The most beautiful hotel in all respects! Delicious food, beautiful location, everything is clean!
The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, we were comfortable with 2 small children, the cleaning was good, without complaints.
The restaurants in Alaska are amazing, everything is delicious! Fresh, good food, the staff is polite and courteous.
The children's animation is great! There is a whole children's center - which requires special attention! : there is everything!!! Suitable for any age, even baby cots, lots of toys, interesting entertainment!
The food in the main restaurant is always fresh and varied!
All the staff is very friendly.In all 10 days, we have never met a sad or angry look, everyone is smiling and responsive! Almost all Russian speakers.
Parties and adult animation are a delight! It's a very diverse format.
We had a very large company of 16 adults and 14 children and everyone was delighted with this hotel!!!

We had a rest for the May holidays with two children aged 8 and 11, we really enjoyed everything. A decent hotel, varied food for every taste, strawberries, apricots, watermelons, melons :), always a choice of fish, meat, smoothies in the morning before yoga. All the staff is friendly and welcoming. We were given a room with a side sea view, which was very pleasant. The kids at the kids' club were a little bored, perhaps it wasn't the season yet, there were more different programs for preschoolers. I really liked this hotel for its status, its contingent. You can really have a good rest and enjoy the high service.

This is a great hotel!!! Definitely worth the money that was paid for living in it!
The food is varied, everyone will find something to their liking.
The variety of drinks, sauces, and desserts is overwhelming. My eyes are running away from what I've seen!
The children's menu is quite large, there is everything, especially for little pests).
Sweets, fruits (including strawberries, watermelon) are plentiful, and food plates are constantly being updated. Everything is fresh and very tasty.
The staff is attentive and caring. They will prompt you, help you with everything, and all this with a sincere smile on your face! The room is clean, the refrigerator is regularly refilled with drinks and chocolate. Bathrooms have a variety of gels, shampoos and other good things in abundance. Towels are clean, plenty.
The robes are soft and clean. Each room has a TV, air conditioning, and a balcony. Mosquito nets on the balcony doors, which I really liked. In general, the hotel is a solid five plus. Thank you very much!!!!!

We stayed at this hotel three times, as a family with two children.A calm, clean and comfortable hotel.The animation is at an excellent level, there are contests, games, and competitions every day.In the evening, first there is a children's disco, then a concert or show by visiting artists or bands.One year there was a Todes ballet show.After the evening show, there will be an adult disco or themed performance.Everything is fine with solid four meals and drinks in bars.In general, I can recommend this hotel.The solid level is slightly lower than excellent.

Hello everyone, we lived in this hotel as a family, we had 2 rooms. A great hotel with an emphasis on good and varied food, adult and children's animations.
Large territory. There are many different bars, restaurants, ski resorts and so on.
Friendly staff, nice rooms and their cleaning. Delicious drinks and cocktails. Delicious food is served everywhere. There is a very decent contingent of tourists, a lot of foreigners. Interesting shows.

Nice hotel, great rooms. We met and conducted at the highest level. The food is delicious. Overall, it's not bad, but:
1) No frills food. But not critical. You can't indulge in desserts. It's very monotonous.
2) We were at the end of the season and the hotel actually started to close when we were there. Half of the food court was closed in the middle of the rest, the refrigerators were removed from the beach, etc. It's good that the sun was not removed))
3) The Italian a-la card is a complete failure. So you still have to try to spoil the food. The worst and most harsh and tasteless in life are lamb quads and other dishes of the same level. We got up before we finished eating and went to the Swedish line, where everything is 1000 times tastier. We didn't go to another a-la card after such an experience in the first one.
4) The location of the hotel minimizes the possibility of walking to shops, etc. taxi only.
From the positive:
1) Pleasant territory
2) A good coffee shop
3) They say that there are very cool shows in the season.

