The best hotel in Bishkek!!! Maybe even the whole of Kyrgyzstan!!! The location is very convenient. It's worth the money!
The buffet breakfast is varied, delicious, natural freshly squeezed juices, which is extremely rare!!! All kinds of cuts, fruits, vegetables, buns, etc. It is very convenient that you do not have to pay at check-in, you managed to get down on time, paid on the spot and eat to your health!
All the staff is polite and courteous!!!
Everything is in the room! Kettle, mini bar, ironing board with iron, curtains that close at the touch of a button at the head of the bed. Good cosmetics, Villeroy&Boch plumbing.
Own parking!!! This is very important for a traveler in his car!!!
To the owner and all the staff, I bow low!!! Keep it up !!!
Good luck and Prosperity!!! We will definitely come back here!!!
A magnificent hotel in the center of Bishkek. Spacious clean rooms, excellent bathroom, room cleaning is very well organized.
The management team at the reception deserves special praise, in particular the employee Aliya-high professionalism, individual approach, assistance in solving various issues.
There was a need to stay late, the reception staff kindly found an opportunity to make a late check-out without additional payment.
If you want to enjoy your trip to Bishkek, Orion Hotel is the best place!
A nice hotel, located next to a park where you can walk. Now about the hotel itself. We are located in a De Luxe room, the room is small, in a national style, a comfortable bed, the room has everything you need: a coffee machine with delicious coffee (this is very important for me), cosmetic kits, slippers, a shoe sponge, a hairdryer, bathrobes, etc. (But for one person! They asked for it, brought it for the second one). A strange door to the next room (such rooms are inhabited by large families. It's not clear why they had to check us in here if the hotel is almost empty!) The staff is very helpful (but you have to ask for everything:water, shampoo, shower gel ... (especially since it is clear that the bottles are used and are almost empty in place, and not stolen) I was very surprised that there are no mirrors in the room in the corridor! And there is nowhere to put the suitcases (that's why they were lying on the floor in a narrow corridor and we stumbled over them), instead of a mirror there is a board with hooks and signs for the staff) The restaurant was also a little surprised: the breakfasts are delicious, we are not picky about food, so the porridge is different every day, we went with a bang! You won't stay hungry. We were pleased with freshly squeezed orange juice and grapefruit!)) But to drink coffee, make a toast, you need to ask the staff to cook it!!! A little bit about the spa area: the water in the pool is cold, it is impossible to swim without chattering your teeth from the cold)) I would like to mention the massage separately, well, it's sooo cool, it seems that I was taken apart by the bones! Overall, I really enjoyed the hotel! And I would love to come back here again!
A wonderful hotel, large rooms, luxurious surroundings. Clean and cozy. Everything is provided for complete comfort. A chic restaurant with a wide variety of dishes. Very tasty, beautiful and with high quality! There is still a sense of luxury and care for the visitors of the hotel.
A gorgeous hotel. We were greeted very warmly. They took him to the room and told him everything about him. The room has everything for a comfortable stay. Clear.
The staff's response to requests is lightning fast! Recommend👍🏻
We travel a lot, we have 29 countries in our piggy bank - Asia, Europe, Latin America and Russia, but this is the first time we have encountered such a thing as in Orion Bishkek. A few weeks before the visit, a room for 2 nights was booked and paid for. I note that the hotel is not cheap and with claims of "expensive-rich" and "we are the best". There were no questions when checking in and everything went quickly. The next day we couldn't get to our room and went to the reception desk. Then the misadventures began. We are told that the reservation has ended and we are obliged to hand over the room. After presenting their confirmed reservation and payment receipt, one of the administrators disappeared into the room and brought a working key. We go up to the room, leave our bags and go down to sort out the problem. Already another receptionist at the reception claims that the stay is over and we have to leave. Where to?! One day before departure and the room is paid for!!! Half an hour later, it turns out that this is allegedly a mistake by the hotel's booking department. And again: go pack your things and vacate the room. We have all the rooms booked, but we will try to find a place for you to spend the night. How is that??!!!! Is this a 5’ hotel? In anger, we return to the room and pack our things, my husband found a free room in the hotel next door and then the phone rang and the receptionist graciously allows us to stay in the room. After 5 minutes, the door opens and the maid comes up with the words: have you finished packing? I was sent to clean the room after you. A silent scene..... The evening is ruined. We went for a walk to calm down. And a new surprise- the keys to the room are blocked again(. Silently, we are given new ones at the counter, which after an hour turn out to be non-working again!!! In the morning of the previous day, the wi-fi connection was also blocked. Upon leaving the hotel, we did not hear any words of apology or regret from the hotel administrators for the incident. And I'm not talking about compensation for moral expenses! It remains to be guessed - is this sloppiness, unprofessionalism or infringement of rights on the principle of citizenship of the Russian Federation?
I visited Bishkek for the first time, stayed in Orion.
The hotel is in an ideal location for a tourist, everything is nearby. There are good restaurants and a park within walking distance.
Excellent mattresses and pillows (I haven't had enough sleep in a long time) and excellent staff.
