A very bad hotel. There is no service yet. I carried the luggage myself. A grandfather in a Kyrgyz hat stands at the entrance and mumbles something. The room was given with a broken window, taped up. Cappuccino was carried for half an hour. The pool is cold. The jacuzzi is not working. The hammam is cold - there is an evil watchman at the entrance who finds out who you are. Breakfast is meager and incredibly dreary. They don't cook. There are no cotton pads or sticks.

We stayed with our family in May 2022 in the Delux room and the Orion Suite. I really liked it. The rooms are large, even the usual Delux, and well equipped. The breakfasts are excellent. The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is friendly. We had to stay in the rooms for a couple of hours after check-out time, the issue was resolved without problems. I highly recommend it for a stopover.

It is conveniently laid out, qualitatively made. Everything is very comfortable and correct inside. On the upper floor, noise from the chillers on the roof may interfere.

A luxury hotel, only the air conditioning didn't work. During the day, an engineer came, "fixed" it, as a result, they spent the night in the "sauna". On the second day, an engineer also went, as a result, they changed the number and sent complimentary fruits 😂😂😂

I asked for a taxi to the airport. Aziz's manager called for 50 USD. When asked, and if I call through Yandex, she replied that the price would be the same. In fact, a taxi costs 10 USD. The hotel is decent.
