Well, it's almost a fairy tale. Two things overshadowed the presence: some kind of problem with the irons and the not very clear operating mode of the lobby bar and fitness center. There is no iron on Friday morning, on Saturday morning there is a queue, it is not clear and bitter.
And the working hours are from 9-00. In my opinion, at nine in the morning, the guests should already start the process of raising the economy of the republic, and not start the day with waiting for a workout and a cup of coffee

The water in the pool seemed a little cool, which the sauna did not help to keep warm, visually everything is super.
An appointment to the spa area or massages has not been established or adjusted for its own purposes. I booked 3 relaxation massages for ng gifts for my loved ones back in early December. On the day of arrival, they said that in just a couple of hours I canceled 2 entries myself, i.e. there is only one slot for one person, the other two - sorry. I didn't like this arrangement.
If you are afraid that there is a possibility that customers will not come or will refuse to sign up late - take an advance payment, since you can pay for everything online.

Firstly, it is better to book rooms in advance, otherwise you will have to live in a "suite". :-)))
Secondly, it is better for lovers of silence to book a room in the first building, otherwise the hotel has a casino.
Thirdly, be sure to use the pool - it is large and pleasant, relaxing in it on the sun beds is a pleasure.
And fourth, be sure to visit the Chinese cuisine restaurant in the 2nd building on the 1st floor - this is the highlight of the hotel.

We stayed with my wife for 3 days. Great rooms, quiet and peaceful, very helpful staff. Clean pool, relatively good bar. There is a lot of greenery in the park on the embankment. It is suitable for both a business trip and a family vacation. Close to the center, taxis will cost no more than 300 rubles on the Yandex.Money business. We will definitely stay there next time.

The service and staff correspond to the hotel category, 5*. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, clean. The breakfast is a buffet, quite decent. There are two restaurants, but you can go to the center, there are many restaurants, cafes, bars. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the center of Minsk in an unfunny step. The hotel has a swimming pool (large, clean), a gym (small, but enough for the load that the hotel has). In general, everything is very decent, but the prices are not affordable, this should be taken into account, of course.

We had a rest with our family at this hotel. The rooms are clean, the food is delicious, BUT daily cleaning seems to simply mean replacing hygiene products like toilet paper and gels, shampoos, shower conditioners. The rooms are not vacuumed and floors are not washed during the stay, if they do, it is very bad.
The temperature in the room is a separate song.
The constant temperature in the room is 27°-29C °, the windows do not open wide for safety reasons, the air conditioners do not work. ( they said at the reception that they are included only in the summer season )Although it is very strange that a simple basic thing like air conditioning does not work in a hotel with this status. The hell came at night, the blankets in the hotel are excellent, BUT it is unbearable to sleep under them at room temperature of 28-29 °.
The spa area is not bad (swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi)
The attitude of the staff is very strange, some relate to the body normally, and the other normally refers only to the Chinese, of whom there are a dime a dozen.
In general, I recommend Willing Hotel to everyone, which is slightly lower in cost, but more comfortable.
Yes, the interior may be simpler, but unlike Beijing, cleaning is carried out there daily and efficiently, the air conditioners work. the attitude of the staff towards you is excellent.

The hotel is excellent, as a 5-star hotel. Refrain from visiting a Chinese restaurant that is expensive/tasteless/long. They bring the chicken with the crushed bones: hold it - poke / spit; shrimp with spaghetti in the shell - remove from the sauce, peel and put back, fire!

They said that there are only SUITES, so we took them, the prices vary very much, we paid 23t, if in Russian rubles, I have no idea what the suite was, even breakfast is not included, which we were not even notified about, and, most terrible, an incredible number of insects without shame, they put up a sign "a lot of insects, do not open the windows", although we did not even plan to open them, it was just so that there was nothing to show, they say they "warned"
There are resort places where insects are all year round, but normal hotels poison them, and in general, they stably disinfect everything, but here there was not even a close feeling of freshness and cleanliness in the room

Beijing, with its room stock, polite and smiling staff, is super as always! But I was very disappointed with the taste and quality of the food in the Oasis restaurant... apparently the cook has changed, since it is simply impossible to eat the main dishes : (I advise the management to send the Oasis cook to the chef at the Opera casino for a master class, since the casino has 5+ dishes. I hope my review will be useful and the Oasis will regain its status and taste of dishes by my next visit.

