It was at the end of October. A decent hotel. There are better ones, but this one is also worthy. Great reef. You can swim from the pontoon in the morning, and swim from the shore in the afternoon. In the morning the sun shines on the reef, and after lunch the sun is on the other side and the reef is in the shade. The pontoon is terrible. Cramped, the descents into the sea are narrow, the eternal crush, the steps are slippery and uncomfortable. Once a wave hit some piece of iron until it bled while waiting to climb onto a pontoon from the sea. In fact, one pontoon for three hotels.
The food is very good. the coffee is great. I don't drink wine, but my wife says normal. I prefer gin and tonic. The hotel does it in different ways, but in general it is also normal. There is only one a la carte restaurant. In an ordinary restaurant, there may not be so much choice of dishes, but in general it is good and delicious. We had constantly grilled rats and shrimps, a rack of lamb, kebabs, meat, fish . Fruits : agave, fresh dates, oranges, plums, tangerines, bananas. Mango was given a couple of times. We have been in this hotel since 10.11.2023. Excellent hotel. The territory is gorgeous, beautiful, everything is constantly watered, cleaned. The beach is sandy, but there are corals, it is better to have corals. there is a pontoon. The beach is suitable for children. There are a lot of sun loungers on the beach, enough for everyone at any time of the day. Beach bar, waiters bring drinks to everyone. Beach volleyball, tennis, animation, it's all there. The rooms are spacious, with all amenities, clean. We didn't like the bungalows, we were tired, but maybe we got it that way, but we were moved to a building on the seashore with a sea view without extra charges. Cleaning consists of taking out garbage and twisting swans, 2 bottles of water were brought every day. Tea and coffee only if you ask. The food at this hotel is just awesome, honestly we were very surprised, A large amount of seafood, every day, squid, crabs . rolls, fish are different and cooked in different types.Once a week there is a fish day .These are mussels, shrimps, octopus, squid, seafood soups, salmon, everything is countless...There is also a lot of meat, lamb, chicken, beef.There were a lot of fruits every day: dates, mangoes every other day, pineapples, tangerines, bananas, melons, persimmons, oranges, plums. A very cool hotel. It's great to relax with children. The program is entertaining for both adults and children. There is a swimming pool "for walruses" and a regular one with comfortable water. I liked it in general. Excellent food, courteous staff, with rare exceptions, excellent service, the area is large, green and well maintained. The cleaning in the rooms is quite high-quality, but for a family of 4 people they put one set of shampoo - conditioner - lotion, and each time they had to shake out additional ones. Coffee is also not put in the tea corner, and this is despite the tip. The animation is good, but there are no evening shows in Russian. There are only entertainments organized by the animators themselves, which gets boring very quickly.

A good hotel, the food is delicious, but the desserts are not very good. We were here in early January and celebrated Christmas. I did not like the organization of the holiday at all and the food did not differ from the usual dinner, only shrimp (rubber) and shish kebab were added more. And it was quite surprising that the holiday was for everyone, even for those who do not celebrate Christmas. I especially did not like the presence of Italians. Last year we were at another hotel and there the organizers made a festive dinner with a program in a separate restaurant and did not allow unauthorized guests of the hotel. We stayed at this hotel from 29.05 to 07.06.. accommodation in a bungalow. We are indescribably delighted with the hotel. Service, kitchen, cleaning, service, entertainment, everything is top notch. My first negative review of my vacation(
Check-in: From July 29 to August 8, we rested with a child in Egypt. I bought a tour to the Nubian Village hotel, paying an additional fee to the tour operator for a large room with a bathroom, and booked the Village because there are slides for a child nearby and there is Wi-Fi in the Lobby to work at lunch. When we arrived, we were checked into a hotel that is worse than Nubian Island, referring to the fact that there are no rooms in Nubian Village. They settled into a three -storey building where the old rooms are , the door does not work , ants crawl , the room is small , the water slides are far away for the child, you can't let one child go in another hotel and you had to go through the entire territory to work at lunch. Every day I came to the reception to demand my relocation according to the purchased tour to Nubian Village, but they said with a grin that there were no places, and it was their right to settle wherever they wanted.
I asked to invite the administrator , a Russian-speaking woman came with a grin, told me with ridicule, "yes, it's the season, what room do you have with a bathroom, everything is occupied" an unpleasant woman called the administrator. And she also said that you should put forward your demands in Russia, but here you are nobody. I asked on the voucher to write where I live , specify the number and name of the hotel where I was settled in fact , they refused. The representative from the tour operator San fan ham, also did not help in any way, just sits and sells paid excursions.
As a result, we spent the whole vacation in Nubian Island in a room with ants, and there are bedbugs in other rooms, according to neighbors, all children are bitten by bedbugs. And the rooms in Nubian Village are occupied only by those who pay at the reception, I saw it myself how people were moved for $ 10, there are rooms, but not for those who paid for the tour and the tour operator.