I plan to come to Kyrgyzstan again this year, I will definitely stay in Orion
Nice hotel. Delicious food, beautiful, cozy. There is a sauna, a sauna, a swimming pool, massage and a restaurant. Not 5* because when we arrived at the hotel, we did not have a reservation in their system, although we showed a receipt that we had paid for everything. We sat for almost an hour, we could have offered to check in. There was a room for two people, and there were care products in the bathroom for 1 person. I had to call and ask for another set. Then we ordered food, which was waited for 3 hours and they did not bring us fresh dishes, the pasta was stuck together as if it had been cooked 10 hours ago. I had to wait another hour. Food was brought, and in the morning there was,, an apology,, as fruits and sweets. They asked me to remove the dishes from the room, as a result, I called them 3 times every hour to clean up, realized that it was useless and took everything out and put it in the hallway at the door. Well, in general, it does not pull at 5... But overall it's good, I liked it, just to tickle my nerves.
A magnificent hotel.
Everything is very high quality. It is clear that the owner did not spare money either for the hotel itself or for the service of guests. The rooms have good quality cosmetics, electric sliding curtains, the rooms are large, everything is very comfortable. The suites are simply magnificent. Breakfasts, a spa with a swimming pool, a restaurant, a bar, Everything corresponds to the best hotel in Bishkek, which of course Orion is.
A good hotel where I stayed both times that I was on a business trip in Bishkek.
I would also like to note the good cosmetics in the room and the comfortable room service
The hotel is excellent. The staff is polite and courteous. The atmosphere and service are 5 stars. I would like a slightly more varied menu in the restaurant. There is a spa center, a swimming pool, a hammam and a sauna. It is located in the center. The rooms are spacious. In the suites, the curtains close with a button, in an original way. This is probably the best hotel in Bishkek!
I really, really liked the hotel , respectable , excellent service. Upon check-in, we were provided with an upgrade of the room ( we increased the category for free) and it was very pleasant! Moreover, the restaurant turned out to have delicious food (including for breakfast and when ordering in the room), excellent service , and in the bar too - everything is fast and high-quality! It feels like there are flying fairies around :) I liked the pool, visited it in the morning and in the evening :))) the lobby has a wonderful atmosphere, wonderful aroma and freshness :)) The room itself turned out to be absolutely amazing , comfortable , decorated with silk-embroidered curtains , the same upholstered furniture , pillows and a silk carpet over the bed , excellent bed linen with branded piping ! The bathroom is above all praise , very comfortable , fully equipped with all possible accessories . The entire hotel staff is young, very pleasant, and all issues were resolved with lightning speed . Only the doorman in a colorful hat is older than the others - but he is so good and colorful that he deserves special praise and gratitude :) We felt like dear guests who are taken care of and want to bring joy ! There was a pleasant compliment from the hotel on his birthday - a beautifully decorated dessert, it was brought to the room with wishes in 4 languages! The location of the hotel is also wonderful - there is a park nearby, and for shopping lovers there are a number of prestigious boutique shops; the city center is 10 minutes away. I was impressed by the real professionalism of the Reception staff, as we were assisted in all matters, including organizing excursions, ordering a taxi , etc. We sincerely wish good luck and prosperity to the wonderful Orion Hotel!
A wonderful hotel in a good location — next to Erkindik Boulevard. Quiet, no traffic. The rooms are excellent: comfortable mattresses, bed linen, the bathroom is very comfortable, the rooms are spacious, there are no extraneous sounds and smells, the staff is polite and attentive. I've been there twice. Wonderful memories
Nice hotel.
In terms of service and care of the staff, I was completely satisfied. The rooms are cleaned every day, towels and bed are changed too.
The breakfasts are good for 4.
There is a sauna, a hammam (I didn't really like it, it almost doesn't heat), a swimming pool. Everything is very clean and pleasant.
I also liked the main bartender of the hotel very much as a professional, I recommend visiting him in the evenings)

The hotel is generally pleasant. Clear. The rooms are a kind of renovation, but everything is neat. Of the cons, it is VERY cold in the room. The temperature was not regulated at all. They didn't ask for help at night. They were just freezing. And the Spa, a very incredibly hot sauna. Without the ability to adjust, you are still sitting and the ventilation is whistling. Otherwise, everything is fine.
Very convenient location in the city center, near a park, there are many cafes nearby, a grocery store nearby. The location of the hotel is quiet, away from noisy roads. The staff is very polite, eager to fulfill any request of the guest. Wonderful swimming pool, sauna and hammam, it's just a pity that the Jacuzzi didn't work. The breakfasts are excellent, very tasty coffee is prepared on request. Congratulations and a cake were sent to my room for my birthday, it was very nice! I highly recommend the hotel! I will definitely make my choice next time!
A calm, friendly atmosphere. Helpful staff. Clean, cozy. Everything is working as it should. Convenient location. Almost in the very center of the city. Given that the city is quite compact, there is no need to wish for the best. Quite a decent breakfast. Not a bad SPA.
