A great place with wonderful staff!
I recently visited the restaurant "Bees" and was absolutely delighted! The atmosphere here is simply magical: the cozy interior, pleasant music and attentive staff create ideal conditions for relaxation.
I would especially like to mention administrator Pavel. He is not only friendly and polite, but also has a real gift for feeling his guests. Pavel was happy to help us with the choice of dishes and brought a touch of joy and comfort to our evening. We felt at home thanks to his care and attention to detail.
The food at Bees is also commendable: the dishes are delicious, fresh and served with love. I recommend trying their signature desserts — they're just wonderful!
In general, if you are looking for a place to have a good time with excellent cuisine and excellent service, be sure to check out the Bees. Many thanks to Pavel and the whole team for a great evening! We will be glad to come back again!

I came with a friend to a new place to try the cuisine and desserts in bees. We were served by the waitress Alina, a very nice girl, the feedback was fast, the dialogue was excellent!)
Very tasty cuisine!! Chef Stas is an excellent cook, it is clear that whores are given with love, I highly recommend coming here not only for desserts, but also to try out the cuisine. Among the desserts, we chose a yogurt croissant (the croissants here are creamy, everything is as I like it) and Danish with cherries (usually Danish are sour due to sour berries, but here the combination of sweet and sour cherries and moderately sweet cream was perfect, 10/10). The place is great, on the avenue with a beautiful view, pleasant staff, I will definitely come back again!!

We visited this place for the first time.Cafe on the main street.The interior is calm and concise.The menu is very diverse-from breakfasts to full-fledged dishes.There is a very large selection of desserts, original drinks, teas, in addition to delicious coffee! Sometimes I go to this coffee shop. The service is pleasant and courteous. Considering that it's more like a coffee shop, it's nice that there are full-fledged dishes for breakfast (they are also prepared in the evening) or dinner. I liked: buckwheat porridge with chicken, English breakfast with hunting sausages, blueberry dessert. It's great that the bar menu is varied and inexpensive on an average level. I repeatedly took rum with ice for 8.20rubles, delicious and soft cocktails for 16-17 rubles. I recommend the sweet spritz.

In general, a pleasant interior, a good menu (breakfasts all day, plus all sorts of containers, pastas, etc.), the quality of the food is also all for a normal four, pleasant prices, and we were not lucky with the service, of course) it is clear that there is a big landing, a lot of people, everyone runs back and forth but for some reason the waitress did not know what to do with it from the word at all, pleasant in itself, but was lost from any question, did not warn that the food would be cooked for a long time and we waited an hour for the unfortunate eggs Benedict, assuming that they probably had not been laid by the chicken yet) and, by the way, they also brought water instead of tea😅 we sat, waited for it to brew, opened the teapot, there are 3 tea leaves and 3 orange peels🙈 don't do that).

I really liked it!!! Good, high-quality breakfasts. We took shakshuka, poached salmon, cheesecakes with berries and flat White. Everything is fine! It's not very crowded, and the service is pleasant.
UPD: the next day we looked in and were unpleasantly surprised by the service. For such a price tag, it is simply unacceptable for Minsk to meet guests on such sour cabbage soup. The waiter noisily set the dishes, the dishes (there were only three of them and it was breakfast at 11:30) were brought in turn, so one of the guests watched while the second ate. But I understand that this is already the norm for Minsk.

A good place with pleasant prices in the center of Minsk. We had cookies for tea, it was nice. The food tasted average, the sandwich seemed very greasy, which made it difficult to overpower the entire portion, but the potatoes and sauce were delicious
. An unpleasant situation happened next to my table: a napkin holder was unwrapped along with toothpicks and absolutely no one wanted to clean it up. The waiters saw it for sure, but they didn't do anything until the next guest sat down at the table and asked them to clean up)

A coffee shop from the Vasilkov and Temp Pizza teams. A good selection of drinks, original desserts, there is a menu with breakfasts and lunches.
Drinks: coffee is made well, brewed with Illy beans, so get ready for a bitter aftertaste. Cappuccino turns out to be the most average, the foam is not particularly lush and dense, the intensity of espresso is high (or maybe a little cream is added, it's unclear here).
Desserts: they prepare their own pastries and desserts. Sweet "hemispheres" look unusual, they taste quite good. But the shell of such desserts is just something incredible - it miraculously sticks firmly to the spoon and plate.
According to the main menu, I can only say that the price tag is biting (obviously not the format of the communist "Cornflowers").
Atmosphere: eclecticism of the Stalinist Empire and modern Ikea minimalism. Huge ceilings with stucco molding, plush armchairs and sofas, soft hidden lighting and a strange solution in the form of an orange iron "horizontal bar" in the middle of the room. Stylish, fashionable, youthful.
Staff: very sleepy guys, take a long time to get an order to the table and take even longer to carry the order. Although, maybe it was me who got on shift when the barista and waiters "ran out of battery."

There is also a menu with food, my friend took brioche with French fries, it was delicious for her too. A pleasant, unobtrusive interior, there is a terrace, there are cozy places by the window where you can enjoy the view of the avenue. There is Wi-Fi, which is also a plus. Friendly waiters, good service. Of the minuses, coffee is a little expensive for such a volume, and tubes are put in hot drinks, which I personally do not really like, because plastic can emit harmful substances when in contact with hot and this is harmful to the environment. This is the first place I visited upon arrival in Minsk. And you know what? It's very tasty here, the pastries (I haven't tried them, but they look delicious), and for breakfast I took shakshuka (chefs, I kiss your hands) insanely tasty, I ate everything to the last crumb. We visited this institution on November 4. We took a brioche with salmon - cold eggs, salted salmon, sauce in lumps, dry brioche. It looks like the dish was stolen from another place and dried. Shakshuka was also taken - it was brought with Poached eggs. Earlier, I asked the waitress if it was possible to change Poached eggs to scramble in another dish - after receiving a negative answer, my choice fell on shakshuka, because there are definitely no poached eggs there. However, they brought us two poached eggs in tomato sauce. When I said that shakshuka is not done that way, the waitress did not agree. It's amazing, because I'm an Israeli citizen, and I know perfectly well what shakshuka is. To be honest, we ran away from this place. Shakshuka was not removed from the receipt, although we said that we did not like it. Don't set foot in this place anymore! It's better to eat the exhibitor's yogurt.
