There is a sense of professionalism, preparation and experience. It will be necessary to write a letter to Moliboshko Sergey Alexandrovich about the need to award such a good subordinate. A good boss and subordinates are good!
What did you like:
+ Electronic queue
+ There are many chairs in the waiting room, many of which are "soft". There is a cooler with drinking water and disposable cups
+ in my case, there was no excessive paperwork (registration of an ID card and a biometric passport)
+ there was less collective farm than in other state institutions. I paid at the erip, and when out of habit I asked, "can I show you the receipt on the phone?" they replied, "everything will be displayed on my computer." Which pleased me.
What didn't you like:
- when I came in for the first time, they gave me a mini-payment instruction and sent me for a second coupon. Although this is done within a minute while the employee is looking for forms. And the repeated waiting in line is more than an hour.
- in some of the customer seats inside the office, there are things/ umbrellas drying. (But it can be attributed to covid security)
- when a young employee worked with me, two employees in the office loudly communicated with each other on non-working topics. Sometimes I barely heard what the female employee asked me to do
Disgusting service to the citizens of their own country! Very unpleasant emotions were caused by the request to replace the passport in the OGIM of the Zavodsky district. The question from the category of the most common, however, caused difficulties. Bureaucracy is a familiar thing, but rudeness on the part of an employee Khamitsevich (according to the way of behavior, this option is more suitable) or Anastasia Dmitrievna Khomitsevich causes outrage. I turned to her colleague, but the aforementioned employee very incorrectly entered into a dialogue with his negative comments, which no one asked for. I would like to ask you to figure out how acceptable this is in the work of such an organization. I would really like to leave a review in the book of comments and suggestions, but it is missing.

In general, the department is decent.BUT they applied for a passport for a child (a month), after a month and a half there is no passport, they do not answer calls in any way, a decent appeal to the boss found the passport in the office of the deputy.the boss. Not very nice women at the passport issuance, they just answer there is no passport, wait. Another day and a trip abroad would have been disrupted. Have a month in reserve when changing your passport. There are also long delays due to urgency

There are 2-3 weeks delays in issuing passports, no one warns about it. We paid for the production within 15 days.
Updated: the passport was ready in a month, they found it in the boss's office (the arrived batch was not disassembled), the stamps were delivered within 10 to 15 minutes and given away.

Excellent migration department, polite staff, everything is very neatly filled out in the passport, all stamps are put down neatly and cleanly. I had the experience of obtaining a passport in Leninsky and Frunzensky, so I liked it the most in the factory migration department👍

There was no Announcement that the database was not working and they just missed it in the queue. As a result, the time and nerves spent.