The meat consists of undercooked chicken , hard dry beef and sometimes dry turkey, the side dish is mainly pasta and rice
Desserts are different , but for an amateur
We went to restaurants without pleasure , there is nothing to choose , for children there are not tasty French fries and dry chicken in batter
Drinks are served in plastic cups , powdered juice , soda from the vending machine , bitter and nasty coffee . I don 't drink alcohol , I can 't say anything , according to reviews everything is diluted like water .
There are only drinks in the pool bars , no snacks, no ice cream for children. In the evening, the lobby bar makes cocktails from powdered juice and syrups, and gives croissants with rancid butter.
Pool guards, very arrogant young people , constantly make remarks to Russian children, and the rest can do anything.
Russians in this hotel are clearly not liked .
Animation is weak by 2 points!
Room cleaning : the bed has never been changed in 10 days, they just throw out the trash and change the towels, that's all
I found only one plus - it is a well -groomed beautiful territory , but it is far from the sea , until you reach the sea , you will get tired , sweat , especially with children .
I do not recommend the hotel to anyone, the staff is arrogant, they fool people when they check in , they left negative impressions from the vacation.

We stayed with our family at this hotel in the second half of November. The hotel is really good, the rooms are tired, of course, in need of repair, which by the way is being done quietly. The location is excellent, not far from the airport, because of this noise from airplanes, but we quickly got to the hotel. The territory is large, green and well-groomed, a beautiful reef, but fish also swim in shallow water. The kids have a place to swim and play in the sand. The food is good, tasty and varied, everyone will be able to find something to their liking. Alcohol is ordinary Egyptian, so there are no illusions 😅 The animation is cool, well done guys! Both our and Italian animators are able to create a mood and at the same time not too intrusive 👍 The girls at children's animation are Anya, Dasha and Nastya clever 🔥 In general, the staff is polite, friendly, the waiters have already remembered in a couple of days that we have drinks) By the way, they all speak Russian, well, Italian, for the first time I have never had to practice English 😏 I definitely recommend the hotel 👍

On the last day of our stay, clothes, swimsuits for the whole family, 4 pairs of diving glasses and 3 expensive swimming masks were stolen from the sun beds near the pool. It cost about 350-400 dollars. We left them for literally an hour to dry and pack them in a suitcase.
The administration staff threw up their hands and assured us of their best intentions to help us. But there was zero help, only memorized duty phrases. From this we concluded that the employees themselves "herd" those leaving and steal things.
It's a shame
to steal wet swimsuits...
These are people who claim to worship God, pray three times a day and live off tourism.
In general, everything would be great, and there would be great impressions, memories, and even wanted to come with friends again.

The service is at a high level. The waiters and staff come running up every five minutes and ask if we need anything. The staff is always positive, just like us. Of course, we have seen tourists who started to shake their rights from the threshold, I would not be surprised if the attitude towards them is the same. Meals for a solid four. The pontoon is not a fountain, it is far away and not very well equipped. The wind blew for five days in the morning, and the pontoon was closed. I had to swim in a shallow paddling pool. The pontoon in nearby Cleopatra is much better.
I would like to mention the Coral Travel guide Hashim as a minus. Not only does he speak Russian very poorly, but the main thing for him is to sell excursions, which are one and a half times more expensive than his competitors. Such a face was made unhappy when I refused his excursions, it had to be seen))) This is the worst guide we've ever met.

