The hotel is on 4. We were in the second half of October, the weather is super, 30 degrees stable during the day, 21-22 at night. But! The animation is poor, the discos are generally for 3 days, the children indulged in ice cream for only a couple of days, then it was not there, as we were told that it was already the end of the season... When we checked into the room, there was a variety of soft drinks in the mini-bar. When they ran out, the bar was replenished only with non-carbonated ordinary water. The question is why? When Ultra is all inclusive, you could fill up the bar with sweet water. The food is monotonous, but quite tasty. The staff is also very friendly. In general, I liked the vacation, but we will not go there a second time.

We have regular holidays in Turkey, we love it, we understand and accept it!It took a long time to choose a hotel, but on our dates (28.09-8.10) many decent hotels were sold out. After reading the reviews, the choice fell on Palmeras. We flew to Alanya Gazipasa airport, it's much faster than from Antalya, 45 minutes and you're at the hotel! The room was checked in very quickly, as desired, with a sea view, on the 3rd floor. The room is small but cozy, with light furniture, the view from the balcony is gorgeous, on the pool, on the palm trees and the sea- and this means: hello rest!!! We had enough of everything, the water was replenished every day, cleaning was carried out very efficiently, there are disposable slippers and reported shampoo, gel, swans were twisted!
The staff is extremely friendly, which is very important!
Food for every taste, lots of fruits, quite decent alcohol. Animation is very funny and groovy guys, but not annoying if you don't want to!
The sea is just beautiful! There is an opportunity to sit on the beach, where there are small pebbles, and there is a pier with a bar and we chose it. In the morning, you can take sun loungers and swim in the sea, in the morning it is like fresh milk!
The territory of the hotel is small, but cozy and, importantly, clean! And cleanliness is everywhere and in public toilets too.
There are several places where you can "have a snack" and ice cream and delicious freshly baked waffles and flatbreads gozleme and ayran and just fruits, in addition to the main meal!
Spa hammam: That's who made our vacation really unforgettable! First of all, they meet beautiful, smiling girls! They all told in detail what they have where, and offered comprehensive procedures.The manager, Mohammed, recommended Jeffer, an excellent specialist in massage and manual terrapy.My husband and I have never met such a professional!I literally went over the bones, but gently, tactfully!! It was nice to get a bonus wrap and the first procedure in the hammam.Thank you guys so much, you really have a spa family! It was so nice to be with you, Gethan was also pleased, he sprayed menthol like a fakir in a sauna! :)
Overall, the hotel is very pleasant, the only comment is the poor Wi-Fi.

A city hotel. The territory is very small. The animation can be heard in any corner from 10-00 to 24-00. With food breaks. The food is good. There are many different fruits, fish, meat. Desserts are so-so. A very small beach. There is a problem with sun beds at sea. A service representative, a girl named Karina, is sitting in the lobby. She is very attentive and responsive. Almost all the negative aspects that the staff tried to distance themselves from were resolved almost instantly when Karina joined in. For which she has a huge, human thank you.

Bad: free wi-fi is only in the lobby and if there are a lot of people, nothing is loaded.
Conclusion: A good hotel with its own beach.
The entrance to the water is pebbles, but not large.

Great hotel! We went at the end of September with a family and a 4-year-old child. The territory is small, compact, but very well maintained and green! Great animation team! The food was delicious! For the first time in Turkey, there is nothing to compare it with.
The hotel is great. Delicious food , clean room in good condition, there is a free safe, animation is active, we tried to entertain everyone. Close location to Gazipasa airport.
For the record (uncritical for us): The sea is nearby, but a pier is being built. Wifi is very weak. Alcoholic cocktails for the amateur, beer is normal.

Please note that the hotel is not new, and there are flaws in the appearance of the restaurant, for example. At the same time, the room is very clean and the bathroom is in perfect condition. The food is very tasty and plentiful, there have always been fruits, fish and meat too. Everything is kept clean in the spa too. One day, our compatriots set fire to a Finnish sauna by spraying aromatic oil on an electric stove (oddball)...everything was fixed the next day. For children, too, everything worked properly, the playground is washed with a special tool, everything is clean. Animation for every taste, despite the end of the season. The staff is polite, everything is in order. The sea is clean, the beach is plus or minus, she asked several times to bring the chibons to the urn, they stand every meter. The location of the hotel is good, there is a place to walk. Objectively, we had a good rest.
