A great hotel!
The rooms are spacious, the bathroom has a shower and a bathtub, beds with good mattresses and pillows, not worn linen, slippers, bathrobes, hair dryer ... well, in general there is everything for a comfortable stay.
The restaurant has delicious food with a veranda.
There is beauty in the lobby of the hotel. The pool with panoramic windows, we were in autumn-the view is a sight to behold.

Great hotel! The price corresponds to the quality. Breakfasts are better than in many famous 5* (Moscow and St. Petersburg). A good spa center, a swimming pool, separate areas for m and w, where there is a small Jacuzzi and a sauna. Everything is clean, beautiful, the staff is insanely pleasant, responsive and good-natured! Only pleasant emotions from visiting this hotel. We will definitely come back and visit the casino)

A beautiful large hotel with an unusual spacious lobby.
The room has everything for a comfortable stay: a large comfortable bed with a wonderful mattress, a blanket and snow-white linen, comfortable pillows.
There is an excellent shower set in the bathroom: shampoo, conditioner, gel and body lotion.
The breakfasts are varied to suit every taste, including Chinese cuisine.
Among the wishes: to make sockets on both sides of the bed (so far only on one side), a hair dryer is more powerful.
At least on weekends, breakfast should be extended until 11 (now until 10.30).
I definitely recommend the hotel.

A wonderful hotel. Everything is on the level, lived in a suite, bathroom, delighted with the bed!! )) the cuisine in both Chinese and European restaurants is gorgeous, the pool with windows overlooking the park is a delight. We stayed with my husband at this hotel on 25.01-26.01. My impressions of the hotel were good until the moment of eviction came. When I came to hand over the keys at the reception, they gave me an invoice for 102 b.r. to which neither my husband nor I had anything to do. We did not visit the lobby bar, and by the time the bill was knocked out, we were not at the hotel at all. At the reception, I was convinced that this was our account and that the cameras allegedly confirmed this. When I asked to see the camera footage, I was told that this was confidential information! Well, if you're trying to convince me that I ordered in the lobby, why can't I watch this moment??? I don't rule out that they just wanted to pin someone else's unpaid bill on me. As a result, the administrators conferred, looked at something and said goodbye to me without apologies and offered to drink coffee in this lobby!
I can only say thank you for the fact that when I was evicted, a police squad was not waiting for me at the reception because of someone else's account. Because it was already extremely humiliating! I've been to a lot of places, but I've never seen anything like this! I often visit Minsk, but I don't set foot in the Beijing Hotel anymore.

The hotel as a whole is lovely.
Excellent clean, not shabby rooms. Comfortable beds. High-quality plumbing. Nice very clean pool in the spa (and no chlorine smell).
The wonderful location is in a park area.
There is a bicycle rental service, which you can comfortably ride directly from the hotel, because bike paths are laid in the park area (and beyond).
However, there are rough edges.
1. Nuances of service in the restaurant. It is very, very long, unreasonably expensive, not always polite, the waitress does not know the map well and is slow. If we talk about breakfast, then everything is delicious, in abundance, but the price is again somewhat overpriced (however, it is convenient to have breakfast at the hotel, and then immediately go to the pool :), therefore it is better to take breakfast).
2. Bicycles are poorly maintained. But if you just go for a ride in the park, then it's fine. But if you go on a trip around the city, it won't be very good.

I really liked the hotel. The interior is chic, the lobby bar with a seating area is something fantastic! We visited the spa and pool in the morning, there were few people at that time, although this is when the hotel is fully loaded. I liked the two restaurants at the hotel quite well. Initially, we booked for a day, but we liked it so much that we decided to stay for another day. There were no available rooms, but they went to a meeting and moved us to a room with a balcony on the floor above and made a good discount. In general, the hotel corresponds to its 5 stars! We will definitely return there!

Very quiet and peaceful. Amazing beds, I just didn't want to get out of them. The cleanest rooms. The service is wonderful. Starting from the reception and ending with the lobby bar and SPA, including the tea shop - they solve all the issues and always try to meet the guests.
The only exception is the restaurant Seasons. The food is very tasty, large portions. But the waiters, this is a real trouble. They can't tell about the composition of the dishes, they don't know about what kind of beer they have... I'm not talking about the fact that they don't smile, and not only the waiters, but also the girl at the entrance to the restaurant. It feels like everyone is unhappy that you came to them. You have to wait for the waiter and "catch" during the meal (even if you are sitting with a company of 9 people at the largest table and the restaurant is not even loaded for a quarter).
The hotel itself is definitely worth it to relax in it again and again.
But it's worth thinking about the restaurant (and it's better if the administration thinks about why they have such problems with service in the restaurant and eliminates all the flaws).
There is another interesting nuance with the luggage room: it's so hot there that you get things out of a suitcase if it stays in the luggage room for several hours warm. So if you need to vacate the room and take things to the luggage room before departure, you first need to make sure that there are no sweets or groceries left in the suitcases (they won't last an hour in this room).

