We had a rest at the end of September, the hotel is 5+! accommodation: the main multi-storey building is only after renovation, around it there are single-storey houses with 2 or more rooms among the pines, but with a separate porch for each (this is exactly how we lived-delight:you can't hear the neighbors, you don't need to run up the stairs or wait for elevators, at any time of the day you can go out on the porch and sit at a table on an armchair, watching the squirrels). electric cars are driven around the territory when checking into the bungalow, cleaning every day, a kettle and everything appropriate is present. in terms of nutrition, without complaints, it is more surprising: such a variety has not been seen in Turkey for a long time, from persimmons and figs, to four types of grapes at the same time; a bunch of sweets, a huge selection of main dishes, snacks, sauces, 2 types of soups for lunch, a bread corner - eyes run away from the abundance of buns, bread, pizza and tortillas all the time. there are bars with drinks, vegetable salads, burgers, tortillas, fries, nuggets, fruits, ice cream by the pools and access to the beach. beach: a narrow beach line with a width of one sunbed with fine sand and the purest water (you can watch small fish all day)+beach volleyball net. pools: children's pools with all kinds of fungi; medium for a relaxing time; the main large one with water slides, polo gates. animation: of all the ones we visited, the fire show was very impressive (the rest is for the amateur). we definitely recommend it!
ps: within walking distance (15-20 minutes walking distance) to the right of the hotel is a huge shopping center with branded items, cafes, restaurants and coffee shops

Excellent hotel, renovated. It is now called Omer Prime.
The architect has thought out the environmental friendliness of the territory, all buildings are inscribed in growing pines.
We had a rest in September 2024. The food was excellent. Some rooms were still being renovated, but I think they will be finished by next year. We walked from the hotel to the city center, pigeon island, but you can also take a minibus

Nice hotel, large green area, delicious and fresh food. Friendly and attentive staff. Small comments on the housing fund are more than covered by the excellent location and the beautiful sea. The child really enjoyed riding the slides and swimming in the sea.

Overall, the hotel is not bad, but we will not return here again
Positive:
- large , beautiful territory
- breakfasts, lunches, dinners with sea and mountain views
- snack bar by the pool 👍
Minuses:
- not varied, not tasty food.
We are not picky, but there is something to compare with other hotels.
- the rooms are dirty. We paid extra for the hotel room, but it turned out that the bungalow and the hotel have the same rooms
- the most important disadvantage for us is that the staff does not speak or understand Russian in general! If you find out something, ask only through a translator, it's not convenient at all. In general, Russian is not spoken in this city, it is problematic to get there if you need to go somewhere, buy, etc.
The hotel barely pulls in 3 * and is not worth the money.

. An unusual area where palm trees and pines are adjacent and not a single tree has been cut down (yes, trees are sometimes "inscribed" in hotel buildings). It's not very big, but it's cozy.
The rooms are clean, the furniture is solid, everything you need is working properly.
The food is good, varied, and my daughter eats with pleasure.
Now the hotel is filled with guests, despite this, there are enough sun loungers and towels for everyone.
The sea is calm, because the hotel is located in a bay. The entrance is made of sand, a large strip of shallow water. A big plus for those who travel with children.
I must say right away that there is no beach as such. The sun beds are located on a narrow coastal strip, washed by the sea, or directly on the pier. For me personally, this is a plus, the fifth point and feet are not in the sand. But for whom it is important, keep in mind that sandcastles and cakes are not to be baked.
Good animation in the evenings, for adults. On the territory of the hotel there are tents with basic necessities and necessary little things for a trip and a hookah bar.
There is an opportunity to go for a walk on the embankment and to local shopping centers. The location of the hotel is more than successful in this regard, for me personally.
Yes, I must say right away, Wi-Fi catches well only in the lobby. There is not a signal everywhere on the territory. We bought a local SIM card.
Again, you need to understand that you are going to a budget, simple, cozy holiday village hotel, and not the traditional 4 and 5 rooms. ))If you want something more, it's better to look for more.
The impression is pleasant. I really like.I recommend.

Friends! If you only care about the sea, pine trees, beautiful territory and low price, then you are here. My opinion is that it is inferior to some 3rd stars of Kemer (Antalya) in terms of service quality, cleanliness of rooms, their repair (even stinks of sewage and there was no hot water in our 612 room), the presence of insects (mosquitoes), animation team (except for the Mini club where our Russian Adelina was and did interesting things crafts, worked with children), the coastline (very small). But the SNACK BAR is great!
There was also a bad story with the purchase of a tour from the left-hand guide (introduced himself as Misha/Ashkin) at the Hotel, where the Administration did not take responsibility, but simply sent me to the police (I attach a voucher). And the police sent them back to Omer holiday resort, because the sale took place on its territory and these are the problems of the Hotel (Anex also pumped up). The only one who more or less worked and solved problems was the manager in English (unfortunately, I don't remember the name of this beautiful girl). She organized two A la carte dinners (Italian and !Fishy!).
I do NOT advise you to go during the season because of the bay (it will be like dirt gathering in Gelendzhik).

From October 3 to October 11 , 2022 . The food is monotonous, on the third day I couldn't look at these tables. There is no Internet, wi-fi in the rooms at all, only at the reception and then not always. A break from gadgets. Its own small beach, the territory is cozy, but absolutely everything needs to be repaired. There are 5 stars on the Internet, in fact 4 . But in real life there are 3 stars. The child got sick, they promptly took him to the clinic, the doctors are good. Insurance works))). The surroundings are normal, the taxi rides on the meter, it is convenient and inexpensive, unlike Antalya. Kusadasi is a good town, prices are cheaper than Antalya. The port, the infrastructure is good.

