The worst hotel I've ever been in. I checked in this evening, on October 4, with a young family and a child.
I was given a room on the 1st floor. When I entered the room, the smell of urine and dampness pierced me. I opened the balcony, which is on the same level with the ground, the smell of the room was filled with the smell of sewage, the noise of buzzing air conditioners of the neighboring hotel, which is located six meters from the balcony, plus, on the ground floor of the neighboring hotel there are utility rooms in which constant work is carried out and the noise of a laundress and carts. The room itself is with an old sloppy renovation. Naturally, I went to the reception and asked for a replacement. I was told that there were no available rooms, but as an exception and only for me, I was offered a room on the 4th floor on the same side for an additional fee of $ 10 per night, in short, for my 11 days I was offered to pay $ 100, so they also made a discount)). Okay, I went up to that room to look at it. The room turned out to be exactly the same, only it smelled strongly of chemicals, it was already hard to breathe to knock down foreign odors. Having opened the balcony, the same noise of air conditioners, etc., the smell of sewage from the street. I asked for a room on the other side of the building, but there were no vacancies. I decided to stay in the original room, because I didn't know what to pay 100 bucks extra. Later, they lowered the price to $ 50, but I still refused. Yes, that room was quite a bit cleaner and smelled less of sewage on the balcony, since it was higher, but in principle the same thing.
In my room, the smell gradually became less (or I just got used to it) :)) The lamp next to the bed turned on every other time (after a few days it stopped working altogether). A couple with a child also did not like the room, they decided it for a long time at the reception, and they were eventually given a room on the other side (for a fee or not, I do not know). Due to their child's illness, they really needed a well-functioning refrigerator, but they were not satisfied with refrigerators in all rooms. My refrigerator worked more or less, and it didn't matter to me, and we decided to exchange)).
I didn't like the food at the hotel at all. It's always the same fried fish. Only chicken legs are made of meat. Nuggets and potatoes. Turkey shanks used to be served. Salads are standard - peppers , tomatoes and cucumbers . Fresh greens were available. There were pickles.
The fruits are the same- apples, tangerines, oranges and bananas. Old coffee machines. Tea is only black, and I'm not a fan of black tea, so I had to buy tea for myself at the store. Green and herbal tea bags were placed on the lobby bar a couple of times, but this was only twice in 11 days. Wi-Fi is free on site, but it is at a very low speed, at which even text messages in messengers take a long time to send and receive. You will get tired of uploading photos and pictures. There is also a paid Wi-Fi for $ 3 per day per device, which I had to purchase in order to be in touch. He worked normally, but only in the hotel building, he no longer wanted to connect to the beach. The beach is not bad, but even at this time, at the end of the season, all the sun beds were occupied, but at the same time I always found one free for myself. The animation in the hotel is weak. In general, the hotel saves on everything that is possible. There is nowhere to walk around the hotel, there is no infrastructure, to go to the nearest city of Belek by bus number 22 for 20 minutes, but it turned out to be empty and abandoned, it has one Waikiki store and tents with Chinese goods. a little further away, on the same route there is a famous water park. The bus fare is $ 1. It is a pity that I read reviews only on the tour operator's website, on Google and some other sites, this hotel has a low rating, and good reviews are written by the hotel administration. It's a terrible nasty hotel. Many tourists start vomiting and diarrhea on the 2nd or 3rd day. This
The same fate befell me. I rested here alone from July 17 to July 31, 2024, that is, 15 days/ 14 nights. On July 18, at about 16 o'clock in the Snack bar, I drank a cup of Cappuccino coffee from the coffee machine. Already in the evening of this day, I began to have symptoms of the rota virus. Because of this, I did not leave my room 2506 for 2 days. He was treated with Imodium tablets. A very unpleasant situation that occurred 10 days after eating watermelons, which were served for dinner. I got rid of the stomach disease with great difficulty only yesterday, that is, on August 8, 2024. I was scared that I would not be able to safely get to my St. Petersburg. But it worked out. None of this is surprising. The hotel is completely unsanitary. In 15 days, my room had a change of towels, bed linen and cleaning only 1 time. In the restaurant, the cleaners of dirty dishes, without washing their hands, without wearing gloves, set up the coffee machine. Dirty cloth napkins used to cover tables are not washed or ironed. They just shake them off on the floor. And cutlery is laid out on these dirty napkins from the previous visitor. I watched as a worker in a dirty apron and dirty rubber boots, without gloves, right in the restaurant hall, scraped off a tray with a finished meat snack. It is not surprising that all the germs and dirt got into the stomachs of tourists. Hence the diarrhea and vomiting. The beach also leaves much to be desired: when entering the sea, the legs sink into the prickly pebbles up to the ankles. It hurts! Many people can't stand it and fall into the sea. This is definitely NOT a 5* hotel! MAXIMUM OF 3 OR 4-! How did the hotel get the 5* status? The big question.