In the restaurant on the terrace, the boys want to please very much, but the menu does not know what is on the foot either. The hotel is expensive by all standards, and the staff is not paid attention at all. Although the rooms are clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable. The location in the park is good. We would have trained the staff and there would have been a solid top five!!

We booked a room for two nights, July 12-14. We were settled a little earlier, this is of course a plus. But the advantages end there. Returning to the room late in the evening, they found that all the windows and walls from the inside of the room were covered with small moth-like midges. The windows are closed, and double. It is not known where they came from. The situation has not changed in the morning. It turned out that there were all the same midges on the walls, curtains, and cornices. It is not possible to live in such a room, we left in the morning and rented another hotel. The reception explained their reason for early departure, but we did not receive any apologies or solutions to this issue. I was on a business trip. Everything is comfortable, clean, fast, the food is delicious, the mattress on the bed is top, I don't want to get up. Breakfast starts at 8, it may be too late for someone, because while you take it and eat it slowly, 40 minutes flies away. Of the conditional disadvantages, a Russian person has 4 pillows on the bed a lot, after a shower there is water on the floor in front of the sink. I got my socks wet. Good luck to everyone.

I highly recommend both this hotel and the restaurant! It is very cozy and clean. And It's Warm!!! I was preparing to freeze in a hotel room as usual, but it wasn't there. Warm sheets, because the room had a comfortable temperature, despite the frosts. The breakfasts were gorgeous, delicious, and a glass of sparkling wine improved the already festive mood. The room is thought out to the smallest detail, I got an aesthetic pleasure from staying at this hotel. Thank you very much to the hotel owner and all the staff!We will definitely come back, and more than once, I'm sure!

Well, what can I say about this institution, or rather about the restaurant in which we celebrated the corporate. It's the worst service I've ever had in my life. It just doesn't fit in my head, because this is a restaurant and everything should be at the highest level..but no. There is one huge complaint about the work of the waiters (but again, the fish rots from the head).
The first unpleasant case is that in the seating, which we handed over to the administrator, there was an approved number of people at a certain table - but they set one less. And when the guest came, he simply had nowhere to sit, he was not covered. And no, in order to fix the situation as soon as possible, he stood for 15 minutes and waited until, reluctantly, the waiters clarified what to do and finally brought him a chair and utensils (and the other 270 people sat watching and did not understand what was the matter, why their colleague still would not sit down). But you should get the person hooked right away, and then figure out your joint.
The next is a very unpleasant moment. Food: salads, the first is hot, the second was brought.... the man ate a little and left the table...But the salad is gone....then he comes back, and most of the hot stuff is gone again (and the person expected to eat it, he just walked away), then the second hot stuff is the same....you know, it's just an absurdity! The waiters were constantly taking food away because there wasn't enough space on the tables, and they didn't even ask people if they would finish eating, they just removed the dish and brought a new one. And so more than half of the people did not finish their dishes - the dishes simply disappeared!
Because of this, people remained hungry!
Then there's more: cake and coffee. Coffee and tea were paid for by every employee, but unfortunately almost no one saw them! Only the lucky ones were lucky enough to drink coffee and eat their cherished piece of cake (because the cake was delivered through a person, one for two or something...well, you understand, dear readers)
Well, the icing on the cake, when people asked for a container, they were informed: we are not supposed to take food out of the restaurant....Are you serious, you're not supposed to take out paid meals??
I just don't know how to express and compare my emotions (and by the way, not only mine, but the opinions of all the guests who attended this event).
Shame on you restaurant administrators!
I would never advise anyone to hold any events here! You'll just be ashamed later in front of the guests!

Overall, a good hotel, but there are nuances: there is a guard at the central entrance, while you can easily get inside the hotel from several other entrances, the doors are open (the territory is not fenced), there is a kettle in the rooms, but there is no cooler anywhere in the hotel, so either buy water from a store that is simply not nearby, or in the cafe of the hotel for a billion rubles. We had several different rooms, it is possible to compare, I definitely do not recommend double twin accommodation, the audibility from the adjacent room is as if there are no doors between them, half of the channels were not shown in one room, in others there was no such problem, in all rooms huge puddles turned out in the showers after washing on the floor - structurally there is a huge gap between the wall and the shower stall door, the rooms themselves are already tired, there are many different stains, scratches, chips, while the beds, doors, furniture do not creak. The air conditioners work quietly, and the room temperature is easily set to a comfortable temperature. An excellent Jacuzzi with a TV (in the men's part of the locker room, in the women's without a TV), I also liked the pool, we rested in the summer, the door to the street was open - you can go out to lie on the slopes, sunbathe, but also, as I wrote earlier, through the same door anyone can enter the pool - since this part The hotel overlooks the city embankment. The hotel staff is friendly.

