It is very difficult to describe in words all the delight that can be felt in this place. The staff, the location, the prices, the volume of dishes - everything is perfect! The pleasant, friendly atmosphere, comfortable service and love for earwigs won my heart. Even when the waiting room is full and the waiting time is longer than usual, the staff can say this with humor and brighten up the waiting time with their amazing service. It's a great place, we always go here with my wife. Cuisine from different Asian countries, fans of this definitely should go at least once to fall in love with this place. Here we tried the best mochi in Minsk, they are in the photo. Personally, as a lover of spicy food, I really like tom yam, which is incredibly delicious. In addition to the usual menu, there is an authentic barbecue in which you will cook yourself, with the advice of the waiter, of course. And the service here is very good. The staff is friendly, they will answer all your questions and tell you what is best to choose. It is better to book the table in advance, especially on Friday evenings and weekends, there are usually a lot of people. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the size of the portions, in other places it would be twice as expensive. Personally, I like this point the most, it is the most atmospheric.

A very atmospheric place with pleasant staff and delicious cuisine. We were specially here to try the barbecue - everything was explained in an accessible way, we talked and periodically went to check if everything was in order. I'm not a connoisseur of Asian cuisine, but the place is good. I was disappointed by the prices and the lack of budget beer. It was very nice when they brought a birthday cake to the birthday girl. Special thanks to the waitress for the kind words.
P.S. If you want to cook yourself (there is such an option), book a table in advance and focus on this. Unfortunately, we didn't know about it.

To sum up, I want to say that this is a great restaurant, the staff are just incredibly nice, it's a pity that we came here before we left, otherwise we would definitely come back!

I've been to the institution 2 times. The first time we took ramen with the company and everything was really delicious, so I invited a loved one to celebrate an important event. But the visit was disappointing to say the least. With a reasonable wait of no more than 30-40 minutes, the first course was served only an hour later, already frozen. Cheese ramen, which I used to take just like regular water, only a piece of cheese, a couple of corn kernels and sticky noodles from the cheese. It's disappointing that the waiters know what the dish should look like (as on the first visit), but they didn't hesitate to serve it on the table, although they were very nice and attentive. I will no longer offer this institution to my loved ones, so that they won't be ashamed like they are today.

Arriving there and choosing a table in the center of the room, after we were presented with the menu, we began to wait. After waiting for ten minutes, I was curious when our order would be accepted. My husband and I are big fans of Noodles on Masherova, yesterday we decided to look for ramen in this particular location, try new positions and were very disappointed.
We ordered 2 ramen: beef lingzhou and naruto with shrimp
I was more lucky with naruto and shrimp than my husband with beef ramen, not to say that I was delighted, in my opinion the dish has not been finalized, there are no vegetables and rich fish broth in it at all.
The situation with my husband's beef ramen: we waited about 35 minutes and brought ramen without beef! We asked the waiter if this was supposed to be the case, she took it to the kitchen and then brought back the soup along with the beef, which was impossible to chew, we had never tried such hard meat in any restaurant, my husband was completely finished off and he never had dinner in the end. Of course, we asked the waiter to explain why such hard meat, which is not even possible to chew, the waiter took the dish back to the kitchen, when she brought it back, she said that she and the cook tried it and it's completely normal that it's hard, it happens even harder and it all depends on the part from which it is cooked. As a result, they brought the bill and gave a 20% discount for dinner, of course, at least something, but this will not change the impression, alas.
You buy the cheapest part of beef that nobody needs, so you boil it for days so that it becomes at least chewy, or buy a normal, suitable product right away if you charge people for it and want them to come back to you.
Also, for kimchi lovers from noodles, we took 300 grams of kim chi to take away (you can buy a jar on Masherov) here only in portions, try it at home and were not even surprised that kim chi tastes completely different, you can eat, but unfortunately not that.
There is also a problem with ventilation in the establishment, they came out and smelled terribly of the kitchen, it also seems that something was burned right before our exit, in general, the impressions are deplorable

I haven't been to any other Noodles, but the food here is great: large portions and hearty dishes.
The staff is good, and they always offer water and treats for the dog.
I noticed that they warn you that you should wait 30-35 minutes, but they always bring you much earlier.

