is not included in the price, although at a symbolic price.
4. Accommodation with meals without treatment costs about the same as with treatment for some weekend tours, which strikes with strange pricing.
5. The buffet is a little meager, although there is everything for both a meat eater and a vegan. Desserts are 90% muffin and cookies, which is not a healthy food at all.

A very good sanatorium. The staff smiles and greets. There are a lot of free procedures, if there are not enough, then you can buy the ones you need. The food is varied, and most importantly, delicious. There are many trees, thuja, etc. Advice do not type a lot of procedures, otherwise you will not have enough free time, you will run from doctor to doctor. One minus, at least for me. I get up early, at 5-6 o'clock, and breakfast is only at 8.30. Otherwise, everything is fine. Nearby there is a forest, a lake, a village with shops. In general, everything is great.

It's not a bad sanatorium, maybe I haven't quite grown up to it yet). But based on the facts:
- the procedures are good, there is a choice, but maybe we got the wrong therapist, she didn't even know what the procedure was for.
- good nutrition, but after 5-6 days everything repeats, the choice is modest. Another nuance is that shingles or flour fritters for dinner, although it is more logical to serve them for breakfast or lunch.
- the rooms are good, the service is excellent, the staff is trying their best. From the nuances, the air is very, very dry, everything dries, even the bed sparkles in the dark.
- there is a rather boring leisure program in the off-season. Yes, there are bowling alleys and concerts by unknown artists.
- excellent sauna complex, swimming pool, three saunas, and even a snow room.
- there are a lot of guests from the Russian Federation, plus or minus, decide for yourself.
In general, everything is not bad. Let's try to come sometime in the summer.

My wife and I came to this sanatorium for the 6th time. I hope that we will continue to visit it annually. A very beautiful place, the purest pine air, the territory is literally "licked", there is not a blade of grass, not a speck. A good, decent sanatorium.
Very helpful staff, always ready to help and prompt. Beautiful, well-maintained territory. They are well fed - in August they gave fruits: cherries, watermelons, melons, blueberries and much more. If this is not enough, there is a bar and a pizzeria where good and delicious food is available for an additional fee. money.
There is not a lot of animation for children 10-13 years old. In the evenings, everyone plays football and there was a laser tag several times (10 rubles).
Special thanks for the laser tag, the child is delighted.
The rooms are not bad, but some little things are not for 5, our kettle outlet was not thought out, the door to the balcony was hardly closed. The iron didn't work. The ironing board and dryer are a little scary.
From what needs to be considered:
1. It is difficult to get from Minsk by taxi - a taxi may not arrive, the driver may not be lucky so far, the price may be different.
Alternatively, a bus from the Minsk bus station to the hotel, tickets can be ordered on the website.
We were driving in a 15-seater Mercedes Sprinter. By time +15-20 minutes to taxi. But, no problem. The ticket price is 20 rubles (660 Russian rubles)
2. Shops and pharmacy are open until 16
3. The bank is open Tue, Thu, Sat until 16.
4. Cards are accepted everywhere, including Mir, except for rental and if you want to buy fruit on the way to the beach.
5. Beach - sun beds, umbrellas, towels for money, except for superior rooms and cottages - they are free of charge.
The water on the lake feels and visually clean, but there may be allergies due to the large number of birds. Be sure to rinse off in the shower on the beach after the lake and dry off with a towel. There is detailed information about this at the hotel reception
16. There is no laundry room, but there are washing machines in the buildings. You need your own washing powder. He doesn't always go to the hotel store or to the shops nearby.

