A good hotel. On line 1. Your own beach, free sun beds, towels. Delicious food, high-quality products. Friendly, friendly staff, except for our maid on the 4th floor (maybe because she speaks Russian poorly). I took off the star for the lack of an elevator (dragging a heavy suitcase upstairs is still a pleasure) and the linen change takes place every 3-4 days after the reminder, and I have to fill it myself. But in general, the impression of a vacation in Abkhazia and living in an Orchid is the best. I recommend.

We have been vacationing at this hotel since 07/21/24.for the third year in a row.We really like the hotel.The food is breakfast and dinner, varied for every taste. Fruits are always fresh. There was always watermelon for dinner. You can order delicious coffee from the girls for a minimum amount. Lunches are 500 rubles, also satisfying and delicious.The maid cleans every day, linen and towels are changed every three days. The room has everything a refrigerator, bedside tables, TV, wardrobe, bathroom, air conditioning, balcony.
I was very pleased that the hotel is expanding.they made a wide hall, and added two more blocks with rooms.they promise a swimming pool.. but why, if the sea is nearby..Well, the administration is more accurate..there is a water park nearby.Next year, back to the Orchid

The hotel is on the first coastline, which is very convenient. They provide sun beds and umbrellas, the food is normal, quite a hearty breakfast, I could not get to dinner. I agree with the reviews above, the pillows in the room are not comfortable, they are small, it is inconvenient to sleep on them. It is better to choose a room with a balcony, otherwise there is nowhere to dry things. There was a broken window in our room, there was nowhere to hang things to dry. There are only three clothes hangers in the closet, which is very small. The furniture in the room is tired, the lock in the bathroom is broken, it did not close. We lived with my mother in this hotel in the period from 08/03/24 to 08/10/24. The overall impressions are excellent, the rooms are clean, well-maintained with updated repairs, cleaned every day and cleaned well! We had a triple room (No. 44) with mountain view and partial sea view, it was quiet enough. Not far from the hotel there is a cafe that has music every day until 24-00, but we couldn't hear anything and nothing bothered us. There is a small minus - during the entire stay we have never had our towels changed, but that's not a big deal. The food was delicious, the choice is excellent, and you don't need more. The sailor is nearby, there were enough sun loungers and umbrellas for everyone and always, which is certainly a big plus.

We had a rest in September 2024. The room is clean, cozy, panoramic Windows, balcony with sea view. The room is cleaned every day.
The view is gorgeous: mountains, sea... and what sunsets... I can't tell you. The sea is clear, one minus the pebbles. The beach is nearby within walking distance, free sun beds and umbrellas are available from the hotel. In the evenings, you can walk along the embankment, there are many cafes, restaurants, a Ferris wheel, attractions, a mini water park.

This is my second vacation at this hotel. The rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast and dinner are very varied, but it is very embarrassing for some tourists. I think that such people are a great disgrace to our country. There's a couple with sullen, angry faces staying with me at the hotel. They enter the dining room with a large pile of bags that fill the living room. One would think that they take a portion to someone's room, but that was not the case. One eggplant is filled completely with one dish, the second with the second. Today for breakfast, when I went to one dish to take it a little on my plate, the guy just scooped everything from the plate into his eggplant. Moreover, I dropped some of it into the sour cream standing next to it. I got in there with my fingers and sent what I caught into my mouth. Every dish is raked on the table, and there are a huge number of them, with plates and containers that they bring with them. During breakfast and dinner, they continue to get up from the table and continue to rake in food with the words "they will bring more". I know that those who can come only after an hour and a half for breakfast or dinner sometimes do not have enough food. And these people are only two people. Clearly husband and wife. It's unpleasant to see this. They do not eat, but they eat, raking in containers with them. If I hadn't followed them to put something on my plate and not bumping into the fact that nothing remains after them, and at the same time they hold huge bowls with containers filled with one dish each, I wouldn't have paid attention to these people. Today he was just one of the first to enter, went up to the olives and scooped everything into his bowl. The freaks are stooped and overweight. A man with tattoos sat down with me at breakfast today, as there are sometimes not enough tables for everyone due to the large number of people. There were some tattoos on the body. I didn't look at them. The movements are rough, but during the whole time of his breakfast he put in exactly as much as he would eat at one time. Then he carefully picked up the crumbs that he had dropped from the table with a napkin. And most of them behave like that. The kid came in with a container, but he put exactly one portion in it for someone who stayed in the room. And this couple just walks in and, like mad, rakes in. I've never taken videos or photos of other people, but I want to do it at dinner tonight. Such people need to know others by sight. Now I understand why many Russian comedians paint that they come to the buffet with suitcases and rake everything in there. It's a shame and a shame for such a rabble. Of course, I can assume that these people live in "shit" and try to eat it, since they no longer have other pleasures in their lives. Or, I'm sorry, such a worm lives in them that everyone has to eat for five and they just have to take food out of the dining room with dump trucks, because for lunch, which is not included in the hotel (it goes as a separate option), they simply do not have enough of their earned money. But it's too much already to start turning the pans into their containers without leaving them to others. Every person is a blacksmith of his own happiness and pleasures. These people have the pleasure of eating and raking in.

