We were evicted from the room, spent the night just by the sea (we are over 70, we were with our grandson), But an agent from Coraltravel helped us a lot, tracking the flight and informing us. That's what supported me - knowing the information is very important, we are very grateful. But Angelina should not work with vacationers, they have not met such a mercantile attitude, she completely discredits the Coraltravel company.
We bought a Green River tour from this travel agency (there is a very extensive comment about it below, it's a pity that I didn't read it earlier). We had a rest in Kemer. We drove from Kemer to Antalya to the Lower Dudensky Waterfall for 3 hours, but we never saw it. Then on a "yacht" along the green river, the banks of the river are littered with garbage, old boats, went out to sea, swam for half an hour, returned, we could not catch crabs. Very unpleasant impressions from this tour. The only thing I liked was the upper Dudensky waterfall. It's beautiful there.

Then they gave us their number to contact us, to which she said, "well, maybe they will write to you." (spoiler alert: no one wrote it.)
Fortunately, one couple who was traveling with us on the transfer got to our hotel and our guide. A couple of days later, it turned out that we met with this couple at the hotel and they gave us the room of our guide ELIZABETH. Wow, the number turned out to be not so secret ...
since the guide did not write to us, we had to write it ourselves. ELIZABETH replied to our message that she was already on vacation and for us to figure it out for ourselves, well, that we needed to come to the meeting so that she would give us the booking code (I don't really understand what the problem was to reset this code to us in the chat, especially since there was information for the guide in advance that we had booked excursions and we won't be able to get to the meeting).
Bottom line: we still did not stay in Turkey forever, the girl at the reception helped us a lot, found out information about the transfer for us.
I understand that a vacation is a sacred thing, but why give a guide who goes on vacation when tourists are assigned to her?
An interesting fact: guided tours sell at least twice as much as the same thing can be found on the Internet. So think a hundred times before ordering a tour from a guide (preferably on any website that specializes in excursions).

An old bus with a broken air conditioner came for us! It was 40 degrees in the cabin! Guide Fatih has obvious problems. All the way, he talked only about himself, how smart he was, 4 degrees (apparently, he did not reach a high level anywhere), what he was there, how many apartments he bought, how he married our compatriot and everything like that. No guided tours. There was no organization of the group, everyone wandered by themselves. In the mountains, our bus broke down, the brakes failed!!! We jumped out of the bus while the driver was throwing rocks under the rear wheels! We were forced to climb the mountain on foot, including the elderly and toddlers! When we got up, the guide was nowhere to be found, everyone was looking for him. Then he appeared, smoking a cigar. We told him that he could not leave us and should always be with us, especially in such a situation. He started yelling at my mom in Turkish, then said he would call the police. We suggested that he do so in order to tell the police about his behavior. For some reason, he has already changed his mind about doing this. As a result, the tour was shortened, they didn't even bring us to the olive farm. The bus was somehow patched up and taken to hotels on a broken bus. We returned two and a half hours later. We spent more than 10 hours in the cabin with a temperature of 40 degrees. I immediately wrote a complaint to the operator. They sent a response in the form of a report from this guide, where all the facts have been changed. He messed up everything. He blamed the tourists for everything, every word was a lie. In this situation, no one helped the tourists, did not protect them. As a result, odeon refused to refund the money, saying that the tour was conducted completely and at a high level. Please beware of this operator, do not cooperate with him. I hope that the money for the tour will bring Fatih a lot of happiness and health!

Lunch was at a restaurant on the Alanya embankment, it included: bean soup, grilled chicken with rice and vegetables, fruits. Yes, there were no drinks, but you can order them yourself (lunch has already been paid for, is included in the price of the tour) or take them with you.... I ordered ice cream for myself (45 lira- if converted into rubles, the usual price for ice cream in cafes in Russian cities).