This is not the first time we have rested in sanatoriums in Belarus.We visited here because of the good reviews. And the price and quality do not converge here in any way.
So, the pros:
1. Friendly and courteous staff.
2. Beautiful territory. Especially ponds with blooming lilies.
2. There are interesting treatments such as Sea Breeze and Wax room in the spa area. But you need to armor in advance, everything is sorted out on weekends.
Minuses:
1. Nutrition. It's simple, like in a canteen. Fruits on weekdays are grapefruit and orange. Grapes, bananas and generally better food we saw at the weekend. Desserts are all industrial, there is nothing branded here. Juices sometimes seem to be diluted with water, or they are such weak compotes.
2. Payment for procedures. This point is purely my opinion. Recording of procedures is in a separate room with payment before the procedure. This is exactly the same system in the spa. If you need to cancel the procedure, but it has already been paid, you need to write an application for a refund. In the pool at the bar, you pay with a bracelet, but you still have to pay with money at the exit) I'm a little tired of carrying my wallet with me. It would be cool if there was a system where you pick up a bracelet everywhere, the final calculation at departure. Very convenient.
3. The details of the spa are not worked out. During the ritual, the bathroom began to drain and the sounds of the draining water drowned out the music! I also had to ask for the lights to be dimmed, as it hit me right in the eyes. After the bath and the ritual, tea is offered, but not always)
The wife was not offered tea at all after the second bath, and after her ritual she had to remind herself about tea.
4. The room. We were in the azure building, we took a standard room, called the superior. Don't be fooled by the name, the usual standard. To be honest, we read the description of the room hastily, as we are used to the fact that even the standard has a conder and a 1.6-meter bed. But not here) There is no air conditioning in the superior. Also, in the superior, the beds are 1.6 m only in the lake building, in the azure building - 1.4 m, which caused considerable surprise. When booking, the sales service was not notified. It's good that there was an opportunity to pay extra for the superior+ room, there is both a conder and a 1.6 m bed.
There were interruptions with cold water in the room, only boiling water was coming from the tap.
There was an unpleasant smell in the shower itself. The room looked very tired: dirty wallpaper in places, worn furniture, stained curtains.
5. Booking. The past decade is immediately felt here) The website design is still normal. A personal account is something) The online booking system - well, you can say it doesn't exist. I booked via telegram, spending a total day on the reservation.
Conclusion: The impression is made up of details. And there are a lot of small shoals here. This is not the level of the sanatorium, as they position themselves.
We're not coming here anymore.

The sanatorium is located in the most beautiful places of Belarus, we are here for the first time, previously we rested near Minsk for many years. There are many advantages and reviews have been written about them-I will not repeat myself. Minus one! It's cold water in a large pool!!! We have repeatedly contacted the relevant services and were assured that, according to standards and orders, the water is 26-28 degrees just wonderful, warm... It is impossible to enter this water, it is cold!!! We were vacationing in a large company, of different ages, three out of 9 got sick! The sauna complex is excellent, there are a lot of interesting things, but the water can be made warmer! This is not the Olympics! Let's swim in cooler water, all at the place of residence!

It is good here, and the territory, and the availability of procedures, and entertainment, and rooms. High-quality cleaning.
Of the cons- 1)the food is more aimed at sick people (maybe it's good for someone), i.e. you won't eat much fatty and spicy. Well, the range is not great, unfortunately ...
2) the pool and saunas work strictly on time (i.e. you can go to the bottom 2 times a day) and time is limited
3) the procedures are timed very inconveniently (I don't understand why?)
4) there are no disposable products in the baths
In general, it is not critical, but we expected more for this money. The room, the territory and the rest are super. Be prepared for the rest.

In general, a great place for a family holiday, the kitchen is good, there is a huge lake nearby (catamarans, yachts, beach, etc.), clean - nothing is left anywhere, room cleaning is daily.
There are a lot of medical procedures, I was impressed and completely satisfied. Sauna, hammam, swimming pool - I liked everything. The sanatorium is located in the wilderness, the silence is complete.
Now from the negative: four days before the departure of my son, he vomited and the temperature was 38, some kind of infection was to blame, he lay in the room for two days, as it turned out later, this was not an isolated case in the hotel, then the situation repeated with his wife…
The staff of the sanatorium (nurse) is on duty around the clock, provided everything you need - a thermometer, an injection and regular monitoring.

Excellent sanatorium! Beautiful nature and many opportunities for recreation for every taste: relaxation in the SPA, soaring in the sauna complex, bowling, swimming in the pools. Delicious and healthy food. And, of course, a variety of procedures. I was pleased with the customer orientation of the staff (especially the spa complex and reception) and the management of the sanatorium.

The magnificent sanatorium is located on the shore of Lake Naroch in Belarus. Not cheap, but European level. There is a gorgeous SPA. THE STAFF IS POLITE AND FRIENDLY. BUT BELARUSIANS ARE VERY RESERVED AND NOT SMILING. A Shvets table, not very diverse, a diet table, but at the same time very tasty. The sanatorium is surrounded by a pine forest. You can eat air with a spoon. A great vacation. The audience is diverse and of different ages. Many young couples come with children. I will definitely come back.
