We visited your cafe on 04.08 . Please pay your attention to the waiter with a beard, because he should have learned manners in dealing with customers. Answers questions with dissatisfaction . He shows his disdain if he doesn't like something and for which you charge 10% for the service if there is no such thing. There was a question about the terminal, to which he replies that I set my own rules in a foreign country. Although the question was initially harmless and did not carry the purpose of offending, and the service in any country should remain a service.
It looks like a decent and good cafe with live music , but the feeling is that they are ready to spit on a plate if , God forbid , the waiter does not like any question .
A pleasant impression was left by a boy with a small beard (he seems to be a bartender) and live music :)

The meat is delicious, the portions look voluminous, but in fact the meat is no more than 200 gr.in one serving, the rest is rice with noodles (I did not like it), pita bread and some vegetables.
The chicken shawarma is a little dry, the composition is unusual for me-rustic potatoes,bell peppers,lettuce with carrots, tomatoes and cucumbers-all that was served with meat, but was not finished, apparently, waste-free production😃

The most terrible restaurant we went to in Gagra. He was bypassed all the rest and it was right. We ordered pasta bolognese, served it with white cream sauce ... not minced meat, but only cartilage, we did not eat it, it is very tasty both visually and to the taste. A cocktail with a banana costs 500 rubles ... the volume is small, the cocktail itself seems to be from a package. We decided to order French fries too.... Even here they cooked terribly, without salt, without spices... all in oil. I do not recommend eating in such a restaurant. So there is also a 10% service fee... but what kind of drying??? The waiter didn't even come up to us, we had to go to them ourselves, no one ever came up to us. If you want to receive music in the evening, that's the only reason you can come. And then the drinks are expensive, not tasty, and you will also pay 10% for serving yourself. We paid 1,900 rubles for 2 French fries, a cocktail and lemonade.... It's not tasty and sad

For the first time, after sitting for half an hour and not even waiting for the order to be accepted, they left. Having decided to give the institution a second chance, we went in again. The order was accepted quickly. But the quality of the food was very upset: the lamb was not chewed at all (300 g -1050 rubles), Caesar was without eggs and dressed stupidly with mayonnaise; mushrooms and a lot of melted cheese turned out to be in spaghetti bolognese instead of tomato sauce. The signature salt Ora is 6 shrimps, several pieces of pineapple from a jar and peeled avocado. I'm really ashamed of the signature dish. And it finished off that 10% of the order value is automatically included in the bill, regardless of the quality of service. They left disappointed. I do not recommend this cafe to visit.

Disgusting and boorish staff.
We came to the restaurant with a large company, sat down at an empty table, waited for the waiter for 15 minutes, no one came up to us, we had to go ourselves. Approaching the waiter, asking for the menu and saying that we have been waiting for a long time, the waiter guy told us - don't you like something? Go away!
Without saying anything, we sat down to wait for the menu, the same waiter came up and threw the menu on the table.
He reacted extremely negatively to our remark, began to bicker and be rude, repeating again that we could leave.
This time they did not tolerate it, they also threw the menu on the table and left.
There is no desire to come to this "institution" anymore and we do not advise anyone. In a nearby cafe, we were later told that the reason for this attitude was an inadequate hostess and a Georgian waiter who did not like Russians. Although in such work there should be no division into nations at all.
