Everything is amazing. Pizza is prepared almost lightning fast, and you won't even drink half of your beer before it arrives. Pizza on thin dough is tender, delicately crispy and easy to eat :) each pizza has three or four sizes, very convenient.

There were waiters in this institution on 10/27/2024 who are very slow, they need to be called several times and reminded of themselves, the dishes are too salty, in some dishes that were brought there were not enough ingredients.

We were a group of friends in this institution on 30.06. We rested on the 2nd floor. The waitress (if I'm not mistaken, Alina) immediately came up and took the order. The drinks arrived 5 minutes after the order. We ordered more mozzarella, it was brought in 20 minutes, and the same applies to pizza. Considering that the waitress warned us about the serving time of 40 minutes, we were very pleased with the fast delivery! The atmosphere is cozy, the view from the window is gorgeous, we recommend the 2nd floor more than the terrace and the 1st floor (it seemed that it was noisy there). The service is 5 stars, the atmosphere too, the food is delicious and without consequences))) The only thing was that they thought the place was open until 00:00, but it turned out that it was until 23.00, but thank you that the waitress warned about this in advance.

The service is terrible. We were there on June 2 at 20:30, a lot of waiters, a few people. No one met us or greeted us. The menu is brought quickly, but this is the only plus. The chairs were covered in crumbs, pushed very close, it was impossible to sit down. But the saddest thing is that in the 30 minutes that we were sitting there (although we decided on the order for 15 minutes), not a single waiter came up to take an order from us (in 15 minutes it was possible to come up), and one waiter stood at the entrance all the time and only brought the menu to new people. When they left, no one paid attention, at that moment there were already three waiters. When we left, we noticed that most of the waiters were standing and chatting at the entrance to the restaurant (we were on the terrace)

We sat down at the table. 2 waiters on the second floor were running back and forth, but no one came up. As a result, they took the menu themselves. They chose it. They asked me to come over and take the order. They said 5 minutes... And I do not know, they forgot / scored / I wanted to finish the job as soon as possible... As a result, almost 20 minutes of waiting were wasted.
At the same time, there are already 3-4 tables left on the floor. That is, only 1/6 of it was occupied.
So I can't rate the food, but the service is just terrible.

It's a terrible place. We ordered food and drinks at 14.35. At 14.55 we had to remind ourselves and ask them to bring at least drinks. After several calls to the waitress, at 15.30 (after an hour of waiting!) We were told to wait another 15 minutes!!! Waiting for food (pasta and gratin) 1 hour and 10 minutes!!!!!!!!! Why don't the waiters immediately warn you about the long waiting time??? The people who came later than us are sitting and eating their food. And we've been waiting for over an hour!
As a result, gratin with cold chicken. Apparently, while all the other ingredients were in the oven, the chicken was going out somewhere)) And pasta with very burnt bacon, tastes like bitter charcoal.

Of course, you can refer to Saturday evening and heavy workload, but... everything is very long and slow. We waited for food for a long time. Carpaccio for 25 minutes, and pizza for 40 minutes. They even carried a box to pack a pizza with them for about 15 minutes. The pizza was already cold, and the carpaccio was not pickled. Pizza plates were brought and one smelled very strongly of a dirty rag. They didn't make a row, they didn't want to spoil their evening, they just put it aside. And at the end of the evening... - there's a long blond hair in each pizza... The cook must have a great head of hair... But it's worth cleaning your hair and wearing a hat in the kitchen, so as not to spoil the visitors' time! We will never come to this Pizza Tempo restaurant again.

It's a pity that on some random day you couldn't feed a regular customer. Long-term warm relations with Tempo Pizza and the entire chain (Marumi and Cornflowers) can be forgotten. Lately I've been amazed at this place and the whole network in general. Dirty dishes are already the norm. However, these are flowers, the quality of the meat in the pizza is questionable, I ordered a barbecue with chicken and honey mushrooms. The first piece was not bad, but in the subsequent ones there were pieces of chicken with a very specific taste. I didn't think much of it right away. What I regretted at night closer to dawn. The result after visiting this place 30.03 spent an exciting night on a white stone, as well as heartburn with pizza flavor. Be vigilant and don't repeat my mistakes!
And the company's management needs to better control the work of its employees. Dirty plates and sticky cups with smudges are strong! And the quality of the products leaves much to be desired.
