Two months ago I started working at this bank, what are my impressions:
1. To open an account, you need to go to the bank. While almost all other banks keep up with the times and allow you to open an account remotely, BTA ignores. In principle, an interesting approach, all I had to do was drive from the other side of the city to him
2. I left a request to open a dollar card, they wrote that they would contact me. So, two months have passed, and I'm still waiting for a call :))
3. The application just throws it out of the profile
4. Look at their website - it's generally a masterpiece)
5. And today's hell is an electronic queue, I absolutely did not understand the order of this queue, but that's okay. I only had to sit for 50 minutes with a specialist to apply for withdrawal. And after all, 30 minutes to get them. There was only one cash register, but no one there was against chatting with each other. And in principle, why rush, time goes by - money is received, and customers will wait)
In general, this is the first time I have encountered such a service, and I am serviced in 5 banks now. I decided for myself that I definitely don't work with this bank anymore
The bank left a negative impression.
The arrogant appearance of the employees, the level of politeness on the verge of acceptable.
So also more than ten hundred dollar bills were not accepted, which were in good condition.
In general, the bank is like a bank. But even by appointment I had to wait. And the decrease in the assessment was influenced by the fact that employees contradict each other. I had to waste time because of this....

One star for making a loan. If it were not for the refinancing of the loan, then 99% would not have chosen this bank. But even with the registration of a loan, not everything is so clean, in order to issue a loan, you will be hung with two more insurance (health, real estate) and another credit card with an overdraft will be tricked. Why is it a fraud, because they will tell you that only with this card you can go to the banking and look at the loan balance there, etc. Although! you can access the banking via the MSI data (without visiting the bank, which is written on the BTA website itself). During the processing of all documents, the operator girl ran away three times with documents for signature. It is very strange that this "important person" was not put next to him, in the department, so that these signatures of documents would take less time and employees would not turn kilometers in a working day.
There was a previous time at the 8th - it was just creepy - I lost a lot of time and nerves. I was with 10 operators on 23.09 - everything is at the highest level. Thanks!
I was at this bank because I received funds from Google Adsence. We quickly opened an account in dollars. I received a transfer with a minimum percentage of the transfer fee. I applied for a loan from this bank. The service is at a good level, we liked it. Plus, additional services are not imposed, but offered. Sensible. Conveniently located, Parking nearby.
The worst bank out of the five banks I work with.
1. Transferred the money to the employee on the card at 09:38. The money was VERY much needed by 15:00. Five times they called the bank with a sincere request to transfer the money that came from the transit account to the card account (this is done manually in the bank). Unfortunately, in spite of the promises to do everything, nothing was done!!! For five hours of working time, the operator could not press two buttons. Just SPIT IN THE FACE. The irresponsibility is terrible! The attitude is not caring.
2. An employee from a distant periphery wrote an application for the issuance of a salary card. The application was received by the bank, even a contract was concluded, but then it got LOST somewhere and the card was not sent to the employee. As a result, we transfer his salary to the card of another bank. IS THIS A BANK!?
3. The application for mobile phones is extremely low-functional, 5-10 years behind the applications of other banks in terms of capabilities.
4. Transferred money to an individual through the ERIP, specifying the account number (not the card number). I had to go from another city to Minsk to withdraw money from the account through the cash register. The bank has no other options. It is not possible to transfer to the card in the application... The service is at zero!
5. To increase the limit of spending operations, the bank charges a fee !!!
6. An extremely small number of its own ATMs and even they are not evenly distributed throughout the city.
7. Exchange rates are never good. BE CAREFUL TO AVOID THIS BANK!!!

I ordered a card in the mobile application. I received a message that the card is ready. You can get it only in a bank (Vitebsk). The bank has been on the market for more than 20 years, but there is no mail delivery of the card. I came to pick it up. As it turned out, the bank does not have an electronic queue. And the bank's premises could be better. I've been waiting for more than 10 minutes. One specialist worked. Others pretended to work (tea, coffee, etc.). I decided to abandon this bank, and you can keep the card for yourself.
Отличное отделение банка. Быстрое и качественное обслуживание, даже если есть очередь, специалисты работают быстро. Жаль, что только одно отделение на весь Минск, ибо расположено не очень удобно.

В кассах душно, если долгая операция, не комфортно. Перегородки между классами номинальные, можно слышать суммы сделок, которые проводят в соседней кассе.
Для кассиров считается приемлемым кричать матерные шутки на весь кассовый зал и обсуждать в присутствии клиента друг с другом личные дела типа кто как планирует выходные проводить.

The application is considered for a very long time. They can still call after the application has been under consideration for three days and require documents, after which the application will be reviewed for another 2-3 days.
As a result, your spouse and I chose another bank where they treat you with respect and work quickly.

Обслуживание, хуже некуда. Непонятно, на каком основании банк присвоил себе право распоряжаться моими деньгами по своему усмотрению, ограничивает меня в количестве операций по карточкам и снятием суммы. Это юридическим языком называется мошенничество.
Вежливый персонал, удобное расположение, хороший интерьер, очередей почти нету, электронная очередь, всё вежливо и культурно. В целом банк держит свою марку.

Категорически неудобное время работы для физлиц. Зарплата карта только одна, нет вариантов карт. Договор на обслуживание составлен юридически некорректно. Время ожидания оформления очень долгое. Про возможности использования карт не рассказывают, читайте, мол, сами. Мобильное приложение для физ лиц отсутствует, не удобно
Режим работы определенно не для физ лиц и рабочего класса ))) 1 день в неделю до 19, остальные до 18🙂
Дважды очереди вообще не было.
Персонал попался более, чем приветливый.
Отвратительное обслуживание. Необходимо было сделать справку о закрытии кредита. Специалистов в банке сидит много, никто из них не хочет работать и приглашать клиентов. Кто-то уткнулся в телефон, кто-то обсуждает новости, а ты сидишь и ждешь когда же они наконец пригласят.
Оказалось, что даже если вы погасили кредит, то у вас обнаруживается некий процент.
Обязательно берите справку, хоть и цена тут огромная за нее, за бумажку
Работала в этом банке.Есть плюсы и есть минусы. Плюсы: бывает хороший курс для покупки валюты в обед, выгодные ставки по вкладам, есть миникофейня на втором этаже. Выгодно приобретать банковские карточки с кеш-бэком. Есть страхование для поездки за границу, Среди минусов: бывают очень большие очереди , отсутствие лифта для пожилых и инвалидов. Плюсы:
+Выгодно для бизнеса, есть стоянка во дворе, удобное расположение банка в центре города возле Комаровского рынка.
-Неудобное обслуживание по операциям для фл ( долгое ожидание в очередях).