A good hotel. I found their website on the Internet. I made an advance payment and the contract was concluded. I ordered a transfer from the airport to the hotel through them. I did the same when leaving the hotel. The receiving party has fulfilled all obligations properly. We lived in a room on the 4th floor. The building is 5 storeys high, without an elevator. Comfortable large room with sea view. The first line. There is a private beach area with free sun loungers, the hotel provides beach towels. The food is excellent, satisfying, delicious. A buffet with natural products. I took off the star because the maid changed the bed linen only after contacting the reception. She doesn't make the bedclothes. But that's not the main thing. Excursions were booked at the reception. They are interesting and informative. Abkhazia is an interesting country and people are friendly and friendly. In general, I recommend a vacation in this fertile land.

The most amazing thing about this Hotel is the breakfasts! Lovers of delicious food in the morning - definitely here! It was great! I'm not talking about landscaping behind the hotel and on the beach! This is space. No Turkey can compare! What can we say about Asia… What is Thailand, Bali or Maldives! People, don't waste your money! 3-4 weeks, or better for the whole summer, run to this wonderful hotel! Well, everything is at level 5*+! The whole family will never forget this place!

They cook delicious. Private beach with sun beds and umbrellas, very friendly and caring beach worker Uncle Valera. He will always tell you where it is better to stay, umbrellas are different in size. There are separate beach towels, you can take them with you. Pebble beach, all the entertainment nearby. The room has air conditioning, mini fridge, TV. A balcony with ropes for drying towels and swimsuits. If necessary, add a cot. There is a parking lot. I really liked it.
Not five stars because one of the glasses in the room was dirty, but that's probably the only negative

It's love at first sight!!!! The first coastline, we had a room with a sea view.... it's magic!!!! We had a family vacation at this hotel in July. We took breakfasts and dinners - very decent. A lot of fruits, vegetables, varied, and most importantly very tasty. The rooms are great. The administrators are friendly and sincere. In a word, all of them are well done and the maids , and the cooks, and Valera!!! Thank you for a great stay. We were 100% satisfied!!!

We had a rest from October 5 to October 15. The location is excellent, the rooms are standard, the service is on the level, they are cleaned daily, the linen is changed every 5 days. The staff is friendly and courteous. The territory is small, clean and well maintained. The beach is pebbly and private, there are sun beds, umbrellas and beach towels. There were fruits in the restaurant every day: watermelons, plums, grapes, oranges. The choice of food may not be so great, but you definitely won't stay hungry. For breakfast, porridge, omelette, sausages, dumplings, dumplings. For dinner, chicken, various side dishes, salads. Everything is delicious! I can't leave a positive review.
I didn't like the hotel. Abkhazia categorically did not enter.
It is very dirty near the hotel, there are unfinished buildings everywhere.
The rest turned into sheer torture. A quest of horrors and nightmares.
We went to the hotel for 20 days. We've been waiting for this vacation all year, we were happy and planned to have a great rest.
We got a real negative instead.
On the first night, mosquitoes got stuck. There were more than 30 Mosquitoes in the room. We lived with a sea view until 12 at night, yelling music, which on the second night began to strain.
And the curtain. We were poisoned in this hotel twice. On the first day of arrival on 07/09/2024, I had dinner at the hotel. They were poisoned. I vomited wildly all night and other consequences. Rotavirus was caught in Abkhazia. High fever, severe cough.
The furniture in the hotel is falling apart. The closet door completely broke before leaving. There are mosquitoes everywhere on the walls.
As a result, after a couple of days they changed their tickets and had to return home. We lost 20% for housing.
Such torments were expected in Abkhazia.
And on 06/13/2024, my mother was poisoned at the hotel at dinner. The same consequences all night long.
I will not go to Abkhazia for free anymore.
There is dirt everywhere, no development, no hospitality, old apartment buildings and barracks. No one is developing for tourists.
Plus only the sea, but it's nature.
With all this, the prices are huge, which does not correspond to the quality of the rest at least to some.
I strongly advise against it. We stayed without rest this year. And we're going home to be treated half-dead.

