Attentive staff, good location, tasty breakfast

A good hotel is an honest stated rate. Everything they write about responsive staff is absolutely true, they really help and explain everything. There is also a passage directly from the hotel to the delicious Lesnoy restaurant. They have a buffet breakfast there, and you can go to the restaurant itself during the day, the cuisine is very tasty.
Technically, I give 4 stars, just because people don't look at what's written when you give 5 points (they think it's cheating), but I'll definitely read this review and believe what I wrote. I sincerely wish the hotel continued prosperity and well-being. They're really cool! I recommend it!

A very decent hotel. The standard superior rooms exceed the expectations of four stars (keep in mind that all such rooms are ONLY on the second floor of the hotel). Spacious, clean, comfortable. The breakfasts are amazing at the Lesnoy restaurant. For the record, when checking in at the reception, they tried to move into a room of a "higher category" with relocation a day later to a room of the "reserved category". I strongly advise you to take a personal look at what is being offered before agreeing not to share it. In my case, the "superior room" turned out to be a room with a category that was booked, and the "room of my category", where they were going to move, was a category lower than the booked one. A short scandal ended with the victory of common sense - they settled in the right room and did not relocate.))

Positive: the staff is definitely very pleasant, helping staff literally everything.
Breakfasts in the beautiful Lesnaya restaurant, in principle, for 4 * everything is there, delicious, fresh, I would like to note the interior of the restaurant separately, a lot of greenery. Cleaning every day, the bathroom is really clean.
Minuses: the mattress didn't suit me at all, the sagging polyurethane one, it was uncomfortable to sleep. The carpet in the room is stained, the towel was also stained, plus the towels are very hard, just sandpaper, apparently they are dried without a dryer and their quality is immediately low. Well, in the hygiene kit, instead of shower gel and shampoo, for some reason there were two bottles of bath foam, and that's it. To wash with them, apparently.
There is a karaoke club on the ground floor of the hotel, I checked in in the evening, music was blaring from there, I asked for a quiet room - they gave me that, I couldn't hear anything, this is once again a plus for the staff, although they are very friendly, they help, they solve everything at once

A very decent hotel, a full 4-room. We were rescued and settled in an emergency format (there was a force majeure with another hotel). We paid a small amount for the late checkout.

A very good hotel in Bishkek. Nice rooms, convenient location, good breakfasts. Well-mannered, polite and responsive staff. They even helped me with a question that had nothing to do with staying in a hotel. In terms of price /quality ratio, the ideal place. The photo shows the view from the room, as seen on the road, but the noise of the street is not audible.

This hotel is the pearl of Bishkek. This is the third time we have been to Kyrgyzstan. The Europa Hotel impressed us with its modern look and attentive service. We were met by an employee, helped with our suitcases, we were given a spacious, clean, modern room, the girls at the reception helped us solve questions, explained where to go, and the restaurant surpassed all praise, very beautiful interior, excellent serving of dishes, delicious breakfast and lunch, helpful waiters, if we stayed at the Orient hotel, it seems 5 stars, up to Europe Hotel 6 stars, thank you Bishkek for a wonderful Europe

Standard room on the 3rd floor - the hotel is unexpectedly clean and has a very comfortable bed. On the downside, the big screen in front of the hotel shines right through the window all night, but fortunately there are curtains.

Regarding the rooms, they are clean and new. The hotel itself is small. 4 stars, probably, taking into account the country specifics. But a solid three is a yes.
Well, the convenient location in the center; there are many shops around, a currency exchange office. In good weather, it is fashionable to walk to the center.

5 stars can be given only for the restaurant, which is located in the Lesnoy hotel. A cozy indescribable atmosphere, more than 800 plants, pleasant music, very friendly staff (this also applies to the hotel), excellent cuisine. Be sure to take breakfast - a wonderful buffet.

Our request to provide at least 2 standard rooms was refused, although there were standard rooms available on our website for our dates.
It was the first time I encountered such inattention and indifference.
