I really liked the hotel, there are greenery around, 150 m to the sea.We walked through the woods. The room was given to us clean, the bed linen is snow-white.The food is varied and very tasty. The staff is friendly. The only thing is that we didn't like the pool area, it needs renovation, although we spent more time at sea.And so, it's good for a 3* hotel in a restaurant. I recommend it.
Awful. We went in August 2018. The room was given a small one for three, huh. And when they asked for more, they ignored it, pretended that they did not understand Russian. But come on, the furniture in the room is bad, they managed to pick up a splinter from behind the bed.
Attitude is also a separate topic. There are few Russians themselves, and it is clear why Bulgaria has not surrendered to anyone. And the Bulgarians themselves dislike Russians, which is why it's a shame. You pay that kind of money, and they treat you like trash. For example, the above-mentioned "we don't speak Russian" is also squinted at... Russian.
The food is not ideal, but you can eat. The pool is not bad. But here is the sea... it was dirty, there were all sorts of fragments, places were paid. Where are these "golden" sands?
In general, it is better not to go to Preslav. But it's up to you to decide.
In general, for that kind of money, it's not bad! Of the advantages: well-fed, 5 minutes to the beach, cozy courtyard, friendly staff, everyone knows Russian. In general, 60 percent are Russian speakers. Of the cons: specifically, we had problems with soap dishes, they did not work (liquid soap) at the reception they said that there were no others. It was possible to rock it, of course, but we just didn't bother. The bar is open until 21.00, I think it is possible at least until 22.00. Otherwise, it is a purely family-run hotel, no parties are arranged there.
The hotel is so-so. We were given a small room. Patched furniture, constantly breaking plumbing. The attitude towards Russians is lousy. So don't go to the Preslav Hotel
