We had a rest in September 2019, we really liked everything and there is nothing to cling to! They checked into the room immediately and did not have to wait, they offered a late dinner since we arrived at night. The room is clean, cozy and comfortable. Cleaning took place once or twice a day. The restaurant has a very huge selection of food, delicious Turkish sweets, pizza, seafood, grilled everything is very tasty and beautiful with you, the waiters quickly clean everything up! Very tasty ice cream for every taste, there are a lot of fruits! There are a lot of drinks at the bar, various cocktails, non-alcoholic and alcoholic, Turkish tea is very tasty! Of the daytime activities, aqua aerobics in the pool, zumba, gymnastics, which are conducted by animators, great music has always played! In the evening, the animators make an entertaining show, hold funny contests! After all this, a hotel disco on the pier! Animators also take you to the nightclubs of Alanya! Terrible service-the attitude of the staff is ugly, rude, you can stand in line for a long time while the aunt who bakes tortillas talks on the phone (((((((, to the question - why is this? they answer - there is nothing to eat on every corner. The beach is something unthinkable!!!!!!! Not sand, but cement mixed with pebbles, three of our company injured their legs, I pulled small pebbles out of a hole in my foot with tweezers! There is an acute shortage of ice packs! they stand right next to each other, there are no canopies, three stray big dogs are guests of the beach, phew, damn(((. Cocktails are not made, ice cream is a queue for 500 m., they give one ball in each hand, more "finish", the same story with tortillas. We went to Cleopatra beach every other day, that's where paradise is!!!!))))) We were very lucky with the weather!!! I enjoyed my vacation only thanks to our friendly company!!! There's no way I'm ever going to this shithouse for this shithouse!!!!

The price-quality corresponds. Nice hotel. The only negative in my opinion is that people smoke everywhere. The room smells if the balcony is open, there are only smokers around the sea, by the pool.. The only place where there is a division is the restaurant on the street. The tables are divided into two parts. For smokers, the places are closer to the grill.

Hello, we rested at the hotel from 08/7/2017 to 08/17/2017.I must say right away, having experience of staying in 5 hotels in Turkey, this hotel is far from pulling for 5.The rooms are small, but it's not scary, there is a category of rooms where it's just not pleasant to be (on the ground floors there are rooms where the balcony opens onto a concrete roof, where bulls and garbage are thrown from the upper floors, in the same rooms there is a disgusting smell of canonization).They reacted boldly to the need to change the room, and left us there to spend the night.The next day, our visit was ignored, only through representatives of the Tes tour the number was replaced.We went to the hammam, after completing all the procedures, they put masks on our face, after which they simply sent us to the toilet to wash them off ourselves.Is this a spa or a hammam???The territory of the hotel is green, well-groomed, but by the pool for all the days of our stay, the trash cans at the umbrellas have never changed, it is very unpleasant and disgusting (we had to clean ourselves).The food is monotonous, the tablecloths are all stained, there were not enough appliances, and they don't know about napkins and toothpicks.The air conditioners in the lobby are just ,,0".Sofas and armchairs are all stained.If someone has experience of 5 hotels, I advise you not to go, you will be disappointed.The rating of this hotel is 3.

We are happy with our vacation. In the period from September 14th to 21st. However, we left early on the last day, and there was no breakfast, which was supposed to be..
There is a lot of different food, a lot of vegetables, there has always been chicken and veal at least in 1 form, good coffee. The rooms are bright, some are a little tired already, though.. For example, 1009. Not bad alcohol, for our taste.. We are satisfied with the price/quality.