We stayed overnight, were on a business trip:
-we took a Deluxe room: very comfortable beds, nice room size, quiet, cozy, however, the furniture is quite old and there is no gloss
-the staff is on the level, ready to meet you halfway
-the breakfasts are just wonderful, a huge selection, they barely carried themselves away, everything is very tasty))
-the restaurant: salads, snacks I liked, I really didn't like the pancakes, terribly fried and very fatty, like chips from pancakes, please pay attention, this is Belarus!) I won't take off the star, but I hope to get a great dish next time!

We had only one night, but I really liked the hotel. Polite staff, everything is clean, lots of towels, cosmetics. They will answer all your questions. The hotel has a very beautiful hall, where there are two fountains with live fish; in the evening, when the lights are turned on, there is a particularly romantic atmosphere. The hotel is located in a park area, near the river - very nice, clean, you can walk. This is a plus. But the city center is about 2 km away. Now the hotel itself is built in 2014 and this is noticeable in many ways (I will not dive into the details), so I think the price-quality is not in favor of the hotel. The staff is friendly, responds willingly to all requests - there are no questions, and the management can be advised to pay more attention to the condition of the hotel - in this form it does not reach 5 stars.

The staff's terrible attitude towards regular customers.
We stayed at the hotel many times, we liked everything.
The rooms are small but cozy. Convenient location.
On the last trip we had a terrible accident, we couldn't get to the hotel. They called the hotel and explained the situation. At first, the manager said that they would refund the money for the reservation except for the first day. Then we were told that they would not return anything, but they could make an exception to postpone the date of stay. And then they said that they would not return anything to us and would not reschedule the booking.
It took more than 3 days to communicate with the managers.
I've encountered this for the first time in my life. Of course, this is not a five-star hotel. The staff, especially the booking department, were apparently recruited at the fish market, except for interruptions, disrespectful tone and lies about the transfer and refund of funds, I received nothing.
A very unpleasant situation in which the hotel proved to be a low-grade eatery.
I do not recommend this "hotel", God forbid something happens to you, most likely they will do the same to you like a pig.

We stayed at the hotel from September 15 to 17. Of the advantages, I would like to note: delicious and varied food in the restaurant, friendly and attentive staff at the reception.
Of the cons: in the evening, a huge number of flying moths in the room, in the restaurant "Seasons".
Incompetence of waiters in the restaurant "Seasons" (does not navigate the menu, cannot tell about the dishes stated in the menu, inform the guest about the availability of dishes that do not correspond to reality), When calculating in the restaurant, the amount in the receipt was more than indicated in the menu. When contacting the waiter with the question why the amount in the receipt is more than in the menu, it turned out that the prices had changed, but they did not have time to make changes to the menu..quote "we didn't know that prices had changed, we found out thanks to you." The refund was not made immediately, the whole trial lasted a very long time.
The bartender in the lobby bar serves with the effect of tired doom. When ordering the dessert presented on the vetrine with the price (4rub pasta), he said that it was impossible to order this dessert, it was not there, but there was a dummy on the vetrine.
If the dessert is not available, remove the price tag, dummy. Why mislead the guests.?!
There is a persistent smell of dampness in the spa area, the staff are trying to use special means, this is a disguise, but you still hear it early.
There is a very unpleasant feeling left. I will not return to this hotel. The price does not match the quality of service.

If someone misses China, come here. The hotel is magnificent! It was probably built for wealthy Chinese tourists and businessmen. Everything is according to Feng Shui. There is a lot of water on all sides of the hotel, a park, complete unity with nature.in downtown.
The first shock is a lobby bar with a huge glass hall, a fountain and pools with fish.
The hotel is a bit like the Sheraton in Sanya. Perhaps this is my personal feeling.
The rooms are large and cozy, good furniture and beds, good Chinese plumbing, there is a traditional window between the room and the bathroom)
The restaurant and the kitchen deserve separate delights. If you have never tried Peking duck before, you should start here (if not in Beijing). All other Chinese restaurants in the post-Soviet space are a pathetic semblance (perhaps delicious, but this is not a Peking duck).
In the spa center of the hotel we met a family from Moscow, who are spending their seventh (!) vacation here. And I think I understand why.