Previously, the hotel was positioned as a 5ka, now it is a 4ka. In reality, this is a weak three.
Initially, the hotel was very (in my opinion) stylishly and beautifully designed and built up - a small area with pine trees, a maximum of 2-storey buildings and bungalows are inscribed in the landscape (for example, your balcony or terrace may well bend around a pine tree). The buildings are very well located and stylishly made (again, in my opinion) - everything is green, no one really bothers anyone.
But remount... he hasn't been here since the foundation, and the owners don't seem to care at all, as long as the money is coming. In 503 bungalows they settled in - the shower door was broken down and hangs on one SCREW (well, two strong and independent Russian women put it in place and screwed it on themselves), wires sticking out of the walls, furniture was scratched and gnawed, iron furniture parts rusted and with paint falling off ... Darkness. I thought I was just "lucky" with the number, but it's the same everywhere. The dining room has panoramic steep windows covered in saliva / snot / dust, wooden paneling of the walls and ceiling with black mold (apparently, the roof flowed in a rare rain, and so it remained). Tables and chairs are not wiped, it is necessary to brush off the crumbs-the remnants yourself with napkins (fortunately there are on the tables).
Most of the towel beds are in the same condition: I occasionally came across with fringe (at least washed), the sun beds are cracked.
The beach is very specific - there is practically no beach (the width is 1.5 sunbeds). The hotel itself is located in a shallow cove, so the sea is peculiar - shallow, algae begin at a depth of waist-deep (it is important that sea urchins live in the grass, so it is unpleasant and unsafe to trample).
There is no animation (but for me this is a plus, on the contrary, I was looking for silence).
The contingent is 95% Turks, the rest are Russians, Belarusians, Ukrainians. There are a lot of children; noise, respectively, too.
It is very pleasant to spend days under the pines at just 503 rooms - the kids are basking in the sand by the water, and it is quite calm on the platform.
According to nutrition, everything is fine, a lot of fresh and cooked vegetables, there is always normal meat (chicken), very tasty rice and pastries. The only thing that needs to be looked at is the "washing" of fresh vegetables - I did not track down and suffered a day of frustration.
Drinks are like on all AI, but in soft plastic cups.
The staff is very peculiar, and this is seriously the first hotel where kindness and a smile do not help at all. Everyone does not understand (or pretend to) either English, or even more so Russian. In the canteen, the staff huddles in groups, discusses their pressing issues - you will have to earn cutlery))) on the third day, my patience ran out, I began to use disposable parting.
To summarize, if I went to this hotel for a week on a tour of thousands for a maximum of 20, I wouldn't even blurt it out. But having paid for it (and for an improved, sorry, room of almost 50k), I strongly do not recommend it.
I will be ready to return myself only after major repairs.

I stayed at the hotel with my son on 29.09 to 06.10. The hotel was at my request, 3 steps to the sea. Fine, the beach, the territory. The food didn't even matter, in terms of variety. We weren't hungry. If you want luxury, pathos, then you are not here. For a mental break, just a buzz.

Four at the hotel only at the expense of the first line by the sea.
Feeding without fish and meat. The small stinky "tiparyba" that is sometimes given immediately climbs back out in the form of heartburn. Soy meat in the form of minced meat - no one eats it. The chicken somehow saves the day. Fruits: peaches, unripe grapes, melon, watermelon in turn. Sweet table 3 times a day. Moreover, tea and coffee only in the morning. At lunch, they forgot to turn off the machine with powdered coffee once, but after our visit to it they immediately turned it off. At least they gave me boiling water, you geeks! They probably want us to choke on their Turkish sweets here in dry water. I go to the lobby, pour tea into a soup plate - there is simply nowhere else ...
WiFi works only in the lobby, although antennas hang on the beach, but there is not enough pool of DHCP addresses (link handles without Internet), why not make an Internet at least for messengers is not clear.
Madame is alone on the beach: "Gauno Hotel, Gauno sea" but not Crimea))
The sea, by the way, is cold, which is just annoying - you can't sit in the water, but it's clean.
The room cleaning is good, the soap and shampoos are replenished. I was driving because of the coniferous forest, but somehow there is no special smell of pine needles.
Turks are lazy. They wanted to take tennis rackets 5 minutes before the opening (9:55), they told me to wait, although I was sitting 2 meters from the box with them.
In general, it's a stupid three. With the minos of the cold sea. With a minus for food ...

The hotel is just a bottom. Anex tour sold it to us as a 5k, but even 4k is a stretch. First, they settled into standard rooms. So you can't give 3 stars there. They said they were unhappy, and they moved us to a large building. It's certainly a little better there.
The food is just disgusting, only delicious tomatoes, and we survive on them.
Beautiful territory, its own beach. But of course you can't call it a beach. A nook by the sea with sun beds. There are very few of these sunbeds, you will never find a place.
This is the first trip to Turkey, but it is already a complete disappointment....

We had a rest in August 2019.A very cozy, quiet hotel, for a family holiday. The rooms are standard, clean (cleaning every day). The staff is very friendly. One drawback is the very narrow beach area. There are always a lot of sun beds on the territory of the pool. Overall, I really liked the hotel.

A nice pleasant place, only three disadvantages: WiFi only at the reception, a very small beach with algae and no animation. The latter is the biggest disadvantage, since it is far from the city, there is nowhere to go, and there is nothing to do in the hotel itself in the evening.
