We visited this teahouse today, incredibly delicious food, especially I would like to mention the Alat samsa, okroshka and festive pilaf.

The dishes are delicious. Service is something... There were 4 people in the company. We made an order - the waitress wrote everything down and left. They brought 3 devices instead of 4. The dishes were mixed up. They forgot to bring a cocktail, to repeated requests to bring it, say yes now, they left and disappeared. They did not bring 2 dishes from the order, and they simply stopped responding to repeated button calls and approached the table.
I had to go and ask for the bill myself, although I had a desire to get up and just leave such service, but my colleagues insisted that leaving unpaid was not good for karma. Like the cherry on the cake, include 10% of the service fee in the bill. Guests also need to pay extra for such service. We insisted that the service be excluded from the bill.
In Bishkek, the institution was much higher level.

This is the 2nd place in the network that we visited because we were happy with the previous one. But it turns out to be a big difference.. The kebab turned out to be over-dried, the sauce was asked for a long time, as a result, they brought it when they had already eaten everything. Sour cream was not served to the Baursaks complement (it was in the previous one). I hope the review will help this particular institution to work better))

The feeling is Good, BUT from Navat to another one of the same kind, somewhere the waiter is doing well beyond all praise, specifically here the receptionist made a positive impression, special care and helpfulness. The dishes are excellent. The atmosphere is conducive to relaxation. The bathroom is very richly decorated, with such attention to detail, even if you take photos for the competition!

Delicious! Bauyrsaks with sour cream, you can sell your soul for them. Pilaf is delicious, juicy crumbly, there are a lot of pastries and different options to feed the child, while I do not choose French fries and something else like that, from the list of soups and hot snacks, you can choose exactly what your child eats with pleasure.

We were a company in a teahouse, in principle, we liked everything, both the decor and the interior, the quality and manner of serving dishes, everything turned out to be very tasty. I definitely recommend trying chebureks, 5 out of 5. Cuisine with an emphasis on Southeast Asia and Turkic dishes. An institution with an above-average receipt, serves alcohol, I can recommend you to visit.

About the Navat Tea House - you can talk a lot about the design of the restaurant. The design and location of the restaurant in the city is very convenient and beautiful. But the waiters are not trained. They work as they like. They do not know how to serve different dishes in a timely manner.
I can give chefs 3 out of 5 points. The restaurant is adapted to Turkish food. But there are many things you may not see from Turkish. Chefs should study how dishes are prepared, in fact, as they are called in the restaurant menu. But the prices are very reasonable, not expensive.