A wonderful hotel in the center of Bishkek. Polite, friendly staff. Great rooms, comfortable beds, clean and tidy. The buffet could be a little more varied for this level of hotel
What can I say about ideal placements? First of all, if you visit beautiful Bishkek, I recommend staying at this hotel. Excellent breakfasts, access to the pool (5 out of 5) and hammam (3 out of 5, as it is cool). There are a lot of pleasant little things that are invisible at first glance (in the locker room, you can dry a swimsuit in a centrifuge). The staff is attentive, the rooms are extremely clean. I definitely recommend it, it will leave only pleasant impressions.
This is one of the best hotels I've been able to stay in. Everything is just at the highest level. The rooms are simply amazing, the spa area, the pool, the divine breakfasts. The staff makes your stay as comfortable as possible. This is probably the best hotel in Bishkek.
Friendly staff, excellent location, large and bright rooms. The breakfasts are super, but also nearby (if you suddenly did not pay at the time of booking - there is a wonderful coffee shop-breakfast) 😂 There is a nuance - when booking (if you do not smoke) - specify that you need a non-smoking room, otherwise they can put you on the floor with smokers, with the appropriate smell in the room.
Great hotel. High quality. We were comfortable and comfortable. There are breakfast cafes nearby if you want to have breakfast outside the hotel. Conveniently located next to the park.
For my taste, the best hotel in Bishkek (I lived in all five). A bit old-fashioned at first glance. Good service, good cosmetics in the bathroom, excellent breakfasts (the staff is slightly stupid, it's a minus, but this is generally a common situation in Kyrgyzstan).
5 stars. That's right, the room is clean, has a good aroma, there is a sauna and a swimming pool on the ground floor. Good breakfasts, excellent service, but it's cold indoors.
The restaurant is open until 23 pm, the waiting time is 40 minutes, even salads.
One of the best hotels in the city - spacious rooms, a wonderful location along the green boulevard, delicious varied breakfasts and expensive aqua di parma cosmetics.
I really liked the hotel. Breakfast is at the highest level. The room is in excellent condition, especially surprised by the expensive plumbing and cosmetics in the bathroom.
Be careful! things disappear and the staff just throws up their hands. The wallet and jacket are missing right OUT OF the ROOM!!

A very bad hotel. There is no service yet. I carried the luggage myself. A grandfather in a Kyrgyz hat stands at the entrance and mumbles something. The room was given with a broken window, taped up. Cappuccino was carried for half an hour. The pool is cold. The jacuzzi is not working. The hammam is cold - there is an evil watchman at the entrance who finds out who you are. Breakfast is meager and incredibly dreary. They don't cook. There are no cotton pads or sticks.
Bishkek was greeted with frosts, but the Orion hotel is dry and warm, hospitable and helpful staff, decent rooms and good cosmetics.

The rooms are not worth the money they are being asked for. The presence of embassies of Western countries determines the price tag. The cuisine is not ethnic, but European. The staff is polite, but seemed a little lazy. Even a piece of the mountain range gets out of the windows. But in sunny weather.
We really liked this hotel: excellent rooms, excellent service, good breakfast. A pleasant bar at the hotel, near the center. There are shops and restaurants near the hotel. We booked it first for the first day, but then on the way back we came here again, because service is service =)
A chic hotel with an ideal location, everything is nearby. The kitchen, service, pool, interior are all at an excellent level. The staff is very attentive. I recommend mandatory accommodation in this hotel.
The hotel is excellent, the staff is excellent.
But the food leaves much to be desired, there is only European cuisine, there is no national cuisine, and this is sad
The hotel is certainly good. There are shortcomings related to the kitchen. But it was just out of necessity to apply. The child was ill, they could not cook chicken broth. And so, in general, the hotel is good.
A cool hotel in the center of Bishkek. Here you have the decoration of the rooms, decent service, and even a doorman in livery. Whatever my darling wants! I gave it 5 stars. They deserved it
The hotel itself is very good. But the service leaves much to be desired. We arrived at about 16 o'clock and were told that our room was still not ready(!) and offered to wait. For example, in a bar, they offered drinks at the expense of the institution as compensation for the inconvenience. We didn't want to go to the bar, because we were hungry from the road and preferred to go to a restaurant for lunch. Of course, drinks were also ordered. But we paid for everything at our own expense and no one offered any "compliments" from the hotel anymore, everyone safely forgot about us. As a result, the room was ready only after 17 o'clock. Other disadvantages: very mediocre cuisine in the restaurant. It's kind of Italian, but the menu has little in common with real Italian food. We were also not pleased with the monotonous breakfasts. It's the same thing every day. I got tired of it in a week. There are comments on room cleaning. I cleaned a little late and once they didn't put towels for the second guest. Otherwise, I really liked the hotel. Beautiful, elegant interior, excellent air conditioning, very friendly staff, excellent location. I also really liked the pool.
The hotel is in a classic style after a radical renovation - marble, wood, chandeliers, carpets. It is spacious both in the rooms and in the public areas. Well-equipped conference and meeting rooms. The central location.
Probably the best hotel in the city, very clean, the rooms are spacious, the staff is polite. I stayed for two nights in January, it was just cold, I ate out of another hotel, where the room was very cold, but in Orion the rooms were very warm
