The rink itself is nice, but small, and there are quite a lot of people. During the session, the ice is cleaned. My impressions of the rink are very positive. But the prices are terrible... The staff is very angry, the impression is that they are not paid at all, they are rude, they shout, they break down. You need to be a little more restrained. The prices for the sessions are greatly inflated. After all, we don't live in Moscow. 750 rubles . 45 min . Unlimited 1500 t.p. from 1 person. The cafe is small, unpretentious, gray, the prices are affordable, but not for all dishes, there are also overpriced, the cafe staff is very polite and serves quickly.

We used to visit a lot, now it's just disgusting, this is our last visit to this charade! We entered receipt forms at the entrance, where we collect the personal data of all visitors! Namely, full name, place of residence, phone number! The questionnaire states that I give permission for the processing of personal data, and when asked how they are stored, how they are processed and how long they are stored, they said that they are then burned in boxes. And they won't let you go to the rink without a receipt. Has something changed in our law on personal data, or has someone been stunned by the New Year's feasts? ... The skates are old, the fasteners are broken, the runners probably don't sharpen in principle. Shoelaces are probably also a terrible shortage, since everything is with knots...
There is an unlimited ticket in the prices on the website and at the checkout, but they said no when paying. A minute on ice costs 17₽... I will attach photos of the skates that are being rented. It became much worse, but several times more expensive. It would be possible to put 0, I would.

We bought a child an invitation for 4 people to the Penguin skating rink, paid 2,900 rubles, gave it to him for the New Year, came on January 5, 2025 at 6 :30 p.m., stood for 10 to 15 minutes, received skates, then people ran in to take skates, they are serviced in the 1st queue, lost time....then take protection, find out where the protection is, where the walker is...to put on the skates, another 15 minutes. Ie, the service is very slow ...
Finally, we went to the rink, there are a lot of people, but everything is fine ... we skated, fell down, froze, went out to warm up with the children....for 10 minutes in a cafe, 600 rubles, we went to the skating rink again and then after 5 minutes they announced leave....as a result, we did not roll out three cards for 15 minutes, for a total of 45 minutes, for a minute 750 rubles...
We ask at the exit, and if we did not roll back the time.. The answer was overwhelming: so what, and even more so, you're on a positive note, so we paid for it, you didn't give it to us....and then they started being rude to us, the man on the way out was about 60 years old...I think I'm an adult, I've lived my life, but the rudeness is awesome, and come out faster, and read the rules, and everything is rude, some kind of boor.
Yes, it turns out that they delayed it themselves, the money is not returned, in general, it is not adequate, not positive, the service leaves much to be desired, they ruined the gift for the New Year, they also do not return the money, and they do not give the opportunity to use 45 minutes of their PAID time!!!!!!!