We rested from August 7 to August 13. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We had a very good rest!
1. Nutrition. The food is good, there is a lot of everything and it is delicious! We had enough! You will definitely not stay hungry!
2. Animation. The guys tried their best, there were children's discos, there were show programs, a magician, belly dancing, unfortunately there was no adult disco. Afternoon volleyball game on the beach.
3. The beach. The sea is clean, warm, the color of the sea is beautiful, turquoise. When we were there, there were waves all the time!
4. Rooms. The rooms have old furniture, but it didn't stop us in any way! The plumbing is all in good order, everything worked! We had a standard room. No complaints! Everything is arranged! I don't know how to stay in an economy room. But the standard is quite normal.
In general, if you are not picky and without show-offs, then the hotel is quite good! The staff tries and does their job well, the manager controls the work. We liked everything! The hotel is a five-minus. Yes, there are cooler fives, but they also cost much more, but this hotel is price - quality. We have no complaints and it was good for us there!
And of course, a huge plus is that this is the first line and the beautiful sea is very close!!

We have a rest from 04.09 to 09/14.23, we are married with a daughter for 3 years. My first thought was, "Oh my God, what the!" We thought to change the hotel, but there were no places anywhere, or we had an additional payment of 200 thousand. I decided to put up with it, and not pay attention to the shortcomings. Breakfast is meager, there is a lot of choice, but as such there is nothing to eat. Flakes and eggs in different types. Lunch is better, dinner is generally great. My surprise was that every day there were different types of meat and fish, from salmon to lamb. Once there was a foam party in the big pool. The sea is beautiful, there are plenty of empty sun beds, as well as by the pools. Children's animation in the evening for 30 minutes, they play the same thing. To sit at the hotel after dinner and walk around the territory is not where from the word at all. 7 minutes from the hotel there is a bazaar with a pharmacy and burnt clothes for expensive. By bus for $ 1 you can go to Belek in Waikiki and so on. The choice is large, the prices are small! In principle, if you do not look at the little things, the hotel is not 5 stars, but 3.5-4, but due to the fact that the first line is 2 minutes to the beach from the room, I think you can relax. But I'm unlikely to come here again. For 165k, I'd rather go to Kemer next time.

We rested from 27.07-5.08, the hotel is tired and even very, but....
The hotel has a new owner, only when everything is repaired and the price will match the stated, real 5!!! On nutrition:the assortment is diverse, meat, chicken, a lot of fish, in different versions.
Fruits and sweets are generally a separate topic, sweet tooths will gain 5 kg each, exactly what happened to me.
And it was very unpleasant to hear from vacationers:What is there here?
I'm sorry, do you cook the same abundance of dishes at home???
For alcohol: here is a complete failure,but....,there is a huge assortment of Turkish wines in the shopping malls,I highly recommend trying it,we stopped at mulberry,the price is $ 15,the sellers are very friendly,polite,they will be very glad if you taste their wines and teas, this does not oblige you to buy at all.
And of course the beach, it's just a fairy tale, the sea is gentle, the water hugs you like that.

A hotel for truckers of the 80s. Never come to this hotel, there are no Russian-speaking staff, boorish and homeless. I flew with my family, a small child. Dampness, mold, dirt and stench in the rooms are absolutely tuberculosis for young children and not only. The food is shit, it feels like the same vomit is served the next day after pre-processing. When I arrived, I was rather disappointed, the hotel did not meet my expectations, but the staff was quite friendly and tried to correct the situation as much as possible: they changed the room (repeatedly, but for a fee), listened and eliminated the shortcomings I indicated. As a result: malfunctions in the room have been eliminated, the hotel has become cleaner. In general, the picture has changed for me: the food has become tastier and more diverse, and cleaner, and my mood has improved significantly... Of course, in my opinion, this hotel pulls in 4 or 3, but the criteria for evaluating hotels by the competent commission allowed the hotel to be assigned five arrivals. However, this is the "five" economy class, you should not expect the conditions and service of premium class hotels here. By the way, the prices differ significantly accordingly... Still, I'm happy with the rest, happy with the service, happy with the hotel... I would especially like to mention the Russian-speaking administrator Fatima, the reception manager Vugar, these people helped me a lot in various matters. Among the advantages: the hotel is on the first line, friendly staff, simple but delicious food, near a village with shops where you can walk. We rented a car and went to Antalya several times. Among the disadvantages: flies in the restaurant (but there were flies in the expensive restaurant in Antalya that we visited), a small hotel area, shabby furniture and plumbing. We had a family vacation from 26.06 to 4.07.
The hotel clearly does not pull in 5 stars. I will say this, if the hotel was honestly given 4 stars, they did not say that it was ultra all inclusive, then the tourists would be happy with it.
We didn't get into this hotel on our own. We had a Fortuna Belek 5* tour, and this time we didn't get lucky so to speak.
The rooms are in a sad state. Stripped and cracked furniture, swollen laminate flooring, an old kondey that works very noisily. The electrics worked intermittently, the toilet flowed during check-in, but everything was fixed. The only advantage we had was the view from the window. On one side is the sea, on the other the mountains. We lived on the 5th floor. After looking at the rooms of other tourists, we realized that we have a junior suite.
Arriving on 06/26. We generally found out that the hotel has been open for several days, new management and everything is just being set up here.
But I can say that the staff is actively trying to help and resolve all issues.
The food is normal, adults will not stay hungry. There were difficulties with baby food at first. In the early days, there were French fries, nuggets and burger patties for lunch. Then the assortment became more diverse and there was something to feed a 2-year-old child.
I can't help but note that after voicing the problem with baby food for lunch, the cook personally prepared mashed potatoes and boiled chicken for his son.
The territory is small. There's nowhere much to go. But there are all kinds of markets and shops nearby.
The beach is nice. Lots of sun loungers. There are always places. In general, there are 5+.
The animators are trying to forget all the nuances of the hotel, the guys are great.
The hotel is more for those who go for a relaxing beach holiday. I think young people will be bored here.