We bought two excursions from the hotel guide - a sightseeing tour of Antalya + a climb to Takhtali Mountain, and the second - Taza Canyon. And in the end, this tour turned out to be probably the lowest-grade in my life.… I will not describe it in detail, only what of the disadvantages:
The guide's escort leaves much to be desired - he was present purely formally, because he did not give any historical information, except for organizational, 99% of the bus ride was silent. Usually guides tell you something, if not even a deep story, then at least about the country. We also had just a couple of words about the landmark (from the series "this is a monument", "and here you can take pictures"), he also did not know the old town well enough and was not at all interested in making the tour useful for the guests. An indifferent attitude was felt. ("Accompanied by a professional guide, you will discover the ancient beauty of the Keleichi area ..." promises an excursion booklet).
We were also taken to the IYONYA olive "museum", which in fact turned out to be a tasting with the purchase of products from this manufacturer. We were not warned about this when selling the tour!!! Not only do people there understand nothing at all about production, they also intentionally distort the facts in order to encourage them to buy their goods, and also gave recommendations on the use of oil (drink oil with syrup on an empty stomach for two tablespoons), promising healing from many diseases, which is actually not in their competence and may be harmful to health. Also, the prices of goods are critically inflated (a bottle of olive oil costs 70)! It is obvious that the guide receives % of the delivery to this "museum". Okay, we somehow survived this, but the organization of the tour and timing, everything follows of course from point 2 - we lost 1.5 hours of time on useless tasting and buying goods, which is much more than sightseeing. We barely lived to lunch, because it was late (again because of the "museum"), we ate on the top of Takhtali Mountain, many tourists did not like it (the guide said, "well, yes, not very much, it used to be better," but it didn't matter))))), it was possible to bring us for lunch at some more acceptable place in the city, but it was much more important to have a tasting.
Also, long journeys and transportation of people to hotels were a disadvantage, so the tour lasted from 8.45 to 19.00.
In connection with the above, we decided to abandon the second purchased tour, because we realized that we could no longer tolerate this unprofessiveness and olive tastings, informed the hotel guide about it, and also called the local number of the host Odeon tour, left a request (respectively, more than 24 hours before the start of the trip), however, the hotel the guide replied that perhaps only 50% of the cost of the funds paid will be refunded to us, since the tour is "exclusive", although the payment receipt does not indicate that this is the reason for the refund of 50%, and not 70% of the amount.
As a result, everything happened, only 50% was returned, we did not get through to the office (+ we left a request on the website, but it was useless) to explain to us, the hotel guide said that she only does what she is told, and the other girl manager, whom the hotel guide called, also referred to the office and An allegedly exclusive tour is equivalent to a private one. Where it is written remains a mystery. In general, they gave up on explanations and just ignore them.
In general, a terrible company that is not interested in reputation, but only to make money and breed people for money. And Coral refers to Odeon, in general, as they say, I'm not me and f. not mine. Coral managers advised to study the cancellation conditions in advance))) As a result, bribes are smooth with Coral, and with Odeon, since it is a Turkish organization. Win win.
Also, at the end of the vacation, they also distinguished themselves, the transfer from the hotel to the airport was 40 minutes late, they managed to catch the plane back to back.

A family of 2 adults and children 2.5 and 5.5 years old. We lived in The Land of Legends and, on the recommendation of the guide, went to Antalya Aquarium. Briefly about this tour and the organizers: I do not recommend anyone to waste their nerves and time. Although the children liked it, the exposition is very small. Everything passed in an hour. The expectations formed by the guide: 1) "it takes 30 minutes to drive", and for us with a small child this is important 2) "the largest tunnel is the aquarium". In fact, we drove 2 hours one way (i.e. we spent 4 hours on the road) and the biggest one is a strong exaggeration. For a fee (20 euros), we were offered to see the reptile exhibit. Similar to most good (C-rated) zoos. The feeling after the visit that we were severely cheated and in the end they tried to impose a 30-minute check-in at the olive museum - in fact, some kind of bullshit for the sale of olives and olive oil.

The purpose of the tour was probably also to take them to the store, since the tour itself was for 3, we walked mostly by ourselves, we almost ran around the old town, but we sat in the store... I won't even talk about lunch, standing up, a sandwich with cold pasta (by the way, the tour costs $ 50). I GOT CAUGHT in the store - I bought Turkish delight 1.5 kg. for $ 60 instead of 60 lira, i.e. 4600 rubles., as they say, the world keeps on fools, it will be a lesson to me. But I did not expect such a slag from the host party, as if I was taking a tour "around the corner" (may the guides forgive me and there are good ones around the corner)!!! They cooperate with scammers and frame tourists for divorce!!!
I arrived from Turkey a few days ago and have a couple of comments about the Guides of this company. 1 - a minimum of information about the country, but a lot of information about excursions that you need to buy from them, and not on the street. Not only are the prices much more expensive for them, but on the way on the bus, water is paid $ 1 for 2 small bottles. 2- They are specially imported to some shops, where it is really several times more expensive than usual prices, so that they can simply warm up at the expense of tourists. 3- There was no information that only cash is accepted for overweight at the airport! several people were running around looking for where to withdraw from the card and pay for luggage. In short, they work disgustingly.