I stayed at this hotel from 13.05 - 20.05 2023. Not a bad hotel, it's worth 3***. Convenient location, 30 m to the sea, which is very convenient, the beach is shared. At the hotel, if you ask, they will take out sun beds and umbrellas to the beach. The sea is the purest. The hotel itself has 5 floors, we lived on the 4th floor with a sea view, and on the 5th floor they have a buffet dining room. The food was decent, we ate enough, the only thing we didn't have enough soup for dinner, but we didn't get upset. I should immediately note that the hotel does not have an elevator, which is inconvenient to carry suitcases to the floors. The room is clean, wet cleaning was carried out every day. Towels and linen have never been changed, but there is a sign that can be hung on the handle of the front door with instructions to Change the linen. We didn't use it. In our room, there was, oddly enough, a decent large hair dryer in the shower. The standard room has a double bed, bedside tables, a dressing table with a mirror, a wardrobe, a refrigerator, a kettle, 2 glass glasses, but if you want to drink tea, it is better to ask the receptionist for tea glasses. There is no water in the room and on the floors, there are coolers in another hotel, but there is no water in the Orchid. Overall, the hotel is not bad, I recommend it with family and children.

Great hotel! We had a rest from 15.06 to 21.06.22. Very convenient location, 50 meters from the sea. Sun beds and umbrellas are included in the price. The beach is clean and tidy. In the evenings, the music is crazy from a nearby cafe until midnight. Abkhazia is a horror. I've never been there and I won't go again. My husband wants to change the tickets, but I feel sorry for the lost money. But I don't know if I can stand it.

The hotel left a very ambiguous impression. I want to point out the advantages:
- convenient location - the first coastline, near the central market, actually the beginning of the embankment - in this regard, it's great;
- lovely girls at the reception - helped to call a taxi and solve minor household needs - good;
- excellent beach service - umbrellas, sun beds - Valera handsome;
- kitchen - breakfast and dinner included: the kitchen is not very diverse, but always delicious and fresh food, the view from the window is amazing - we are quite satisfied.
Of the cons:
- some kind of tin with mosquitoes in the room, the fumigator did not solve the problem, we had to enhance the effect with repellent ointments, but even so they flew in swarms;
- some kind of foreign smell in the room, probably from plumbing. Not to say that it is harsh, but intrusive. Because of him, they could not close the windows and take full advantage of the air conditioning.
My final grade varies between 3.5 and 3.8.

The room is comfortable, there are disposable gel, shampoo, soap. Cleaning is done every day. Comfortable double bed, blankets, blankets, clean linen and towels, towels for the beach. On the 5th floor there is a restaurant with a sea view) Wonderful and delicious breakfasts (pancakes, omelette, pasta, cheeses, sausages, fruits, cottage cheese, dried fruits). There is one disadvantage. There is no pool, there is not enough of it.

We rested in a new room on the 4th floor - triple. The renovation is good, except for the bathroom.
The water pressure is weak, there is not always enough warm water from the boiler for two. The baseboards on the ceiling are torn off. The light bulb alone is not lit.
There is a curtain in the shower, which is not always convenient, since all the splashes fly to the floor.
Room facilities: a large bed and a small one - the mattress is swollen.

Not a bad hotel: small, 5 floors, rooms of decent size. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, linen / towels are changed every 5 days, garbage is taken out every day. It's bad that the bathroom is not cleaned. There is not enough shelf by the mirror in the bathroom - there is nowhere to put hygiene items. The dining room is on the 5th floor, the food is good, delicious, there is always fruit, breakfast and dinner are included, for lovers of the first, they also give soup for dinner.