We have rested three times in this hotel, children's animation will be very pleasant.I didn't like the adult one last time, they were just acrobats.The staff is polite and attentive.The cuisine is delicious , but after three days I wanted dumplings.It's all the same.In our last vacation, tablecloths of different colors were changed every day, and there were fish days, sushi was rolled.But this time it's a little bland.We decided not to drive for the fourth time.We need to look at something else.The tanhouse where we lived is clean, comfortable and very cozy.The pool was used both day and night.Very cool pools, bars and staff.But I got the impression that they won't invest any more money there, now the hotel has stopped developing.It's very cool for one time, the children's room is very good, the animators speak Russian well and my daughter ran there for 11 years, found a lot of friends there.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I would recommend a visit. We were in the summer of 2024 and we didn't regret a bit that we chose this particular hotel! The entire staff is smiling and ready to fulfill all your wishes! This is wow! Every bar/restaurant has a card with a code where you can leave a review, they respond quickly to these reviews and fix everything if something was wrong. There are mini refrigerators with water near the sun beds - sooo cool theme! The bar has a very decent selection of alcohol, the buffet restaurant is very tasty, the food selection is good. We liked it in ala maps too)
The rooms are updated every year - cosmetic repairs and it shows! Everything is nice! Children do not sleep on a folding sofa, but on a full-fledged bed!
The only thing is that we did not find a normal meal at 3 am, we went around everything, but there was almost no staff and no one could help with this issue. On the downside, children from the age of 8 + are a little bored, there are no slot machines, and the children's room is already boring.
Overall it's a solid 5! And we want to come back.

The hotel is amazing. Clean, cozy, quiet. I liked the organization of the interior space (there are no crowds of vacationers, there were always enough sun beds, drinks / bars are located both by the pool and on the beach, and everything can be ordered without getting up using a qr code). The pools are large and clean. There is absolutely everything for children of any age (a paddling pool, tables in the restaurant, pots in the rooms). The room is spacious with a great view of the sea. Every day there is a very well-organized animation. Moreover, you can't hear music from the room, which is not a little important for recreation. A beach with pebbles at the entrance to the sea, uncritical. In general, the rest turned out to be excellent. If you want a quality vacation, this is definitely here!

I am completely satisfied with the hotel, I have been to many places and there is something to compare it with!!!
I'll start in order. We got from the airport in 40 minutes, we arrived at 7 a.m., arrived at the hotel at 08:30 until then ... we were met right at the door, champagne treats. We took the necessary data and sent it to breakfast. We were already checked in at 10, and considering that we had a night flight and were tired, it was an amazing start to our vacation!!! I was vacationing with my mom and niece, the room was 2+1 and there was also a sofa! The ticket was taken immediately with a view of the sea.
A clean, cozy room with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, slippers, bathrobe. We cleaned up every day, the mini bar is full and replenished constantly.
The sea is 5 minutes away.
Meal. You definitely won't stay hungry) the variety of dishes is off the charts for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For breakfast, there is always freshly squeezed juice, eggs in various versions, snacks, pancakes, cereals, muesli.
For dinner, the grill can be prepared with you from both meat and fish.
Salmon, Dorado and sea bass fish. There were shrimps and crayfish.
Alcohol is decent. Sweets, fruits. There is enough and a lot of everything. There are 4 Alaska maps, but we liked the buffet, we didn't want to go there. From 12 to 16, there are also 5 cafes with burgers, pizza, pasta, etc.
There is a beer bar, but we didn't get there)
The ice cream is delicious!
The territory is small, but very cozy.
There is a swimming pool with music and a separate one without music, a water park with 4 slides.
There's sand on the sea, and there are a few pebbles when you set off, but it doesn't bother you.
The sun beds under the canopy, of course, were the ones who rushed to put a towel on the first row at 7 a.m. as usual, it was not important for us to walk, so we walked calmly after breakfast and found places for ourselves!
On the beach, each sunbed has a mini fridge! Which was also very striking. Every morning, the staff refills it with ice and water! There is also a QR code where you can order a drink and it will be delivered to you within 10 minutes.
I believe that everything was done at the highest level! I'm just thrilled with how everything is set up.
The staff is very friendly, the waiters will always fulfill your wishes. Decent hotel level!
There is animation, but it is not intrusive, but you can always play various games. Various performances and events in the evening!
I am very pleased with my choice and I recommend this hotel to you if you like comfort and delicious food!)))))
I also want to note that there are no shops in the vicinity of the hotel, but we called a taxi at the reception and were taken side by side to the bazaar, there are a lot of things there: bags, souvenirs, clothes, etc. We paid $10 one way!