We were at the hotel in Belek on 10-17.07.2022, an individual transfer was ordered for a refund. Drive to the airport in 30 minutes, departure at 8:55. And the question is "What should we do at the airport for 3 hours with a small child?" despite the fact that we have a CIP terminal, that is, we did not stand in line, there was no one to ask - the hotel guide replied that all questions were sent to the office, and the office informed that all questions were sent to the agency, which, of course, returned our questions back to Turkey. And then they explained to us that our "individual" transfer is carried out by a car, which in the morning has to get to five more places before us and at 10 after us. Of course, we did not use these greedy people, we just left by taxi at 7:00. We didn't lose much money, but the feeling that we were robbed remained...
An Odeon employee used money to buy a return ticket through the ticket office. I wanted to throw it for money, but it didn't work out. It's a terrible office. It is less likely that you will be shortchanged in the market than deceived in the Odeon

And we were driving from Kemer. We were taken to the Aquarium, it was impossible to get off the bus. There was a heavy downpour. We refused to come out. The plane guide said you won't get any money, take a taxi at your own expense and get out. I started to scare her that she recorded the whole conversation, was rude to us. After I called Coral Travel, she told the driver to take us to the hotel. They are only interested in money, they don't care about people. They don't get in touch, they don't answer the phone.

The hotel manager tells the guide that the hotel is not working yet, why did they bring it? They had a local argument, the guide turned around and left, didn't tell us anything. We'll find out in five minutes that we're in a closed hotel. But the managers took over everything, put them in a good hotel, but in another region an hour away. A week later, we returned to this hotel, which was already open. We are waiting for information from the Odeon when we will be picked up at the airport, they usually send us a day in advance. But not them. I've called them five times in the last two days, and eventually they told me. They were taken to the airport on time. On the way, for some reason, they brought us to the Lukums store (Lukum Palace is a 10-minute drive from Antalya airport), in which, attention, tourists are very coolly deceived and odeon knows about it, because they are unfastened for this baksheesh. Those who read it, I do not recommend buying anything from them. When buying, the conversion rate in their terminal is $ 1 = 14 liras. This is twice as high as the official one!

A very non-client-oriented guide Vladislav M. (works at the Alp Pasa Hotel in Kaleici, Antalya old town):
1) I asked if it was possible to reschedule the flight to another day - I replied, "contact the agency, I am not competent." The agency also responded (Coral travel), but still accepted the request after 100 reminders (this is not relevant). In the end, he said that it could not be postponed, although in fact it turned out to be possible.
2) I move from one hotel to another and ask how I can find a guide there, where to get contacts and other pressing questions. Vladislav replied to all this that his work ends at the moment of my departure and that I need to contact the hotline.
The conclusion is that the employee was completely uninterested in the tourist, and the interest itself disappeared even at the time of the info meeting, when I informed him that I had already visited Antalya and Turkey everywhere and excursions were not needed (no new ones appeared).
I recommend that anyone who encounters this young man be prepared in advance for the fact that "difficult" tourists like me with special questions and requests are not interested in him, the man clearly does not want to work. I hope my feedback will be useful.
Hello. We recently vacationed in Phuket. Everything was just fine, except for one thing!!! This is a guide named Erhan. He is originally from Dagestan and apparently brought his Dagestani habits to Thailand. Arrogant, greyhound, boorish. At the same time, he is very stupid. However, he considers everyone to be fools except himself. He was talking nonsense for an hour. We just spent time with him. And it seems to me that he is not respected among colleagues. One colleague snorted at the mention of his name: "Oh, this Erhan!!!" By the way, the colleague is a very pleasant girl, like everyone who came across from this company. One Erhan is a rotten fruit. Such people should be driven out of the service sector with a filthy broom.

