We waited for the window for about a month, in principle, as promised. After 3 weeks, the logistician called and scheduled the installation at a convenient time for us. It's time to replace the windows and a couple of doors in the country house. In the Yandex search bar, I entered buy plastic windows from the manufacturer. We called several companies, one of which is OknaEco. OknaEko offered the most favorable conditions + buns in the form of 5 bonuses. We took the dimensions of the openings ourselves, five windows + two doors, with golden walnut lamination on one side. The dimensions of the openings were transferred to the manager, everything was calculated for us, an agreement was drawn up, the bank approved the loan and transferred funds to the company's account on September 9, 2024. On the day of signing the contract. The managers claimed that in about three weeks the windows would be ready. A couple of weeks later, we ordered two doors and a window, just white, for the second contract we made an advance payment of 40%. About a month after the contract was signed and the funds were transferred, I decided to call and find out when our windows would be ready. To which the manager replied that the white structures are ready and with lamination, they are produced a little longer, about a month. A week later, everything was unchanged. Then it took a couple of weeks, the windows are ready, the door is not there yet. They said call me back in a week, I called back a week later, on Tuesday, the manager said there was a shipment on our windows and the logistics would have to call us at the end of the week on Friday. Another week has passed, no one is calling, I'm calling again to find out when the windows will be delivered to us, the credit for which the bank transferred the money to the company 100% and under the second agreement, 40% were paid by bank transfer.
And then the manager answers, two products were returned to the workshop by marriage, call in a week. Today is already November 22, 2024. Eco windows are still being made and brought to us by windows. I do not recommend this company to anyone, their production time is cosmic, almost 3 months have passed and there are still no windows. Don't get fooled by their bonuses and buns, you will get tired of waiting for them to produce and lose a lot of time and nerves.

We are talking about the window sill, which hangs, sorry, on the "snot" and is even made at an angle. When asked to correct this point and at least strengthen the window sill from below with corners so that the window sill holds securely and does not bend at the slightest touch, I was advised to fix it myself. Thank you, it's not a problem to buy corners, but unfortunately I don't have the tools to fix your work. I want to change the windows in the whole apartment, now I don't even know how to choose a company so as not to finish such seemingly trivial things myself.

Wait forever before installing windows.
More than a month has passed from the moment of manufacture to the moment of installation. They have collected orders, but they have not recruited installers or do not want to recruit them. They solve everything at the expense of the client. There are no warnings about postponing the installation period or any force majeure circumstances at the company. And you sit like a fool all day waiting for them to arrive, took time off from work, lost the day. But these are your problems, they politely send you saying that they understand everything but they can't do anything. You offer options on how to solve the problem and still install the damn windows on the same day, but they say they won't do anything - NO customer orientation. A girl is sitting on the phone with a pleasant voice and drowns out something about your problem, and eventually says that the logistician will call back. As a result, if you are lucky, the logistician calls and again says that they will contact you additionally, but they will not solve the problem here and now.
The finished windows are on the street and come to you as if from a barn, all black in the mud. The contract is generally a separate song - read it carefully. There they have secured themselves so much that there is even a clause that they can transfer the obligations under the contract to third parties, i.e. if they ran away and had nothing to do with it.

One master, Artyom, a fairly competent specialist, came to the first measurement, explained and told. He named the price. After 2 weeks, when the choice was made on this company, the second master arrived, called the price 100 rubles more expensive, as "prices have increased."
There was no desire to look for other options. They agreed. They said they would produce it in 3-4 weeks, but as a result, 3 months have already passed.
All this time, I've been calling myself, asking what stage the production is at. In early November, they said that the profile came with a defect, sent for re-production. During this time, no one bothered to call and warn.
I will not contact this office anymore and I will warn my friends against the experience of working with them.

The installers either intentionally, or worse, because of their lack of professionalism, missed the problem. The company promised to fix it in 2 weeks, but for 1.5 months they have been feeding breakfast, including the director. Tip - if you find a problem, immediately write a letter of complaint (do not try to solve everything in a good way, they very skillfully turn it in their favor).

This is the worst service in my life
They put up windows in the town of Parichi. We couldn't set a measurement date for 2 months. Then we drove for another 2.5 months to install it. And they were waiting for the installation of windows in the entire apartment, not to put 1 window. After installation, one of the windows swelled to the sides, crushed the balcony door, and it stopped closing (or it was closing, but it was clear that one extra movement, and the fittings ordered to live for a long time)
The request for a malfunction was registered by phone 30.05 (according to the contract, it must be corrected within 45 days). They said it on the phone. That the door leaf will be changed, because it is defective. That's why we redid the slopes ourselves, of course we paid people money. We came to fix it on 27.08 (as you know, not 45 days at all). They asked the time at which they would arrive: 18.00-19.00. We arrived at 19.50. We asked how long it would take to do everything. They say an hour and a half. We finished at 22.10. Everything was removed (including fresh slopes), and the canvas was not replaced and reinstalled.
And now the most interesting thing. The garbage that was left after all this, I asked for human help to take out, because it is physically difficult for 1 girl to carry 20 kg of garbage without an elevator (by the way, a pregnant girl). It's 22.20, it's dark, the lanterns in the yard are not lit. No one lives in this apartment, so we need to clean up the trash and go to the city (this was announced). To which the master's comrades reply: "In the morning you will find helpers and take out the garbage yourself." And they left