We had a rest from August 27 to September 8.
The hotel is small, everything is compact and nearby. The sea is excellent and warm at this time.

The rooms are nice and large.

When for the first time (June 2023) my family and I were in a wonderful hotel, we really liked everything!But for the second time (June 2024), the food in the restaurant became worse, there were not enough staff and tables in the restaurant, the chefs always over-dry the fish (
The room is cleaned every day and the mini-bar is replenished. The coolest thing is a huge sofa!
You can ride a banana or fly by parachute.

An excellent hotel, there are a lot of pools on the territory, there is a water park, heated pools, many locations with a bar. Different bands perform every day. There is a buffet after 23 hours. The food is fine. The room has everything you need, shampoos, gels and toothbrushes, etc. Replenished every day. The same story with the bar, replenished every day. I want to say thank you to the service staff: the child lost a spare part from the irrigator in the room, everyone reacted immediately, as a result, they gave us a new one for free at the medical center. It's very nice, and I didn't have to go anywhere. There was also a case of losing an earring on the territory, and strangely enough, after a couple of days they found it and gave it to us at the reception. Actually, we had a great time.

We had a rest in the middle of May 2024, the weather was cool, we traveled very comfortably with friends, each family had three children, there was something to do and where to spend time. The hotel has a large children's room. I meet this for the first time. Children from 5 years old can be left. We tried a couple of times. We left the middle children there. They really liked it. They had fun because there are enough different entertainments. There's even a room with beds where you can put little things to sleep. I liked the hotel. Cleanliness and order are well received on the territory. Every day, different animations and performances were attended by everyone, strangely enough, it was very interesting to watch the talented guys watched Michael Jackson's performance on the last evening. In general, everything was taken at the highest level for 7 days, it turned out that it was not enough in such a way and I recommend it to everyone no longer. In September 2024, I visited this hotel for the second time. I liked the hotel first of all for its Spa and the hotel staff. The rooms are large, comfortable, sound insulation is good in the main building, last time I lived in a separate bungalow, there is high audibility. The main restaurant offers a variety of dishes, there is a separate one for lovers of healthy lifestyle. La carte restaurants are worth a visit, they prepare dishes that are offered in the main restaurant, and you really feel like you are in a restaurant). There was an experience in another chain of Turkish hotels, where the la carte restaurants were the same as in the main, but the service was individual.

The rooms are cleaned daily, everything is clean everywhere, the evening animation is great, there is a good club for children. We are currently vacationing at the hotel (rooms 1515 and 1517).
We really like Papillon Zeugma, starting from the moment of booking. Dasha from the online booking department was extremely attentive, took into account all our wishes, personally checked on the day of arrival that our two rooms are located next to each other and on the preferred floor. Special thanks to her for this!
Also, thanks to Elena from the reception, who was very smiling and pleasant, told me everything and immediately took me to breakfast. The food and drinks at the hotel are of high quality, a diverse assortment of everything, and very tasty executed and served! Greens, vegetables and fruits are perfectly washed and laid out, which is rarely found in the main restaurant. The Mosaic restaurant staff tries very hard, not a single table is left without their attention. Even with a full landing, they cope perfectly well!
The bars and coffee shops here are beyond praise! The choice and quality of drinks for the most demanding taste! Coffee is chic and different everywhere, I advise you to try it at each location, which are decorated here amazingly!
There are now 4 Ala carte restaurants. So far I have visited 2 of them. We were particularly delighted with the fish Meyhana! Serving dishes and making them very tasty. Fish grill for 10 points! Thank you very much to all the staff who decorated the evening on 10/31/2024, advised the dishes and wonderfully decorated the table! Great fellows!
The rooms are quite spacious, clean and bright. A great mini bar, cosmetics pleases! The hotel itself and the whole area are incredibly beautiful, everything is very thought out here. Magnificent heated swimming pool, water park!
The sea is clean and still warm! The beach is very well maintained with a beautiful sand.

