We rested from 30.08 to 08.09.2019. A very nice, clean, well-equipped hotel. The staff is friendly. There is a kitchen for cooking, and equipped with all necessary utensils. The linen was changed every three days. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea, the road was not stressful. There are many shops nearby, a bus stop. Prosperity and well-being to your hotel.

We were in August 2018, the hotel itself is not bad, it is cleaned every 2 days.
The beach and local attractions are far away.
The beach is the nearest, dirty, walk to it for 20 minutes through the heat, through the railway tracks.
We took a minibus to Pitsunda, where the beach is much steeper.
The kitchen is shared, there are a lot of people, it was difficult to cook something, we waited until everyone left and only then went down.
Sim cards should be bought only at special points, the cost was 50 rubles, whereas local ones, including the hotel, sold for 500-600 rubles.
The price does not correspond to the location.

Pay attention to the manual on the condition of kitchen appliances (dirty rags, sponges are not changed, knives are blunt, refrigerators are smelly, they do not check products) plus only that there is a swimming pool and you can buy beer or wine on the spot, as well as soft drinks. There is no shared toilet in the recreation area, you have to go to the room all the time. There are a lot of people with children, like all the rooms overlook the pool, so you can't avoid the morning screams.
The sea is 20 minutes away.
There is a good supermarket nearby with payment by card.
