The hotel itself is not bad. Very tasty breakfasts. Cleaning, as at all times in 3 days. But there is a big but, departure from 12, and the transfer was ordered for 4 pm. The child wanted to go to the toilet, asked where he could go, said that this was not our problem. That 's what you want to do . For the whole vacation, the only negative moment.

The receptionist is very nice, all issues were resolved very quickly. We rented a suite for a day, as we were passing through. The room is clean, towels and bed linen are fresh, two balconies - everything is fine. The breakfast is not bad (there is a choice). The hotel has a swimming pool, the area is clean. There is a playground.

The rating is for a suite (7t/day) .
A pleasant-looking hotel, the room also looks good, one balcony + an extensive terrace. And life seems to have been a success, but then the service in Abkhazian comes in.
There is a huge fur coat with yellow in the freezer, the door to the terrace (not standard, retractable, every time the quest to close it) jams. Upon arrival, the light on the terrace and above the bathroom mirror did not work, there was little toilet paper. In order to report this, you need to go to the reception every time, and this is the 4th floor. There is no phone in the room, it is impossible to call the reception via vacap, only direct calls in Abkhazia. The fastening of the curtains is the cheapest, the heavy curtains are broken in places, on the last day one curtain came off under the weight. There are no lamps near the bed, there is a dark corner above the dressing table. There is no clothes dryer, there is a rope of 1 meter. Another minus is the tiles by the pool and the steps to the hotel, as the water gets there, you can stretch out not weakly.
Otherwise, everything is fine. The hotel is beautiful, pleasant, probably one of the best in this part of Gagra. The sea is not close, there is a dining room nearby, which is not bad, unless you expect something supernatural.

The hotel is good. It may be a little cramped in the rooms, on the balconies. The pool is super! But the location is far from the infrastructure. It is always necessary to go too far. If there could be food 3 times a day, then we wouldn't have to go out, but we only had breakfast. And so, the territory is beautiful, well-groomed, the service is excellent.

The room is small, very uncomfortable because of this. The wallpaper is falling off, dirty somewhere, a dirty refrigerator and dust in places.
It's a long way from the sea and from all normal establishments, you have to walk a lot. The sheet is not on an elastic band, so it is always crumpled.
On the plus side, the staff is good, the breakfasts are delicious, the Wi-Fi is good, the pool is also good, but it would be warmer would be better.
A place to just spend the night.

A small hotel with a swimming pool. We had a room on the ground floor without a balcony, it was completely unclear where to dry swimsuits and towels, the heated towel rail in the bathroom did not work. This is, of course, a minus. A big plus is the opportunity to order machine washing: 200 rubles for 1 load of up to 5 kg and you will learn how to wash and dry things in a short time. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the bus stop, from where you can take a bus or minibus to Pitsunda. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is for three, but you will not stay hungry. I would recommend buying more natural butter and cheese.

When booking, you see beautiful pictures - the design of the hotel is interesting, people tried their best. Apparently, all efforts ended there.
Because during our 3 nights we have never even had the trash taken out! They did not clean, did not carry out wet cleaning, did not change towels. And this is in a city where infectious diseases are clogged - produce more garbage in the room. They didn't even bring toilet paper in three days.
The staff is not friendly at all - do not ask an extra question.
But the cherry is not in this - I left a review on the booking, I always leave reviews there after eviction. So they called me from there and told me that I was lying! The owner (or who it is, I don't know) instead of dealing with her staff why they didn't clean up, she started yelling at me that "I have nothing to do but write my dissertations" and she has a paper where it is noted that the cleaning was. And on the last day we didn't even have anywhere to throw out the fruits that we couldn't finish... At the same time, my arguments did not suit her. I am not the owner of a hotel, so that someone specifically spoils the rating, why don't we listen and do a check?
This is the first time I have come across this.
Regarding the room, it is small, the door is normally not open in the passage. In the bathroom, the mirror hangs uncomfortably - right next to the sink on the right side. In the shower, water flows heavily onto the floor.
The breakfast is edible, but the portions are tiny.
It's sad, the whole impression of the city was completely ruined.

We stayed at this hotel from 06/01/2021 to 06/11/2021, we liked the hotel. The staff is friendly, help with all matters, clean the rooms every 2 days with a full change of linen and towels, there is a heated pool, it helped a lot on these cold rainy days, it is well lit and you can swim until 23.00. You can take towels for the pool downstairs. The breakfasts were pleasant: porridges, eggs, omelets, yoghurts, sausage, sausages, cereals, hot sandwiches, pancakes, vegetables, cheesecakes, tea and coffee. The only drawback is there is no toilet on the ground floor, I had to go up to my suite with a terrace on the 4th floor. It is possible to pay with a card for rooms and laundry services, one wash with drying 200₽

Great hotel. In June 2021, the sea was cold, we fought by the pool in the hotel. Polite staff, will solve any problem. Breakfast and buffet are included. It's a great place to relax with children.

Vacation in July 2022, check-in took place later than the specified time due to the fact that the previous tenants caused significant damage in the room. The shower cabin has no door, and therefore the water constantly remains on the floor, which creates dampness and an unpleasant smell. The wallpaper is coming off in the room, which does not create the most pleasant impression, given the set price for the room. The room is cleaned once every 3 days, the staff is polite. The breakfasts are satisfactory, an egg and a sausage are standard every morning, they try to create variety at the expense of other dishes (cottage cheese pie, porridge, pancakes). The hotel is located at a great distance from the sea, a quiet walk of 20-30 minutes.

A cozy hotel. We were here with my wife in November. The pool is warm, but I would like it to be warmer (the air temperature was +10 degrees in the evening). Unfortunately, no water mugs were found in the rooms, although there is a kettle. There is no water cooler, neither in the room nor in the hallway, water was boiled from the tap.

Nice hotel! The staff is lovely, polite, helpful! The room stock is decent, except for one small thing in room 104 (there is no hood in the bathroom). But it's still 5*. It takes 15 minutes to walk slowly to the sea on a flat road. I recommend it!

We stayed at this hotel at the end of our trip to Abkhazia, disappointed that we booked for the entire stay, and not for a day. I really wanted to change the hotel. Far from the center, there are no good cafes nearby, the road to the sea is through ditches and a railway, the nearest beach is dirty with packs of dogs. The hotel's swimming pool, declared as heated, is cold as an ornament, the breakfasts are shameful. The main thing you want to run away from is the reception, the staff walk with stony, not friendly faces ... they say they imposed themselves. In general, the picture is beautiful, but in fact one disappointment.

We were there with my husband in the summer of 2019. I liked everything very much. The staff is polite and helpful, the room is often cleaned, there is a laundry (it costs some pennies). There is a veranda with a kitchen on the territory, you can cook and smoke a hookah (there is one there, but it's not very good, it's better to take your own). There are a couple of parking spaces on site. I recommend this place to everyone. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea. There is one small disadvantage - there is no food, it would be great if there was some kind of dining room at least with breakfast :)

Nice, new hotel. Heated swimming pool. There is a barbecue area, but it is poorly arranged, the barbecue is sad, it is difficult to cook anything on it. There is no place to sit or eat in the room. We had a balcony, but it was no more than half a meter, we couldn't sit. Nearby there is a butcher shop, a supermarket, an alcohol market literally 100 meters away. There is no kitchen, you can't cook. There is no cafe nearby, everything is at least a kilometer away. But if you look at it in general, the hotel is decent, budget and we really liked it)