This is not the first time in this wonderful hotel! I am very pleased with the beautiful architecture of the building, the interior decoration, comfortable rooms, polite and professional staff. Several swimming pools, a water park, a children's club, separate villas with a swimming pool, a gym, a beauty salon, shops with everything you need on site. It's not the first time we've come, it's very cozy here! And the hotel also corresponds to a family one and indeed it is very good for families with children here, peace is not disturbed despite the fact that daily shows are also held (always at the highest level), entertainment for adults does not interfere with the rest of the little visitors of the hotel. For children, there is a children's cafe and a playground in the restaurant. There are several A La carte restaurants on site where you can enjoy a perfectly cooked lunch or dinner. The food is varied and, most importantly, the food is delicious here. There is a hotel nearby where we rested more than once, in general, the Rixos hotel chain was preferred before, so there may be more variety, but the food is cooked without a soul, sometimes I wondered how you can spoil something that cannot be spoiled. I am very glad that I once chose Papillon, a really decent and comfortable vacation without worries. There is a beer bar here, a very popular place. I was always glad that the hotel has a waiting area after check-out, where you can comfortably spend time before departure without extending the room. So Papillon is really a great hotel where you want to return! A comfortable hotel, well suited for vacationers with children. The child had something to do. Unlike other five-star hotels, there is good coffee, good cocktails, room cleaning every day, you do not need to catch and ask to be cleaned. The beach is comfortable and there are sun loungers. The air conditioner works strangely in the room in auto mode, sometimes it starts working without stopping and then it needs to be restarted by pulling out the card in the room. Then it works fine.

We rest for a week after the May holidays, the family in Zygma is a very good hotel. I like everything about the hotel from the moment I check in. We live in a two-storey room - clean, everything works, two bathrooms, convenient when the family is. The large pool is heated, it's super! The sea is warm.
There are many places to eat during the day - the burger is super!
Very attentive staff at the guest relay, respond to every request instantly!
There is a gym, open from 7 a.m.
The antimators are unobtrusive, but the animation is there.
There are good shows in the evenings, we usually don't go- but we liked it here, thank you!
The sun beds were not occupied - there are always free ones. Towels are on the cards, but if necessary, they are given anyway.
A taxi to Antalya is 50 euros))
I highly recommend this hotel, everything is fine!!! Thanks for the rest, I hope we will come back again

The hotel is just great!!! The staff is very friendly. The service is at the highest level. Upon check-in, we arrived early, we were placed in a waiting room where you can take a shower, watch TV, relax on the couch. A waiter is already serving here, who will offer drinks.
The rooms are clean and cozy. They constantly replenish the refrigerator with drinks.
There are several coffee shops on site, where there is a variety of cakes. The coffee is great.
The beer restaurant has very tasty and huge plates with beer snacks.
In the main restaurant, you can choose fresh meat or fish (salmon, dorado) and you will be grilled.
A burger house with very tasty burgers is open from 12 o'clock.
Ice cream is available all day long.
For small children, the restaurant has baby formula, purees.
The animation is super too! There was an awesome disco on Russia Day. The equipment was installed only for 2 days. We don't have such shows on City Day. We had a great time!!!
The beach is clean. There are no problems with sun loungers at all. Each one has a QR code to order a drink from the bar.
I highly recommend it!!!
