Why are the remains of the castle called a castle?
The place for "flat" Belarus is unusual, hilly, but I don't see any point in going here specifically.
Interestingly, there is almost nothing left of the castle. The second tower has now been turned into an imitation of something unknown. A good informative sign at the entrance (about the history of the castle and the city).
A very beautiful view opens from the castle grounds. In fact , these are ruins , but the story is impressive . There are many good places nearby where you can have a delicious and inexpensive meal - it 's like 👍

I recommend you to visit -A very beautiful place!!
This is the third time I have come to Novogrudok, and every time I remain impressed. The ruins stand on a hill with a beautiful view.
The place is cozy, conducive to reflection. However, there is almost nothing from the landscaping: there are benches and a bio toilet a little further away. There is almost no parking either.
There is no castle, there is a remnant of a dilapidated wall, and an element of a restored one. Also along the perimeter and at the entrance there are remnants of a boulder masonry, the place is located on a high embankment, from where a beautiful view opens. There is a church nearby. The town itself is very cozy and well maintained. nothing supernatural, but somehow everything in the complex is comfortable and cozy... for which I bet 5 ⭐ You will pass by, be sure to stop by, and it takes 20 minutes to drive from Mir castle there.
The castle and the city as a whole are very cool, but it would be better not to do the reconstruction of one of the towers at all. The primitive surroundings were lost
This castle must have been beautiful...once...when he was. There's nothing to look at now.

In fact, it is worth visiting ONLY if you are already in Novogrudok. It is definitely not worth going to the city for the sake of the castle - it is a complete disappointment, there is essentially nothing to look at, 1.5 walls and that's it...