On the bus from the airport, in the brochure "coral travel" I chose an excursion from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, which I subsequently purchased from the hotel guide from the company (and in a suitably branded form) "Coral Travel" for $ 120. As it turned out later, the contractor of the tour was the odeon tours company (that is, I thought that I was buying an excursion from the coral travel company, which I trusted at that time -such a technique can be regarded as providing false information.
In fact, we received:
1. We moved the check-out time an hour ahead
2. We were picked up from the hotel on an unconditioned loaf (the tour operator did not warn about this)
3. Upon reaching the transfer point for a large bus, it turned out that it was broken
4. We waited 1.5 hours for a new bus
5. The microphone did not work on the new bus (that is, we could not listen to the tour)
6. We turned into the wrong road
7. As a result, we did NOT VISIT 2 facilities and did not stop at technical stops.
8. The facilities that we managed to get to were already closed and, for example, instead of an hour in the presidential palace, we spent 20 minutes (and those in the toilet, sorry for the details)
9. Dinner was promised at 18 pm, as a result, we arrived at the hotel where the dinner was held at 23 (of course, some dishes were no longer available)
10. Lost a day of rest
As a result, they first told me to call the toll-free number of the company's representative office (they promised to solve the problem in two days). We were in the country for 4 more days and all this time we were fed breakfast.
Upon arrival in Russia, I tried to contact Coral Travel (because we bought tickets from their representative). No one answered my letters.
However, through an intermediary, it was still possible to get a response from the company. I was told that "minor changes in the program are possible in any excursion" and they will not provide compensation.

At this meeting, we were presented with the purchase of various excursions for the duration of our stay in the country.
Among others, a two-day excursion to Cambodia for $ 210 was presented.
I have purchased several excursions, including a two-day excursion to Cambodia on January 05-06, 2018.
When making this tour, Aydin announced that in addition to $ 210 for the tour itself, I need to pay another $ 40 for single accommodation, since I am traveling alone, and the rooms are double. He also said that if there is someone else who wants to stay with me in a room for the night, then I will be refunded the overpaid $ 40 for single occupancy without any problems. I agreed and asked him to find such a person from among the new bookings, as I did not want to overpay extra money for single accommodation and it did not matter to me who to sleep with in the room. A cash receipt was issued for all excursions, including for Cambodia-a total amount of $ 250.
Aydin never called me or wrote to tell me if he had found a second person in my room.
It seemed strange to me that the accompanying staff, during the collection and boarding of the bus, took the cash receipts for the tour, but I gave mine away, since they were collected from everyone. It also remains unclear why the tour to Thailand was arranged through Coral Travel, and the host party was already Odeon tour.
On the day of the tour, already on the bus, I independently met a guy named Denis, who was also traveling alone, and also did not mind sharing a room together. He also purchased the tour through the Odeon tour company, but through another hotel guide, at the Ambassador Tower Hotel and also overpaid $ 40. We informed Maria's accompanying guide about our desire to combine the rooms, to which she replied that she was not aware of the refund, but promised to clarify everything. After a while, she came up and said that she had found out everything and the money would be returned to us without any problems, but already at the hotel and the hotel guide, since she did not take this money from us. We agreed and checked into the same room together.
Upon completion of the tour and arrival back at the Ambassador Hotel, I could not see the hotel guide Aydin anymore, since your company (unlike Anex and Pegas) does not have a fixed office in the hotel and the company's employees are not constantly at the hotel. I couldn't wait for him in the lobby in the morning either, as I had excursions scheduled for all days. I wrote a few text messages to Aydin, which he read, but for some reason did not respond, ignoring my request.
No one has returned the $40 to me. On 12.01.2018, I flew back to Novosibirsk.