Even if I was in a 2* apartment in Turkey, the attitude towards Russians is much better. I had the honor to bring a company of 14 people to this hotel, and if I fly to Sharm again (which is also unlikely), it will not be Nubian Village. I'll start with the reception. They settle in earlier for one or two with the help of 30 bucks. The clock in Moscow is standing. There is no animation and service in Russian. The guys are great, but they communicate exclusively in Italian. And any other language, just not in Russian. I lived in a bungalow, dilapidated, but cleaned every day. The area is clean. The restaurant always has a grill, lots of seafood. The pastries are delicious. The staff is talkative, but as soon as they find out where you are from, your FACE immediately changes. I do NOT recommend this hotel for Russian tourists. If I had read such a review, I would never have taken my company to this hotel.

The food is meager and tasteless. Sometimes, at the beginning of dinner, they give some delicacies - salmon, shrimp, etc., which quickly run out and are not updated. For some reason, tea is only available at breakfast. It is impossible to pour tea in the restaurant at lunch and dinner. Drinks should be ordered at the bar. Actually, the waiters should bring them, but this happened only a couple of times during the vacation. The restaurant as a whole is not very comfortable. Sometimes there are no plates, sometimes there are no appliances. The tables are not set.
The rooms are quite normal, we had no problems getting another full-fledged bed for a teenager. Plumbing and air conditioning were working. There is no safe. Weak water pressure in the shower. During all this time, the soap accessories have never been updated.
Cleaning seems to be every day, but the linen has not been changed in 10 days even once. Even the towels were rolled up and put back. Beach towels are also provided once for the entire time.
The territory is small and all occupied by bungalows. There is not a single bench on the territory and there are a lot of mosquitoes after sunset. You can go to the "Italian" a la carte restaurant once. There are tables in the open air and mosquitoes have bitten all the legs.
There is also a minus on the beach - you can swim at depth only from the pier. They open at 9 o'clock and if the sea is calm. Out of 10 days, only 4 days were able to swim. The rest of the time there was either a strong wind or waves or a current - a red flag and they were not allowed into the sea. You can take a dip in the lagoon near the shore if there is no low tide. There are sun beds and umbrellas on the beach in normal numbers, but there is no infrastructure - no changing cabins, no toilet. There is a shower.
There is animation, but also as if "for show". The cheapest dartboard set with blunt light darts that don't stick into the target. A bucket of time-worn balls for bochy.
In general, there were some inconveniences and restrictions everywhere. The whole hotel can be called not too comfortable. I do not recommend going here. Yes, and intestinal disorders have not been spared.

The biggest disadvantage is that there is a division into Italians and others. All attention is paid to Italians, they lick all places on the body, any whim. To the Russians, this attitude: - why did you come here at all? Including Russian children. There was a case that there were both Italian and Russian children at the animation with children. When the game with the children ended, all the Italians were given a gift, and a little girl of 4, who reached out for a gift, was told you're not supposed to. And they didn't give it to me. This of course broke all the bars. What are these gradations for? They explained to us that they say this is an Italian hotel, and here is the policy of the hotel. If you don't want to be humiliated and feel awkward, then of course it's better not to come here.
The second disadvantage is that they try to breed immediately at the hotel reception. No sooner had they arrived than they tried to impose a supposedly better room for $ 50. We refused, but as a result it turned out that this is already our number. And it's the same story when communicating with others. Of course, this only applies to Russians. The hotel corresponds to the price category. The food is delicious and most importantly fresh. Clean, green, well-groomed territory, a great beach for those with children. Animation for children is monotonous, although the guys try very hard. The staff is polite, the pool is clean, and there are slides. There are shops and a pharmacy on site that have almost all the necessary things. The prices are affordable.

We had a vacation with children in December 2023-everything is just GREAT!!! The food is excellent, a large selection of meat dishes, fruits, vegetables. I give separate 10 points out of 10 to the staff! From cleaners to chefs!! Very responsive, helpful, smiling! The territory of the hotel is very cozy! There are no queues in bars or restaurants!

A super hotel. Lots of funny Italians. The beach is clean, there is a reef from the pier. The food is excellent. Lots of seafood. The animation is adult and for younger people it's just a fire🔥

My favorite hotel! The food is delicious , the staff is polite , animation is constantly on , 1 coastline , the territory is large , beautiful , green , and you give the service staff a tip and they will serve you from head to toe 👌🏻

A great hotel! The food is varied, the rooms in the main building are new, clean. The beach is landscaped, the animation is working. Bars with a good selection of drinks.
