This service is cheaper at night and there were a lot of people. But we went in on our own time , without delay . The center is very clean, well renovated , polite staff. It is convenient that things can be left in a separate locker and locked with a key. The MRI results can wait, but it was more convenient for us to send an email.
They applied for vaccination of the child. Everything is clear, friendly. If necessary, we will contact you again. They also bought vaccination passports for children at a low cost. I recommend

The impression of the visit from the doctor is extremely negative: there were questions to which she answered reluctantly or referred that anyone who wants can see information about the subject of the visit and on the Internet, they say I'm busy figure it out for yourself, I answered some questions with a dismissive reaction. To explain something and explain to the child's parents, which are not related to medicine in any way, is a real problem for her, it feels like she is doing a big favor with such a "don't touch me" face.
Based on the fact that this is a pediatrician, I consider such "specialists" a place not in a private center, but in a polyclinic.
I advise the management to carefully select the staff of the center. And I do not advise you to contact this doctor.

On 28.10 I was at a gynecologist's appointment, where I was prescribed a referral for an MRI of the pelvis with contrast enhancement, as a suspicion of oncology was revealed. After the reception, the administration clarified when the next date for an MRI scan is, since before the procedure you still need to donate blood for creatinine, and whether it can all be done in one day. The girl offered me the date 3.11 (Sunday), according to her, at 10:30 I could drive up to donate blood, indicate that I needed results by lunch, and at 13:30 drive back for an MRI. I made an appointment for this day, since this MRI needs to be done on certain days of the cycle, and these are just the last few days that have fallen out. 2.11 the administrator is dialing me to confirm the appointment, and I casually clarified the fact that I was scheduled for a blood donation at 10:30 in the morning. The receptionist said that they couldn't sign me up because the tests are being taken on a first-come, first-served basis, and the laboratory doesn't work at all on Sunday!! "Apparently, you were misinformed during the recording" – the words of the administrator.
I waited a whole week for an appointment, I did not look for other Medical centers, because I immediately began to be serviced here, so that in the end I was told that we would have to postpone the MRI, since it was no longer possible to run somewhere else to take it. It is given on an empty stomach and the results are prepared for a day, without this analysis, MRI is not allowed. MRI for a minute 500 rubles
You don't record customers in the salon, so you can forget about some kind of record! There is a serious question about the state of health, and the administrator is not even able to remember when the laboratory is working banally!
Roughly speaking, I was lucky that there were still 2-3 days left before a certain period of the cycle, and so I would have to postpone everything for 3 weeks, which, perhaps, with the risk of cancer, this waste of time does not play in my favor. 11/26/2023 my dad did an MRI scan with contrast. In conclusion, the doctor described the formation in the liver, which was proposed to be "differentiated from cholangiocarcinoma." With the results of the MRI, several doctors were contacted, who said that the images on the disk were not informative, sent for a CT scan with contrast, where they unequivocally said that there was a tumor, but it was not oncology. And so, on March 1, my father was discharged from the oncological dispensary, saying: there are no problems in our part. For three months we lived with the idea that Dad might have cancer, thanks for this pleasure, for our money, almost 700 rubles, after all.The doctor who wrote the conclusion: Olga Kureneva. I do not recommend it.
the attitude towards clients is not particularly different from public health institutions, and sometimes worse, only when you remind them that you pay a lot of money for it, they begin to behave adequately. The professionalism of doctors is a big question!
