A good environment that creates comfort. Solid and comfortable furniture. The original serving of dishes. Shawarma on the grill is an interesting solution. I asked, on one of my visits, to do it without carrots (interrupts the whole taste) - they refused. It is very difficult to make a chicken fillet kebab juicy and they did not succeed. The sauce helps. But the dish is full-fledged, there are greens and rice and vegetables on the grill. It's more than enough for one person. Tea in a teapot is served very effectively (in the photo). In general, a five, but with a stretch.

This is one of the favorite cafes in Gagra. It's nice to have breakfast in the cool in the morning... very nice staff. They cook quickly and sooo delicious. A very tasty omelet with tomatoes, cheese and spices (the same shakshuka) and a delicious kebab. If you like pizza, you will not lose when ordering. Cheese is put heartily) Everything is served with a summer salad and tortillas. I want to draw your attention to this Turkish cafe. Everything related to pork is not served here.
There is an inner hall to hide from the heat. But in the evening, you can enjoy sitting on soft sofas outside. Turkish music plays in the evening. Which gives a very pleasant atmosphere.
In many cafes and restaurants in Abkhazia, 10% of the service fee is charged. Don't be surprised)
Everything is very clean and the restrooms are included.

It's a very cozy place, like near the road, but you sit inside and it's like the world is far away. Specify the weight of the portions! The portions are huge! A barbecue is definitely for two, and everything else too, or take one thing, or several dishes, but share it for two. Payment is either in cash or by transfer by phone number. Also, as a bonus, local cats with beautiful eyes that can be fed endlessly. I definitely recommend it! Near the market, tour companies, taxi service, 300 rubles to the train station. It is convenient to eat before the train, buy gifts and go to the station.

We were at this restaurant yesterday. We really liked it. Delicious, cozy, clean, beautiful, calm. The prices are not exactly cheap, but they are quite acceptable. The portions are large. A beautiful pitch. The waitress girls are polite and helpful. We recommend it. I think that this restaurant is one of the best establishments in Gagra at the moment.

Really authentic Turkish cuisine, but cheaper than in Turkey itself. Everything is very tasty. The quality is provided by the chefs, in Gagra the cook is from Dyarbakir, and perhaps in other cities there are Turks too.

If it were possible to give a MINUS 5 stars to the institution, I would. Terrible service and the same food: in the salad served as a side dish to the barbecue, there was a piece of paper clip, chopped greens were brought to replace it without dressing as an apology, although according to the rules the whole dish should be replaced. The chicken kebab was undercooked, the other salad was not seasoned with anything at all, they just chopped the vegetables and dumped them into a plate. My children are usually ready to eat pizza even with a box, they didn't finish this "pizza" even one piece at a time. The berry lemonade was delicious, ice cream and French fries, the rest of the dishes from the order for almost 3 thousand rubles — a disgrace to the institution.
The "restaurant" has a mandatory 10% mark-up for service, for what??? Waiters with faces as if we owed them personally, nails in the salad, undercooked meat, shameful!
Stray dogs run around the veranda, waiters stumble over them, tables wobble, spilling drinks on visitors, which the waiters are outraged at, scolding the children for this, although the children had nothing to do with it.
I do not recommend this "restaurant" to anyone!!!

We were in Abkhazia for the second time. The first time, all the establishments are a disappointment. This time it's just a 10 out of 10 hit!
The portions are huge. The food is delicious. The speed of serving is simply amazing-the dishes from the grill were brought in less than 10 minutes after ordering. Drinks were also served very quickly. Tea-2 minutes. Well, it's just a delight! It's not a pity to pay 10% for the service here. There are also seals around)) We love this and do not condemn and welcome it.

I recommend. Shawarma with mutton 500 rubles in December 2024, a bottle of decent Ashta Lasha wine -1200, both of very decent quality :) .Please note - in almost all establishments, 10% service fee is added to the prices on the menu. Grilled trout is also ok. The interior is ordinary, the service is not rude :) The main thing is that it 's delicious !!!

The best place to relax in all Gagra, cozy and picturesque, there is both an air-conditioned room inside and a summer veranda, next to a small alley with benches.The food is delicious, the staff is beyond praise, especially the DJ, who will play music according to any of your preferences absolutely for free.The prices are average, as well as on the whole coast.Special attention is paid to the toilet, it IS THERE, and it is civilized.They probably went around everything, but invariably returned to them, since they did not find a better place.

