We are resting in this hotel at the moment. The location is great, you can walk both old and new Gagra. The beach is 2 minutes and you are in the sea.. The rooms are good, the walls are thick, the audibility is only from the corridor... The doors were pumped up. Cleaning every day. A good cafe on site, good breakfasts. Thanks to the assistant Nikita, it was a pleasure to communicate with him. He will always tell you about the dishes, is polite, restrained, positive. We watched with my husband as he served breakfast alone during rush hour... Clearly, calmly. Well done. Thanks a lot to the administrators too. During the stay, we moved to rooms of a different category. The girls did everything to make the move as comfortable as possible.There is an abandoned fountain and a small playground on the territory, if they were restored, it would be fantastic. Thanks for the rest. We recommend the hotel with a clear conscience👍👍👍

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel!
Internet, water and light have always been there! There is a summer kitchen, very convenient.
The sea is 5 minutes away.

This is not the first time I have visited this hotel. The perfect location. Rooms for every taste from small to large. With and without a balcony. Species and non-species. Everything is at the level of 5 out of 5 for this money. There is a private beach/sun beds/umbrellas nearby. There are no leftist people. Parking for cars.
There are shops. And the old gagra. Accessibility is ideal at all points, there is a bus stop nearby.
The room has everything you need (glasses, cups, forks, spoons, knives, kettle) . Clear. Comfortably. Meals in your own cafe on the menu.

We rested for a week in July 2023. I liked the location of the hotel, 1 minute to the sea, its own beach, sun beds are always available. Breakfast is a fire, as a girl, I had a lot of breakfast) we went full before dinner) The hotel is clean, quiet, and the garden is just beautiful🌴🌸🌺 I definitely recommend it, but without children))

We chose a hotel for a long time, and stopped at Old Gagra. It is quiet and peaceful here, excellent location in staraya Gagra, its own access to the sea with sun beds and umbrellas. The beach is clean, the sea is transparent)
One of the advantages of the hotel is that the room has everything for a comfortable stay, even an electric kettle, cups and glasses. the room is cleaned every day, towels are also changed every day, the staff will always answer your questions and do everything to make you feel comfortable, hearty and delicious breakfasts, except that they are not varied
Of the minuses, the Wi-Fi is not stable, it does not work at all in the evening, after 10 pm more or less
And turning off the water, but it did not cause us any discomfort, since this usually happens during the day, and during the day we were practically not in the room
We are ready to return to this hotel again!

A very unpleasant hotel. One of the managers parks his car in the center from the main entrance (apparently for his convenience). In the rain, I had to go around his car with suitcases. Getting into the territory and leaving by car is a big problem (there are no communications on arrival and departure), once in a heavy rain I stood for 15 minutes to leave!! After the third call to the reception (on the phone in roaming, they did not answer the whatsapp, they do not answer, although the website states ...)... I 'm out !!! And when I left for the race , two cars were also standing and waiting !! If you have opened a hotel, you do not need to turn it into a zone or colony! The hotel is a place where a person comes to rest, and not to call and ask to open the gates ... the territory is awkward - it's crowded everywhere and garbage cans are at the entrance to the catering. The furniture in the room is from Leroy (the cheapest, finishes and plumbing are the lowest of the market- they don't do that if you want to sell rooms from 5000). The color scheme is lilac for an amateur. Of the advantages, only the proximity to the sea, it is a very problematic place (garbage is often carried by the current to the area of staraya Gagra). There is constant noise from the road in the room, we were sitting on the balcony with a view of the gate and dust gathered on the table and chairs during the day like in a megalopolis (naturally no one came and cleaned the balcony). Stupid huge balcony..

We had a rest in June. I liked the hotel. The rooms are clean. Everything you need is a kettle, dishes, hair dryer. An iron with ironing board is also in the hallway. I liked the beach, no need to go outside the territory. The only thing was on the 2nd floor, too, and at night there was a noise from the 1st floor, there was an edit and those rooms.

A wonderful picturesque place to relax! Clean and comfortable rooms! I was lucky enough to live on all floors of this hotel - everything is well-groomed, clean, snow-white linen, there are air conditioners, a kettle, a hair dryer, all appliances are serviceable. There are rooms with and without a balcony. There is an iron on the floor. Your own beach. There is a closed parking for cars. Excursions can be booked at the reception. Helpful and hospitable staff.