The hotel is terrible. I had a rest from 26.09-4.10 the agency promised that it would be fun, everything would be cool, but in fact it is a boarding house for the elderly. This hotel is not worth the money that people pay. The food is monotonous . Room cleaning figs understand how the floors were washed in general, after dinner it's dark outside , there's no lighting anywhere. This is the first hotel after which I wanted to go home and I don't even miss it.

I think 4 is solid!!!! As for the rooms, I read a lot of reviews from crazy hotels and realized that this joint is available everywhere. In general, I want to thank all the hotel staff for their cultural service and neatness!!! For 8 days of stay, there is no discomfort.The food is great, the variety is huge, or maybe we were lucky, but I am writing sincerely. I think this budget is very good. On the beach, the guys regularly cleaned both the rooms and the rooms. All accessories were changed. The hotel manager systematically monitored the work of the staff. On the minus ground floor there is a spa salon , massage masters are good fellows , but of course the price tags need to be traded , they are bred all around. This is a fact. Well, that's why such places exist. In short, a small hotel is quite a decent place. And then who cares!!!! I appreciate the price-quality!!!! It's a pretty decent place.

September 2022 , we arrived at the hotel , we were checked into a room 🤦♀️ We were shocked, the furniture was old , everything in the bathroom was terrible , I'll attach a photo ... they offered us $ 50 at the reception to give us a better room , they refused ... probably they didn 't offer enough !!! At first, I didn't believe the reviews. I think the most disgusting place in Turkey. I called on the phone to make a reservation. The operator said that there are plenty of places and you can go. We arrived 2.5 hours later. At the reception, the person on the phone said that this was a call center, they do not know how many places they have, although the number is from the official website. I said it was a complete out. We left the hotel to wait for a taxi, three people from the hotel came up and persistently asked to leave the hotel, behind the barrier. We stayed at this hotel from 30.09.2021 to 10.10.2021. In fact, the hotel pulls on a solid 4. The hotel has beautiful spiral granite stairs, 3 elevators, but over time everything falls into disrepair. In all likelihood, it is clear that the pandemic has made its own adjustments.
The food is within the norm, every day for dinner they grill chicken, turkey, or fish. A large selection of cheese. We weren't hungry. As for communication with the staff, I will say right away: how you behave, so they will communicate with you, in any case, I have not heard a single rude word addressed to me. Other tourists themselves ran into rudeness, then they did not pour milk in the beach bar, because it just ran out, then they could not answer in Russian, then they stupidly did not pour whiskey into the third glass or did not pour it to the brim, then the food was not tasty. Is this a "serious" accusation of rudeness? At the same time, these same dissatisfied people ran ahead of everyone to stuff themselves full plates of food, leaving behind a "pig table". The staff removes dirty dishes very quickly, while changing tablecloths and laying out appliances for the following. Speaking of dishes: I didn't see a single dirty plate, which was honestly very nice...
The animation organization is very lame, to be honest it doesn't exist at all. Of all the entertainment offered, these are gymnastics, volleyball and bocce. In the evening, children's animation, followed by animation a la art club and a disco at the beach bar. There was a magician and Turkish dancing once, but it's very weak.
Of the free drinks, these are cola, all kinds of cocktails, beer, vodka, crayfish, cognac, tequila, whiskey, rum ...
The beach is close enough, you just need to take a sunbed or ask the reception to provide this service, 1 or 2 dollars ...
Cleaning at the hotel daily but so-so, for all ten days under the bed never not wiped
And by the way, if you are offered a free trip to the skin center from the hotel, do not be fooled, they will take you there, and back only after buying a jacket worth $ 900, or you will walk around the mall for 4 hours and ask to be taken back with a scandal ...

