I hope I won't come to this hotel again. This is not a 4*. It's even interesting who and how this hotel confirms its stardom. I took a suite. Upon check-in, the room is not ready, towels must be requested, a bathrobe must be requested. Dirty. Not well maintained. The plumbing is old. For some reason, there are no proper desks in this hotel, even in the suites. Everywhere there are some cheap iron tables on which it is impossible to work. For some reason, each room supposedly has a kitchen. Without dishes. What for? It's better not to look into the corners and behind the curtains - they obviously haven't been cleaned there for months.

The floor was 3) One of the advantages is that there are ashtrays on the balcony on the floor, i.e. you do not need to go outside to smoke. The hotel itself is located next to the opera, the center, a beautiful view from the restaurant and the upper floors... The rooms there cost about 500-600 dollars. In short, for 700-800 dollars per day you will get a Good spa, massage, a good view from the room)

The location is very good. I can't think of a better job. That's it.
- stayed for 3 nights. During this time, the room was not cleaned once
- plumbing lives its own life. Sometimes it's just boiling water, sometimes a contrast shower, sometimes the toilet does not stop taking water at night.
- another time I was put in a room where the floor was rubbed with chemical wax, which left a feeling on my heels that I had walked on wax.

Nice hotel overall, beautiful view, convenient location, BUT
1. Constant parties, if you live in the right wing, it is very noisy and loud
2. You constantly need to ask for something to be fixed
3. Plumbing..It's time to update
It is not always comfortable with a small child because of the noise..It is impossible to live on the 11th floor.
But with all this, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff is lovely and smiling. They always go to a meeting and everything is insanely delicious!

Gorgeous view of the cascade and the city, still holds the brand and status.
But the hotel got tired. The windows in the restaurant are dirty, it spoils the view. In the bathroom, you can see that the repair has been done for a long time.

A great hotel. We try to stay there when we come to Yerevan. Everything is within walking distance. There is an open-air bar on the top floor. There is also a rooftop pool overlooking the city center. There is an underground parking. I have been to many countries in different 5-star hotels , so many do not even half reach the level of this one . It is better to book in advance , otherwise there are often no places .

I don't even know where to start..
1) the transfer price is 20,000 AMD at the cost of a taxi from the airport 2500 , BUT at the same time be ready to go to the parking lot with suitcases, because drivers save on entry
2) the room is shabby and dirty.... you need to remind about cleaning almost every day
There are stains on the carpet as if a sheep had been slaughtered there , and there is age-old dust in the cabinets on the shelves
3) breakfast)) the floor in the restaurant is covered with a layer of fat, you walk and stick. To put it mildly, there is nothing to eat, coffee from a barrel with a tap, homemade cakes were promised))))) Ala style is all in plywood!!! It's miserable!!!
4) constant parties in the rooftop bar, with no one thinking that not everyone wants to hang out, but someone wants to lie down and sleep peacefully .... well, this is a 4 * hotel all in full)
5) the air conditioner works a little quieter than the turbine from the plane
6) even the spit at the entrance needs to be twisted with your hands.... saving however
7) The spa and the pool are like a smile for the last time. The pool is 3* 4 in which 1.5 people can "swim", and the spa))))) type "rails rails , sleepers, sleepers
I will say this, I only liked the staff at the hotel, who are trying to somehow steer through this whole situation!

Cozy spacious rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room is cleaned daily, but not very efficiently and the linen is not often changed, but this did not affect the pleasure of living. The room rate included excellent hearty breakfasts in a charming restaurant with an excellent panorama from the windows.

Everything is falling apart slightly: it was impossible to turn off the air conditioner, an employee was called, he did something, then set it up and said do not touch it, otherwise it will break) shabby furniture; there is a kitchenette, but no dishes; the kitchenette should be closed with a curtain, but it is broken. The breakfast is decent by choice, delicious, there are a couple of tables outside (12th floor, so there is some view)

Excellent location, friendly staff, cozy and comfortable rooms. I liked the breakfasts, the delicacies on the menu, including meat products, nuts.. There are excellent views from the room and the restaurant. My room had a view of the Cascade from the window. I also liked the SPA area. Thai massage was done by girls from Thailand.
