We stayed at this hotel on September 20, 2021. And again, I really want to go there. Lovely hotel, receptionist girls, thank YOU so much. Daily cleaning 🙏🙏🙏👍. There was no dining room of its own. However, the hotel is Radiant nearby. We had breakfast and lunch there. Thanks a lot for that too. Frankly, there is no need for any Turkey. It's just great. We will definitely come back 🙏🙏🙏🙋♀️✊

The room has everything you need, bath accessories were cleaned and replenished every day, it was at the beginning in November, out of season, but at the same time the service was just as good, access to the sea is a minute's walk away, you don't even need to leave the territory, restaurants and cafes are also located near the hotel. The room is very clean. Nice staff. One disadvantage is that the food situation is not very good. There is a hotel nearby where you can eat, but you need to make an appointment in advance. And if outside the hotel, it's not sweet at all... In general, Gagra is not yet ready for modern travelers who are looking for a place to eat on the waterfront and drink coffee in the morning by the sea)

A nice hotel on the shore in a quiet area of Gagra. Room cleaning with change of linen and towels, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. However, WiFi works on the street))) But it's not scary. It's nice to sit on the balcony in the evening with a bottle of local wine and surf the Internet)
It should open its own cafe and then there will be a credit at all.
The only drawback is the old building on the one hand, which spoils the picture of nature a little.

The owner is a liar! Fake photos of the rooms on the booking.
We booked a special sea view room, which is more expensive than rooms without such a view. We arrived at the hotel, paid the entire amount, gave the keys, and went to the room, which turned out to be a room of the worst category without a view with a musty smell from the air conditioner!! Deception from the very beginning. after the proceedings with the owner of the hotel, we were refused to be moved to our reserved room, because it was already occupied by someone! We could barely get our money back. at night, in heavy bags in a foreign country, they went to look for another hotel.
Also, this hotel does not provide breakfasts, paid sun beds, it's good that it happened, we rented a wonderful room in another hotel with a sea view on the 13th floor with included breakfasts, free sun beds cheaper than the cost of a room in the gagra old hotel without amenities!

The hotel is for 2 with a stretch, plus only very close to the sea) The administrators, I would call "the waiter", only watch TV series, do not welcome until you say good morning yourself, only then they will answer. For 3 days they could not solve the problem with the TV, it did not work and the toilet barrels are leaking, but no matter how it concerns them, the maintenance is nowhere lower. There is a terrible smell of satiety in the rooms. If you don't ask the administrator how I'm doing you a favor, they answer reluctantly.

A restored hotel in the old Gagra area. Some rooms do not have a balcony, there is no food on the territory of the hotel, everyone is sent to the neighboring Chelyuskintsev boarding house. the territory is not large, but there are many old overgrown plants left over from the Soviet era. The first line, its own private beach. In my opinion, the cost for the rooms is somewhat overstated.

Nice NEW HOTEL, pleasant, good-natured staff. It is 30 meters to the sea or 30 seconds by crawling. The sea can be different. Closed well-maintained territory, Parking if you are by car, Internet. You can take three meals a day, they feed normally, no one will remain hungry. Everything here suits us, everything is fine.

We were in September 2019. Great location, Old Gagra. This is the former Southern building of the neighboring sanatorium named after Chelyuskintsev. Fresh renovation, everything is new. The beach is 20 meters from the hotel. We liked it, we hope to come back.
