We lived with our family for 2 days. I really liked it. We took a spacious room for four. A gorgeous bathroom. Everything is fine with the Internet too. We should also mention the restaurant - we liked it so much that we had dinner 2 times here. The breakfasts are among the best in the whole trip to Kyrgyzstan (a large selection, including fruits)!!! And the cherry on the cake: the staff are pleasant and fast waitresses. I recommend this place!!!

Excellent hotel and restaurant! We were pleasantly surprised. Cleanliness of the room, good breakfast. I must say, there is a selection of wines at a relatively inexpensive price from 1200 to 2600 som. We were satisfied!!

The hotel is simply gorgeous compared to other options in Karakol. At first, we went into several options that are slightly cheaper, but here it is above all praise. All amenities and very comfortable.

excellent hotel and cafe. super friendly staff. the only hotel in Kyrgyzstan with good hard mattresses and good sound insulation between the rooms.
We went to the sauna. At an early check-out, the receptionist specially came out to see us off, to make a wonderful coffee. Thank you again for the warm welcome. I will definitely come back!

A very good hotel, a gorgeous conference room. The rooms were separated into different wings and it was pretty quiet when the hotel was fully loaded. There is a 24-hour supermarket nearby

A good hotel with excellent service. The rooms are small, but there is everything you need: bathrobes, a kettle, cups and glasses, a refrigerator with a minibar, drinking water every day, very tasty breakfasts with a good selection, delicious coffee.
And a view of the mountains!
Excellent cleaning: towels and bed linen were changed. I really liked the sauna: it is hot, comfortable to steam, a spacious washroom and a rest room. We ordered food from the cafe there: everything is delicious!
Its own secured Parking.
Disadvantages: in the steam room in the sauna, it would be good to lay wooden flooring on the floor, otherwise the tile is very hot.

Unprofessional and inhumane staff. The waiter chased away a kind dog that was sitting outside on the street and didn't touch anyone. He threw and screamed, stomped. The dog disappeared because of them.

A very decent hotel, small but neat, thoughtful, beautifully decorated. The rooms are small but cozy, they have everything, even a minibar with soft drinks. The breakfasts are delicious according to the buffet system. The staff is wonderful. It helped a lot when I hurt my leg. Thank them very much!

The hotel is great. Inside there is a pleasant cafe where you can have breakfast and dinner with pleasant service and good cuisine.

Very nice staff, cozy rooms with fresh renovation. Beautiful design in the cafe. There is its own guarded Parking, a fresh, spacious sauna, a game room with ps 5.
Of the disadvantages, plumbing is cheap and the bed bends very much in the room, the breakfasts are delicious, but it's the same every day. The prices in the cafe are above average.

On the one hand, the staff is polite, on the other hand there is a guy there who is too much of you.He enjoys his role as a waiter and the path in life that he has chosen (no). His attempts to seem "advanced" are just a fuss, ask him how Philadelphia differs from Philadelphia light, and he will tell you with the air of an expert that "light translates from English as light" and will shut up, because already from this information you have to draw "CONCLUSIONS" with your small client brain.
But the rest of the waiters and waitresses are cute, and in general, if you don't get into "your own recipes", then you can eat well.
