At the time of the celebration, Anna, the manager, by her order, could not stand our alcohol and juices, saying that juice appeared in the cafe and it had to be paid for, but her juice was not allowed. Such tactless and non-client-oriented behavior spoiled the mood of the jubilee, as the manager, instead of settling the misunderstanding, began to sort things out with the customer in front of the guests. I put two stars only because the manager Anna arranged a showdown at the beginning of the celebration, and also refused to give the complaint book and the contact of the cafe owner to clarify the details. There were no prices for the offered juice in the cafe menu, as I attach a photo. If the manager stays in your cafe, then you risk losing regular customers.