It's a great place. A beautiful renovated building, with an interesting design inside. The rooms are very comfortable. We had a rest in August 2022. A room with a huge balcony, on one side the sea, on the other the mountains, cypresses. The view is dizzying. A small but well-maintained, tiled park area. There is a parking lot. Your own beach. Clean, you can say licked. Own sun beds and umbrellas. We got into a fairy tale! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will come next year.

A cozy hotel. Polite staff. The beach is nearby. There aren't many people. 10 days were like in paradise. Yes, there are buildings nearby in disrepair, but this does not affect the overall impression.
We arrived a year later. Great. The hotel has a generator. So we did not feel the shutdown of light and water at all. A cafe appeared on the territory. The idea is great. They cook well. But the guy is a waiter.... I didn't want to go in to avoid communicating with him. The waiter girl is attentive.

A wonderful hotel, in a quiet picturesque place of Staraya Gagra. Responsive girls at the reception, intimate atmosphere, clean beach nearby, free sun beds, a very good cafe on site, everything is very tasty. I can safely recommend this hotel, the only thing I would like to change the mattresses on the beds, as the springs are felt.

Five stars can be given only for the huge balcony and the view from the superior room. The sea and the mountains at the same time, all the beauty of Gagra, but without the noise of the madhouse from novaya Gagra. A normal restaurant. A big plus is having your own beach without outsiders, because of this there are no crowds and disputes over sunbeds. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

The location is quite good. Nearby there is a billiard club (Russian billiards), several cafes (I recommend 3 barrels), a shop. There is also a bus stop nearby, and you can always get to Pitsunda. The hotel has no elevator. It must be taken into account, this is important, because the floors are high. The rooms are very spacious. The sea is 30 seconds away))) It's just unreal to be around. There are no cafes or vending machines on site to buy water. But everything else is fine

A wonderful hotel in the very center of Gagra. Stunning well-maintained territory. The proximity to the sea from the room is 7 steps. A clean beach. The rooms are quite spacious. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The furniture is new. Everything is functioning. If I were going back to Gagra, it would definitely be only to this place.
The territory has ITS OWN closed and free Parking. Wonderful and cozy balconies where you can smoke. And what is not unimportant is silence.

We really liked the hotel. The area of Staraya Gagra, closed territory, the sea is 2 minutes away (with sun beds and towels-free of charge), we had a suite (just super), and what a huge loggia on which we drank morning coffee under the rays of the rising sun. In 2021, there was no cafe there yet, but it was under construction and I will tell you, it is very beautiful. There is no pool, but it is not needed there, the sea is very clean in that place, so it is better in the sea than in the pool. We also stayed at the Grand Hotel Abkhazia, we liked it more here. It is necessary for those who need a "party" there, but here it is quiet, cozy and beautiful.

Nice clean hotel. A decent level for Abkhazia! We were a big company, everyone was satisfied with the accommodation. The only disadvantage is that there is no food, but a summer cafe is already being built right in the courtyard of the hotel and next season you can at least have breakfast without going anywhere. The building is old, renovated in a modern style, so the rooms are quiet, the neighbors can not be heard, which is what many hotels in Abkhazia sin according to reviews. Daily cleaning service. A good hotel, but problems with service and breakfast. Last season, we couldn't fix the problem with the front door for a week. This time, the towel rail could not be replaced in 10 days. Breakfasts are like in a pioneer camp - there is no choice of dishes - eat what they give. The quality and taste of the dishes leaves much to be desired.

We stayed at the Radiant Hotel, but went to the Old Gagra Hotel, both hotels are located on the same territory. Old Gagra is a modern hotel and a chic cafe opened on the veranda in June, it is very tasty, the prices are not cheap, but it is worth it..To the chef - great! The location is great. The rooms are large, well renovated, private beach. But there was one thing, after which I will not come to this hotel anymore. And it's not even turning off the water. I'm ready to put up with this and suffer for a couple of hours until they give me. There is a terrible stench in the bathroom. Not just an unpleasant smell, but a stink. It stings my eyes. I don't know what it's related to. But don't set foot there anymore.