And we liked it. We have been to Gagra on weekends more than once (we live nearby across the border), we are always afraid of rotavirus, we choose a Tent, a Ritz or a Pushkin. The Abaata has deteriorated completely. But the last time we were for a day, we were too lazy to go to the Tent from our Taminik hotel, and after the market we went to Chegem (its second name) moreover, they promise Turkish cuisine, and we love it. Damn, I recommend it. It is quite normal for Abkhazia. The dishes are huge, we didn't eat, we took them with us, the waiter is cute, delicious homemade lemonade with mint, eggplant and trout with cheese and vegetables are very good. Grilled vegetables, flatbread and rice go with any dish, one dish is definitely not overpowering, trout is quite good for itself and a pillow of vegetables is a fairy tale. The Turkish flatbread with cheese of the Turkish boat type is huge, the portions, taking into account vegetables and rice, are huge. Chacha is normal. We liked it. Maybe it's out of season, we were at the end of March.

Because we settled not far away - in Novaya Gagra, the first place we decided to visit was this cafe. I don't know why we decided to "discover" Abkhazia with a cafe with Turkish cuisine, but it just so happened ...)
We were sitting outside under a canopy. The service was quite normal. Khachapur was delicious "Royally", and I also liked the dogwood compote.
Sukhumi beer is the same everywhere.)
We ordered two different salads, but they were not very good. A strange, incomprehensible composition, products that do not match the taste, in general, it did not go somehow.
So, in general, the cafe is more or less.
But don't expect any super impressions.

Today we came to have a family meal!!!!! There are flies inside ......locals are sitting at the same table!!!! That was all the attention they needed! The children asked for shawarma, and we took it too! Apparently the waiter decided that we were beggars and came up to us with sighs of discontent!!!!!! They asked for a coke, they threw it on the table and the last thing was that we asked to take it with us (one shawarma was not even touched by the child), so they threw it at us so that the package flew on the table..... the waiter (young man) is generally a boor, whom I have not seen in Abkhazia! Why do they need walkie-talkies and headphones, I can hear what they are talking about and say nasty things about visitors!!!!! When the locals left, each cafe employee wished them a good day, and we left without even saying goodbye, although they drank a mug of beer for two, and we ate and drank for a good amount) the waitress was not professional and incompetent.....your establishment is not a restaurant, but a CAFE-CANTEEN!!!!

We were not careful to visit this institution on 11.07 at 21:43, as a result, a spoiled evening, and to put it mildly, a bad impression. When I came in, there was zero attention. I barely caught the waiter to find a place to sit down. It would be nice to organize a hostess, this would not happen. I made an order: chicken breast steak and beef kebab, 2 vegetable salads, rustic potatoes and sauces (there were two of us). Lemonade with berries, coffee, pineapple juice are served at the bar. Dry chicken is not the right word. Not only is it dry, but there are also no appliances in the institution that could cut this "sole". Knives are one name. Minus a point. There are no questions about beef, except that the plate is huge, there is a lot of everything on it, it seems to be a dish for three, but in fact the meat is 200 grams. Salads: two different vegetable salads. In fact, two are the same, the difference is in one walnut. That's okay. And here's the lemonade, here's the story at all. They returned it to the waiter, explaining that the lemonade is very sour, and not from a large amount of lemon, but from stale, and that it is very thick. It was possible not to drink, but to eat it like mashed potatoes. A minute later, a young man came up, whose appearance leaves much to be desired, did not introduce himself, apparently the bartender, since he began to teach me in an instructive tone what lemonade is and how to prepare it. To which I politely told him that no one was insisting on anything and did not even ask him to remove this lemonade from the receipt, but simply ordered a glass of pineapple juice, as I really wanted to drink, and not eat lemonade with a spoon for almost 500 rubles. As a result, I came up to the table, tried to show with all my appearance what kind of gag you don't drink my brew, it's the most delicious lemonade in the world. It is unclear why he approached. Minus 2 stars. Of course, no one removed anything from the receipt. I do not recommend this place to visit. If you don't want to spend a lot of money on a regular dinner and spoil your evening, I wish to take this pile to another competitor, where at least the bartenders are polite and the guests are more attentive. I understand everything, I worked in catering for 12 years from a waiter to a manager, but guys, don't save your name and you won't earn a lot of money. Mr. directors, pay attention to this situation if you want prosperity, not the withering of your institution, and take action. I leave two stars for 200 grams of beef and the waiter who brought the whole order at once, 15 minutes after the order. That's all. Then it's up to you, guests of Gagra, to decide where and to whom to carry your money in order to have a delicious meal and have a good rest.
