I would like to express my great gratitude to doctor Bukach Olga Ivanovna and her team (unfortunately, I did not ask for the names of the anesthesiologist and nurse).08/03/2021. I did a colonoscopy under anesthesia, I was very worried, the procedure itself caused fear.But when I went into the office, I was met by friendly girls, they asked for everything in detail, then they told me what they would examine and what they had done.I don't remember falling asleep (they talked to me about abstract topics), the procedure lasted 23 minutes.The condition after anesthesia is a little intoxicating, but after 20-30 minutes everything returned to normal.Recommended:the control FCC in 3-5 years.I will definitely come, this procedure is no longer terrible.So who is going to have a colonoscopy, do not be afraid.It doesn't really hurt under anesthesia.Health is in our hands.And at the reception, the girls were also received very good-naturedly.Thanks again.

I had to go to this clinic ( on recommendation) to see an endoscopist for prevention and the terrible, unpleasant procedures went like a little funny switch ( I recommend it only under anesthesia ). A very cool and prepared team. Everything is very cultured and neat. The only remark is that the administrators are not very friendly, both on the phone and in a live conversation. And it seemed that administrators could give more information to the client, given that the client often comes with problems and does not perceive everything the first time.

I got through to the center very quickly, shoe covers at the entrance, the staff works quickly and directs to an appointment specialist, I did not meet a queue for three visits for registration and payment. Olga Vladimirovna, a rheumatologist, was at Degterev's appointment. Some positive emotions after the reception, consultation + intra-articular injections into the Elbow joint under ultrasound control (it didn't hurt at all or I got used to it)
Of the disadvantages, it is difficult to get to the rheumatologist Olga Vladimirovna Dekhtereva, you need to call in the morning on the 24th to make an appointment for the next month if you call later, the chances of getting to her appointment are very small, but it's worth it and it's a pity you can't pre-book the time for admission, as for intra-articular injections.

I work in the neighboring building at 43 Surganova Street and every day I see ambulances that take people away from the inner entrance, usually already on gurneys. I go to the site and see spelling mistakes... If the "face of the clinic", in the form of a website, is already like this, then I'm afraid to assume the qualifications of doctors. The last time I visited this place, it caused me quite a bit of financial trouble. The call center is terribly simple.
The girls in the call center do not know the exact prices, but they successfully name the exact figures down to a penny. For the sake of interest, I called back 2-3 times and asked about the cost of the same service, and each time they told me a new amount. Having believed in one of these sums, I still decided to go to nordin. As it turned out, it was not strange that the nurse named a different price, which was different from what I had been told earlier. After calling back to the call center, they told me that they had cheated me and would have to return the difference. As a result, the issue was resolved through the administrator, who showed all the prices and the statement of my check.
As a result, I can say the following: do not call the call center several times and ask for the cost of the service several times, but immediately before the service itself, go to the administrator and specify the cost, so that you do not travel several times to Nordin itself in the middle of the week and do not seem like a fool.

Pulled out a wisdom tooth here. The choice fell on this medical center because it was necessary urgently, it hurt a lot and I managed to make an appointment for Sunday morning only here. Despite the slightly pretentious reputation of the medical center (it seems expensive, rich, everything is "top notch" at the reception), this reputation was dispelled at the entrance to the doctor's office ... The radio was turned on with some kind of "entertaining" music, communication between the doctor and the nurse was far from professional, well, after tooth extraction I still had to to be treated for a week. In general, of all four wisdom teeth extractions, this was the most disgusting.
