I found air tickets on the Aviasales website, the Aeroflot company, when I already began to make a purchase, it turned out that I was buying through this shit service. I didn't think much of it at first. The trip was canceled, I had to return the tickets 2 weeks before departure and lost a lot of money. For tickets worth 31 thousand, we were refunded only 13 kopecks, that is, even less than half!!! If you had bought directly from Aeroflot, you would have lost about 8 thousand rubles upon return. It is unclear on the basis of what such fines and commissions are withheld. They refer only to their own Refund Rules and that's it. I do not advise anyone to contact them.
I want to leave a complaint about the work of the service and the support service.
Specifically, what is the problem: My husband bought tickets to Cappadocia and unfortunately got the dates mixed up. In other services, they helped us and returned us with points or money.

Therefore, you registered me at night (the corresponding SMS message came at 01:12), although 3 hours before that I realized that my circumstances were developing in such a way that I needed to reschedule this trip, which means to exchange a ticket and I tried to call you all yesterday evening to reschedule the ticket, but in the end I I turned out to be registered and I've been trying to cancel registration all day on my own, just not to mention that my initial goal was to exchange a ticket, but that's still a long way off, because according to the regulations, I first of all have to cancel registration, and only by personally contacting the airline.
Terrible aggregator! Never use their services! If you want to cancel the trip, you will not receive your money in the near future! I canceled the flight a month in advance, the plane already left yesterday, the application has not been processed. The airline cancelled the tickets and refunded the DS to this aggregator, but they are still processing something. It feels like one person is working and manually counting on pieces of paper, on wooden accounts.
Perhaps the company scrolls the money, makes a profit and then charges us for a refund ...

My flight was canceled, and OneTwoTrip is still not getting a refund. They respond to requests once a week with standard unsubscriptions. I was ready to fly another plane and on other dates, but OneTwoTrip did not want to and offered me to wait for a refund. This suggests that OneTwoTrip is not interested in retaining customers, but in making money from a fraudulent scheme when returning tickets. As a result, I contacted AK directly, who sent me an official notification that she had not received any money from OneTwoTrip at all.