Considering our long-term holidays in various hotels in Turkey (from 1998 to 2013) and a 4-year break for trips around Europe, for the first time we encountered such a disregard, deceitful and disgusting attitude of the hotel guide to tourists. Guide Maxim, unfortunately, did not remember the last name, at the first meeting he immediately began to "win over" telling about his difficult fate, which brought him from Odessa to Turkey, about his difficult financial condition, that the work of a guide is not the main job, but the main one is the sale of real estate (right there he offered, if anyone is interested, to choose housing options), complained that he was forced by Odeon and Coral Companies to sell tours at "crazy" prices. It took 3/4 of the meeting time. Further, a false message that he will be at the hotel every day from 15:00 to 17:00 except for two days. Then, in the "gallop through Europe" mode, he showed several pictures of excursions and began a "divorce":
1. Currency exchange. He offered to exchange dollars for lira at a "very good rate", which later turned out to be 10% lower than the official one. I promised, if necessary, to make a reverse exchange at the same rate the day before departure, but the day before departure I did not appear at the hotel, a phone call from the hotel reception desk answered us that I was very busy right now, because I was in the hospital, I answered a call from another guide of the Coral company that I was busy in another hotel. I dropped subsequent calls, then turned off the phone altogether.
2. Suggested excursions.
2.1. Free trip to the fur coat/gold store/leather and supermarket Depot.
Lies from the guide: The round trip takes 1.5 hours. You arrive at the store, watch for 30 minutes, then they take you to the Depot. You stay there as long as you need, and upon completion, immediately go to the hotel.
Reality: We arrive at the store, 1 hour of obsessive vaping is not necessary, waiting 15 minutes for the bus to the Depot. The proposal is to wait another 15 minutes to collect the group for moving to the Depot, 2 hours for walking around the Depot, collecting the group to fill a large bus and transporting everyone to the hotels by 19 o'clock. They refused to wait and after the scandal, we were taken to the hotel without visiting the Depot.
Result: We planned to leave the hotel at 13:30 and return by 17:00. And so it turned out, but it was a lost time, because they didn't get to where they wanted to go, the scandal spoiled the mood.
2.2. Green Canyon (wanted rafting).
A lie from the guide: Rafting is far away, the river is shallow, everyone is complaining. Green Canyon is the same rafting, only plus a jeep ride, closer in distance and much more interesting and colorful.
Reality: They found out on the bus that this is not rafting, but swimming down the river in wetsuits, because the water is cold – 15 degrees. We swore inwardly, because we were with the children. They were brought to the transfer point from the bus to jeeps. The organization is zero! Weakly alive L200. We had to "cram" 17 tourists, a driver and a guide into one car:
- in the cabin, designed for 5 people, 8 must sit – the driver, 2 people in the front seat, 5 in the back seat;
- 11 people should sit in an open body designed for 8 people.
The task of "shoving in the unintelligible" had to be solved at the expense of children, because there were 6 or 7 of them in the group (ages 6 to 17), we were offered to put the children on their knees!!! Security? No, we don't know that word. After a mini-riot, 2 families were put in another L200. Go. We arrived at the starting point of the rafting. They gave me wetsuits. Sleeveless and knee-length. The water temperature, I remind you, is 15 degrees. We conferred, decided to take a chance. Yes, we are risky. Yes, it's extreme: you swim, climb slippery rocks, climb rope stairs on big rocks, jump into waterfalls. The result: We did not take the risk in vain – it is very beautiful, but, nevertheless, it is cold and it is necessary to warn, because you need to mentally prepare for this in advance.
2.3. A trip to the Land of Legends amusement park.
A lie from the guide: The trip is only through us – otherwise it is very expensive.
Reality: The bus did not arrive at 8:00, but at 9:00. We called the hotel guide at 8:30 to find out what happened and what caused the delay. We received a rebuke that WE (!!!) THEY SHOULD HAVE (!!!!!) the day before the tour, check with him the time of departure, and the time that it is indicated in the receipt is not accurate. However, the tour guide said that the overlap occurred when the bus was leaving and tourists were gathering from other hotels. But the hotel guide didn't care – we WOKE him up!
The result: The trip itself and the tour were wonderful. And the tour guide named Lev was just great. It seemed that they jumped back in time to the nineties-two thousandth, when guides corresponded to the name of their position – a guide, an escort. For which I would like to thank him very much.
The welcoming and accompanying guides are a separate, but very short story of verbs: met, counted, dropped off, left. At the meeting, not a word about Turkey, about sights, about traditions. We've heard it all before, but there were also those who arrived for the first time. During the whole trip, they heard that her name was Daria and the name of the hotels where the disembarkation takes place. The accompanying guide was also concise: she announced that everyone had been gathered, announced a stop at a candy store and the issuance / collection of discount cards, announced at the entrance to the airport that the counters were not yet known and they should be searched for on the scoreboard by flight numbers, several times reminded of the tradition of tipping the driver.