As for the chicken ramen, it turned out to be similar to regular chicken soup. The broth seemed not rich and boring. It might be worth trying beef or pork ramen.
A big plus for the packaging: we picked them up, and the broths were separate, and all the filling was in another container. The place is not for noisy companies because there is one common room (small) with tables (~10 pcs).

A very tasty barbecue set with chicken, corn is my favorite😋 Each employee was happy to help, to tell about the dishes. It is clear that people themselves get high from the institution, it immediately creates a pleasant impression. According to our subjective feelings, the set is designed for 3, maximum 4 people. Everyone in the company was satisfied with the food, the service and the cooking process itself. Cooking together definitely brings us closer: we spent time actively communicating with each other, almost without being distracted by phones.

Tip: book a table with barbecue in advance, there are only 2 of them in the institution.

The food is delicious, the drinks are also good, the barbecue concept itself is interesting, it was the first time. From the small nuances: sauces declared as "very spicy" are actually not absolutely spicy, like kimchi, but delicious without a doubt. Not the most comfortable chairs, I would like a little more comfort. The service was at the highest level, empty dishes were cleaned instantly, the parchment on the grill was changed, they came up and asked if everything was okay. We ordered for pickup fo-bo, tom yam without coriander and coconut milk. As a result, they forgot to report the coconut milk, but the girl typed and said so, offered to return. I tried Tom yam at home and was upset because there was no acid or salt in it (as if they forgot to add some sauce). They typed in noodles and refused to redo the soup (although we offered to bring it to them to make sure), retorting that the broth is made in one pan and according to the technical map. Apparently, the girl and I have different concepts of properly cooked soup on the phone. Umami has a wonderful volume of yam (even if you compare only the broth by the presence of salt, acid and pungency). It is very sad that once again this institution has shoals (and it has happened many times). And this time I gave them a chance, but, alas.
At least they're doing well with the fo-bo.
I stayed hungry.

Atmospheric. You can order a large set for 2650g (beef or fish or something else was on the menu) and fry the ingredients right at your table to the desired degree of roasting! We took a set of beef for the company, I really liked it. I liked alcoholic cocktails (aperol syringe, mojito and daiquiri), desserts are also above all praise! The sweet insta-cat with sour jelly balls was praised, and the mochi cake here is better than that of a real Japanese (an experienced fan said so) :D The rest took something else portioned, but there was no place to try everything :) I liked everything and the alcohol bill for everyone was less than 90p for the whole evening. From the good - nice staff, Oksana the waitress was very pleasant and polite, asked us several times if we liked everything, special thanks to her for the service :) The portions are large, but at the same time moderately satisfying, after eating there is no feeling as if the stomach is about to crack, as it most often happens in establishments with Asian cuisine. According to the quality of the food, we took cheese ramen with nachos, only the name of the cheese. The broth is delicious, but watery, and it feels like it was given only salt and a minimal amount of chili oil. There was no taste of cheese from the word at all. Having already completely finished the portion, they found pieces of something similar to mozzarella at the bottom, visually as if they had added only one and a half or two balls. They also regretted the corn, there was much more in the photo in the online menu. The last disadvantage of the dish is already a trifle, but the egg in the ramen was overcooked, if you again rely on the photos on the menu and past experience of visiting similar establishments, in all dishes the yolk in the egg is liquid, we just had hard-boiled eggs.
The drinks were delicious, and I liked that the lemonades were not sickly sweet and had a more "natural" taste.
If you are in the area and you want to have a quick and hearty meal somewhere, it will do, but there is no point in coming here purposefully. You'd expect a brighter and more interesting taste from Asian food. In fact, although the dishes are delicious, they are very bland compared to authentic Asian establishments, as if they are afraid to frighten the average guest with too bright and interesting food)