The first impression of the hotel is the security service (or security), which spoiled it right away. We drove up to the upper parking lot (checked in), of course there are no places, we found a corner, parked without interfering with the passage. Then the "man in black" hurried to us and said that "an event is taking place, you are in the way, they will park here, look for places in the lower parking lot." I had to carry all the things on myself… One porter who helped our friends :) they were greeted at the reception without enthusiasm, but they were quickly issued, in the end they really smiled). The standard room is on the top floor with access to the balcony. The view is not the most successful, but it is interesting to watch the seagulls, there are a huge number of them settled at the tractor plant (former it looks like). The room is spacious, everything for comfort is available. The only drawback was that when the rain shower was turned on, a flood formed on the floor due to the leaky door in the shower. WiFi is decent, but it fell off with two devices. The TV signal was intermittently lost. The water disappeared completely once, but for a couple of minutes. The audibility is decent, especially as the doors bang. The bathroom was being repaired in the next room, it felt like it was in our room. I would also like to mention the spa area, or rather the reception - a very nice and pleasant girl. He will offer, clarify and tell you everything. Always with a smile and care. The pool is 1.40 deep, there is a small area for children. One small sauna, Jacuzzi. The room service also left a pleasant impression.
Overall impression: the hotel was built on a grand scale, beautiful ground floor, fish, fresh flowers (although the choice of lilies is very risky), but the hotel itself seems to need renovation or a good major cleaning. The location is so-so, next to the abandoned, as if on the outskirts. If you did not arrive in a luxury car or not in deep rooms, you will not be treated kindly :)
Pros: the bed, mattress, pillows are just super! Spa area (reception and lifeguard), large room with a choice of both bath and shower.
Cons: security, Parking (you can make an awning from birds).
Considering that the spa area is included in the price, it is generally fine, rather it is my unjustified expectations.

the location is more suitable for families with children, the park is around, it is far enough to any shops, you need to take a taxi. The main disadvantage, please note, is that it is impossible to sleep in the room, the air conditioning system does not work, even the door open at night did not save, the administrators answered all questions - such a setting, alas, endure. It's very stuffy!!! In general, the spa is not bad, the breakfasts are ordinary, I will not recommend it and I will not go any more, I will rather choose the Hilton in the center again.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with late check-out from 17 to 20 June 2023.
The hotel fully meets the stated 5 stars.
The rooms are spacious, well renovated, comfortable beds, snow-white linen, good plumbing, good cosmetics.
There is a nuance with plumbing - the room has both a shower cabin and a bathtub, but a bathtub without a shower, two taps with cold and hot water according to the European model. There is not enough bidet, for hygienic purposes you have to go to the cabin.
There is also a nuance with a change of underwear. On the second day of my stay, I noticed that the linen had not been changed, and I was surprised. I looked at the signs on the bedside tables - it turns out that in order to change the linen, you need to put this sign on the pillow.
A pleasant spa area with a swimming pool (this was important for us when choosing a hotel). The pool is 20 meters, without paths, the water is warm, corresponds to the stated 28-29 degrees, panoramic Windows, park view. Quite a lot of people come "from the city" on weekends, but somehow there was enough space for everyone. On weekdays, I swam in the pool alone.
Massage services are provided in the spa area - there is a Chinese one (both specialists from China and local girls who have been trained by Chinese masters do it), there is a European one. I went twice - I really liked it in the process, and then - a really working thing. I recommend it!

A great hotel, a fairly high price tag, not all the staff are friendly and helpful, there is a convenient place to park a car. The breakfasts are good, but the coffee is terrible. The spa area is rather clueless: a small sauna (for 2 people) and a Jacuzzi (for 4 people) in the male and female parts and a communal swimming pool. There is no bar, just a water cooler. Towels are provided at the entrance, there are lockers for changing clothes. The rooms are spacious, a little "tired". A strange solution for the bathroom: it is separated from the main room by glass, although with blinds ... almost all the rooms at the cars near the hotel were Russian on the first weekend of June 22. The service in the lobby bar is very slow and it is not round the clock. The reception is not obviously located to the right of the main entrance in the adjacent hall.

It is very beautiful and quiet! Wonderful staff. But the Chinese restaurant was very disappointing, I was very upset with the tasteless dishes. The shrimps did not separate from the shell, the octopuses were hard and like rubber, I could not chew them:( of all the dishes, I liked only asparagus. But the European restaurant that is there is very pleased ! And the serving was very beautiful and the dishes were excellent. I hope they will put the Chinese restaurant in order over time.

The hotel was built on a grand scale. Huge areas, high ceilings in common areas. Nice pool. The rooms are spacious.
But, the feeling does not leave that the hotel comes from the 90s. What was my surprise when I found out that it was built in 2014.
The breakfast buffet is expensive. It seems about 25 USD per person. This is much more expensive than ordering a menu of dishes from the chef and coffee. How can this be?!

The location is good - you can either walk to the center in 20 minutes or take a taxi in 3-4 minutes.
This time, we were not very lucky with the staff when checking in: the room was not ready , since after 8 hours on the road it is critical. As a compliment , they gave three juices at the bar 🤣
The cocktail and juice were served in dirty dishes in the lobby bar.
The order was accepted with such reluctance that I wanted to leave just in case.
There has been no congratulations since February 23rd, which is also strange.
The pool is small and generally decent.
Let's hope that they will improve.