A disgusting dirty smelly hotel with murdered rooms. Of course, this is not a 5*, but for three stars it is a very poor condition of the hotel. In principle, it is impossible to rest in such conditions. The bed linen and towels are all torn and dirty. There is not a single item in normal condition here. And the constant stench of dampness, rottenness in common areas, in rooms, everywhere. The beach is not bad, but garbage and all sorts of pieces of wood, thorns.

We had a rest in September 2021. It took 2 hours to get to the hotel. Although it is a 40-minute drive from the airport. While everyone was taken away, our hotel was the penultimate one. It took the same amount of time to get back. I didn't like the hotel very much, it's far from 5*, not even 4*. The rooms are old, as is the hotel itself. The food is very modest. There was not even a normal yogurt, something like curdled milk, which is very strange, there were no problems with this in Turkey before. Lunch was so-so, vegetables, cheese and snacks helped out, although there was fish and chicken for dinner, there was no question of meat. The only plus is the sea! It is warm and comfortable in September. The deck chairs by the sea were dead, everyone was busy in the morning.Fortunately, it was possible to find places by the pool. Beach towels are a separate story, everything is in holes, so in the morning it's still a problem to pick up clean ones. At 9 a.m. they are gone! The animation is very boring.

We had a rest in October 2021. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We flew by fortune from tui, but alas, it did not work out. More or less a room for an additional fee, we paid $ 62, the food is weak, there is no variety at all, the feeling that they save on everything. There is really a problem with beach towels, both in getting them and in their appearance, i.e. with holes. For the first time in Turkey, they drank such disgusting beer, the neighboring hotel was saved) Only ice cream and bread were delicious, is it worth going to such a "five" for 80 tr. for two. The sea is nearby, but the sunbeds are dead, the hotel has no service. In general, pass by this wonderful hotel.

The hotel is very "nice".Upon arrival, you will receive a lottery ticket number. You can win a room where only 1-2 sockets will work, and some other small things by type: no door to the toilet, dirty room, non-working air conditioner at 46 degrees, etc. As for the food, it's all the same taste (well, at least it's fresh). You will most often hear the word FINISH from the staff. They wanted a coke at the bar - FINISH, they wanted to eat ice cream - FINISH, etc. The cherry on the cake of this hotel are the managers, their attitude towards tourists is striking in its "friendliness". We bought a ticket to Throne hotels and flew happy, as we had not rested for 2 years due to the pandemic.. we flew for 100 thousand for 9 days.
The fun started from the moment we boarded the transfer promised 45 minutes, in fact we drove 2.5 hours, and even the driver got lost and lingered back and forth with the navigator... we began to worry that we would not have time to have dinner...but they barely managed to arrive 15 minutes before the closing of the buffet.. The menu doesn't change a damn thing, at the end of the vacation I ate pasta with salad. The main thing is rice, pasta, mashed soup and a bunch of chopped greens. There is no separate meat only mixed with potatoes.. Yes! There were evenings when they fried dorado on the street (not very dry) and meat of partridges or pigeons xs ...

I almost died here.. such a kaka... people don't know what to order... they don't offer it themselves.. of all 1 bartender, a young dark one on the beach was not bad at preparing cocktails, the rest were cooking on the beach.

It feels like 3 * plus here, no more.... We stayed at this hotel from 08/28/2020 to 09/04/2020 at 3. The hotel is not 5*. The rooms are tired, the food is not delicious. There is practically no choice . It 's the same thing every day . The sea is close , 2 pools , 4 slides . The air conditioner works only in the room and only if you turn it on. That is, the hotel itself is stuffy (dining room , reception, etc.) The floors (we lived on 5) stink of fish all the time! Especially in the elevator . the hotel itself has shops (cigarettes, clothes), of course, for a lot of money, it is better to go 1 km to Migros (minimarket). The animators are good, there is DJ Ali- funny. But there is no special entertainment , every day there are dances for children and a performance for adults . The bar is open in the lobby until 12, on the beach until 12 noon. I would like to say a special "thank you" to the main bartender, I don't know what his name is, but he looks like Mr. Filch from Harry Potter, evil, nasty bastard)) always with a dissatisfied face, never poured into normal glasses (i.e. you ask to pour whiskey and Coke into a large glass, he pours in a small one) you ask for 2 glasses , but it doesn 't give . So if you are allergic to dust, this is not your place. Very responsive administrators Svetlana, Vugar and Ruslan, solve any questions, the children are delighted with the bartender Sherhat, always with a smile and jokes. Animation for children under 8 years old is good, but teenagers were bored.
